We had a nice family vacation. The rooms are spacious and suitable for 4 couples with children. Spectacular pools with very warm water and a very nice and clean beach. The best way to eat is to make it yourself, order, or go to nearby restaurants. It doesn't work well to request service from the Fiesta Americana, with whom the facilities are shared. It's very expensive and slow. Since it's “All inclusive,” they mess up by having to charge you separately. There's like a terminal for the whole hotel. We did not like the cleanliness of the apartment, nor that there were malfunctions such as lamps that did not turn on, bathrooms with problems filling the water tank, a bathtub without hot water, insufficient utensils in the kitchen, or the presence of dead cockroaches because the apartment is near the building's garbage room. If they fixed that, the stay would be excellent.
