Therese is a gracious host. She truly cares about your experience. I had a small issue with lighting and it was taken care of in less a than 24 hours. Before it was fixed, Therese even left a walkway light for me when I returned late. The location is perfect! Everything is walkable from this location and very close to the Placencia Sidewalk and night life. If I could leave more stars, I would. Thank you Therese! See you next time.

At Thérèse's place, I was in the middle of everything but it was very private. The balcony, the hammock, the breeze, the sound of the waves. The kitchen allowed me to cook light meals, although the affordable restaurants nearby were an incentive to be lazy. I spent 4 weeks in Belize and it was my best shower; good water pressure and really hot water. I would highly recommend

Therese was very friendly and helpful. In addition, we enjoyed spending 3 days in this place, which has all the comforts you need and a large terrace. We recommend it :-)

I love this space. Therese was very responsive! The one bedroome apartment is a simplistic oasis. The breeze on the porch was awesome. The porch with the hammock was just a perfect touch with an outdoor table that I could eat my meals at. I spent quality time just laying in the hammock In the mornings with the perfect breeze, with beautiful fruit trees to gaze out at. It is ideal for a single person or a couple. It was just what I wanted. Thank you so much! The location is ideal, located in the middle of the village. Everything is walkable. A ten minute stroll to the best beach here, "The point'. Restaurants, small businesses, craft shops all is in walking distance. Therese even when out and purchased a tea kettle for me since I don't drink coffee and she wanted to make it convenient for me to have my morning tea. That was so thoughtful. I would stay here again, and again and again!

Excellent host, lovely lady who was right next door and always available if needed. Premises were clean, with fresh towels and bedding every week. Highly recommend a stay at Seashells! 5 Stars for Therese!

I would definitely recommend this location. It is off the beaten path and very quiet. It's easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the village and just a very short walk to the public beach and pier.

I had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very close to walk to. Therese responded quickly and. Very nice and friendly.
