Henry was great at answering questions at any time of the day, the place had toys and baby stuff we could use which made it feel like home for out kids. We had a lady come and clean the house everyday of the week without us having to ask she would leave clean towels and new toilet paper. I would highly recommend this place !

We had a great stay. Really enjoyed the house. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the pool area is great for relaxing. The location is also great. Close to the hotel zone bar strip with Ubers available 24/7.

Henry was one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve stayed with. We had a few issues upon arrival that inconvenienced us on our first night, however Henry was very responsive and fixed all the issues very promptly the next day! The windows in the living room were a bit concerning for our group of girls since there were no curtains, so Henry was kind enough to install makeshift curtains for us during our stay that made us feel a lot more comfortable. The place was GORGEOUS! Not only the interior but the exterior and pool area as well. Also, the maid service was an extra bonus that really elevated our stay. It was so nice being located right next to the beach! However, it is about a 15 min cab/bus ride to the main club areas. Overall, this place was perfect for my spring break vacation with my friends! I would recommend Henry’s place for anyone wishing to stay in Cancun with a big group

Everything in the rental was in good shape. AC in every room. Uber to party zone is low. Beach much better than I expected.

Henry was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as long as there weren’t any other guests checking out. We met the owner of the home and she was very informative and made us feel right at home. Almost felt like family! Loved the convenience of Oxxo across the street! The beds were comfortable, just what we needed after long hours of exploring. The water heater wasn’t that hot but it didn’t really matter because it was so hot, we didn’t mind a warm shower.

We had such a great experience! Henry was fantastic and extremely helpful with helping us coordinate transportation as well as other excursions. We loved the property and took advantage of the pool and proximity to the beach. Such a great trip!

We all enjoyed the accommodation very much. It was clean, had a pool and was well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to the beach, good restaurants within walking distance. Henry was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was even possible that we could get into the house a little earlier and get out a little later. When something didn't work out, I wrote to him and it was fixed right away. We really appreciated his support and kindness. I would book the accommodation again at any time.

We had the best time at Casa Blanca! We had 10 girls for a bachelorette party and it fit us perfectly. The backyard and pool are so beautiful. The house has tons of natural light and is laid out well. The house is not kid friendly. Everything in the house is marble, which is beautiful. We had more than one person fall on the stairs. It’s very slick and the railing is very short at the top. I wouldn’t recommend bringing small children. There is no hot water, which I think is a common occurrence with houses. Showers are cold! The address is not easy to find with phone maps. We had a hard time find the right street since there is another close by with a similar name. You aren’t able to drink the water from the faucet, but there is an Oxxo immediately across the street with a great selection.

The location is unbeatable - and there’s always a bus/taxi around to get you where you need to go. We enjoyed the pool and beach (which is close). Do they think twice - book and you won’t regret! Wow! There really are no other words. This place is absolutely amazing. The location can’t be beat. It’s close to the beach as well as nightlife and the grocery. Everything you need is right there and without all the touristy hustle and bustle of staying in a hotel. This place met all of our needs and left nothing to be desired. Henry stayed in touch to make sure that we didn’t have any questions and were well taken care of. I wish there was another star to give because it really is that much better than any other place I’ve been. Very highly recommend

This house easily accommodated our party of 10. It was close to the airport and close to the many beaches in Hotel Zone. Our favorite was Playa Delphines. Across the street, is a great vegan place called the Pink Coconut. Another great place to eat close by is Porfirios. Henry is a great communicator and was always available when needed.

We had a great experience at Henry’s place! It was spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably and had plenty of room downstairs to hang out. The back gate is very useful for easily getting in and out of the house and directly onto the street where Oxxo, Pink coconut and Taboo are all located. The parking and front of the complex were a little complicated to find but Henry provided good instructions to help explain how to get there. We did run into bugs in the Airbnb and the water pressure tended to alternate between not enough pressure vs too much pressure, but those are not issues on Henry’s part. Those are probably issues with many houses in Mexico, considering the plethora of bugs around and the plumbing being different in Mexico. Henry was always helpful and responsive when we asked for suggestions, recommendations, or questions. He made the entire process easy on us and we are grateful for his help!

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach and strip!

This house is beautiful, it was partly under renovation so we had a few hiccups with plumbing but Henry was fast to respond and get it corrected. The location is great and right by the street to catch the bus or taxi. We went for birthday and had a 9 ppl to stay and accommodated is well. If you have a part more than 5 bring extra towels and washcloths. He has a housekeeper that cleans everyday, sorry she threw away my retainers cleaner 😩 This was our first time in Cancun, this house, the pool, the hospitality, the city was everything and we enjoyed! The reviews prompt me to book and I was NOT disappointed!!! Book this house!!!!!!!

Perfect house for a girls’ trip! Convenient location but still quiet enough to avoid the college spring breakers if you want to. The house was clean and had everything we needed; Henry was quick to respond! Would recommend to any of my friends and hope to come back!

Henry is very responsive and kind. The house is beautiful, light, and airy!!! Perfect for that tropical getaway. We went for a bachelorette and we were able to fit 7 girls comfortably. Location is EXCELLENT. You have Taboo (amazing restaurant), Pink Coconut (great for smoothies, coffee, and acai bowls), and Oxxo (convenient store), all right across the street. You can also catch the bus from right outside the house to get into town or anywhere else! The beach is also readily accessible and we had the pool all to ourselves! We felt safe the entire time and can't wait to be back!

Casa Blanca was a great choice for Cancun! Great for our large group. The host was very responsive and welcoming, and the home was beautiful— pictures don’t do it complete justice. Be sure to take advantage of the gate entrance leading to the street, but keep it locked at all times. FYI there are no curtains on the main floor so it feels very open. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

It was nice to relax, the space was huge, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 10 people. Henry is a fantastic host and was extremely communicative and helpful when it came to local suggestions. We had an absolute blast at La Buena Barra and Taboo, Taboo is right across the street from the AirBnb. The Oxxo is incredibly convenient and they have everything you need to make at-home margaritas. This is a great location for larger groups of people who want to be close to the hotel zone. Casa Blanca was bright, spacious, and clean, located near many amenities within a short walking distance, including a smoothie shop, oxxo, and the popular restaurant/bar: Taboo, which has incredible sunset/waterfront views. The pool area is shared with some of the adjacent homes/airbnbs so there may be other people out there, but the back porch area Casa Blanca is more private. There’s a large, deck/seating area upstairs/accessible from the bedroom, the beds were comfortable, the showers had shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and someone came by to clean/make the beds while we were out. Henry was a great host and very responsive! He recommended Jorge the driver who was amazing! I would recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette party weekend, and they house was beautiful and very spacious for a group of 7 of us. The aesthetic of the house is stunning, and made for some amazing photo ops! The location was very convenient, as we were just walking distance from restaurants and stores, and it was very easy to catch the bus right outside of the gates of the property. We were only a very short bus ride from the party zone, mall, and convenient covid testing sites. It was amazing being literally right across the street from an Oxxo convenience store, and Taboo (which is a hot spot I highly recommend for a fun night out in Cancun). We felt safe, and taken care of the entire time. Henry is a fantastic host. This was everyone in our group’s first time in Cancun, and Henry was very helpful and accommodating before and during our stay! He offered suggestions (including information about covid testing sites), responded very quickly to any questions we had, and made us all feel very comfortable while traveling. There were a couple of minor inconveniences that happened at the house, most likely due to some stormy weather we had on the last couple of days of our trip, but Henry was quick to respond and send someone over to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of. The villa is wonderful and very nice hosts but our stay was overshadowed by the fact that the beach nearby became inaccessible right on our arrival. Hosts promised to resolve this issue. Let's see because we'd like to come back to them.

I highly recommend this property! It is centralized, clean and very comfortable. The beach, great restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Henry is a great host and responds quickly. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again next time that we visit Cancun!

My stay at Henry and Samantha’s place did not disappoint! The highlight was walking in and seeing that the condo looked exactly like the photos! I had a party of 6 ladies and when I tell you this house was fitting for us, please believe it! We could not leave the house without having a photo shoot in one of the full-length mirrors or on the lighted staircase.  The location is central to everything you could need during your stay and safety was never a concern. The pool is big and clean as it was maintained daily and the community was quiet and just felt safe! You can walk to just about everywhere, restaurants, convenience stores, salons, and even the beach. I was intimidated in the beginning because I was unsure of how to move around and needed a couple of suggestions to get going, but Henry was so patient in letting me bother him for guidance that I do not think that I could write a post to say thank you sufficiently. The customer service and value we received for our money was well spent and worth it! Thank you Henry & Samantha!!!!!!

Great space!

I recommend this place, perfection location imo, oxxo was right across the street perfect if you want to get some snacks. Taboo good place to fine and dine and Torta brava for breakfast cheap and fast I recommend the beef baguette and quesadillas steak! Henry responds quick and very helpful with all are needs. Will definitely come back.

Best house I’ve ever been to in cancun

8 of us traveled to Casa Blanca for a bachelorette weekend and we had an amazing time! The house was huge and had plenty of room for all of us (and would’ve comfortably accommodated even more people). Henry & Samantha helped us plan our weekend and offered great suggestions and were super quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in an amazing location - we were just a short walk or bus ride from all of the key attractions, restaurants, ferry ports, etc. i had previously been to Cancun and stayed in one of the resorts- but staying here this time gave us the opportunity to get out and explore. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house is large and we had plenty of space for our group of 10. The space is beautiful as well. Being across the street from Oxxo was super clutch, and it’s walking distance to several restaurants. We mostly spent time at the house, and utilized the private chef (recommended by Henry) whom I would definitely recommend booking. We did do a day trip to isla mujeres (10/10 recommend), as poor weather made the nearby beach not really swimmable. The trip was super easy as we were able to catch the bus to the ferry right outside the house! All in all, the space is beautiful, centrally located, well equipped and fun. I would def stay again.

This was a great place to stay, the location worked great for us because you can walk to anywhere you need to be. The place itself was beautiful, and had a large pool that we took full advantage of. The host (Henry) was very quick to respond and easy to work with!

The trip to Cancun was excellent. The condo was perfect and simple beautiful. Perfect location to the hottest Restaurant/Club in all of Cancun “Taboo”. Down the street from downtown and close to airport. The condo was very spacious and the pool boy was there to clean the pool everyday. It was hot in Mexico but cool in the condo. We personally didn’t want to leave. This is my new home away from home every time we visit Cancun. Henry also called and emailed me throughout the stay to making sure we were having a good time and to make sure everything was up to our standards. Thank you Henry. This was a very beautiful stay. My first time out of the country and staying in an AirBnb can sound scary but they made it absolutely lovely!! Although there were slight maintenance issues, as soon as I let Henry know there was an issue it was resolved quickly. Perfect location, right near the bus stop so getting around the hotel zone was super easy. Very beautiful, scenic home where many many pictures were taken. Perfect stay for 8 females to get ready for the day and even extra space which is a plus!! It was also very safe so no worries while there, we made it through the entire trip with no scares. I definitely recommend staying here!!

I had read the reviews since it was my first time booking an Airbnb in Mexico and they did not disappoint. The house is located in the hotel zone in Cancun. It is right next door to the Ritz Carlton. Public transportation will stop right outside of the property. The beach is literally a short walk away. An Oxxo which is like a 7-11 is right across the street. We did have to share the pool, but we never saw the other guest. The house is very spacious and even has a very small extra room.

First time going to Cancun and all I can say is that it was amazing! Henry responds so fast and will come whenever there is a problem. he will even help you out with any activities you like. the house is literally a 2 min walk to the beach. if you don’t rent a car, you’ll be fine because there’s a bus stop right outside. totally recommend anybody’s first time ever to stay here. most definitely coming back!

Excellent place, the house is impeccable, the beds are very comfortable. We loved that it had inflatables for children and umbrella and beach chairs and chairs for the beach, it has an excellent location to the beach a 5 minute walk away, the pool is delicious and in front there is an Oxxo, the very friendly host and quickly answers all your questions. It's actually the perfect home for a large group home. I would definitely come back.

I stayed here for my bachelor party weekend primarily because it was spacious! It was 10 of us and it was plenty of space including enough bathrooms/showers to accommodate 10 girls getting ready at the same time ( which you know it gets hectic, if you’re waiting on the restroom). As far as the location it was close enough for us to walk across the street to the OXXO for “essentials” and off the main road so that it was easy to catch a taxi. There was also beach access crossing the street( not sure if it was private or public) but we accessed it through there for a quick beach photo shoot. My only complaints were that in order to access the Main Street you had to walk down the loooong drive way and walk all the way around, instead of through the back door located on the property which would have been way more convenient. I messaged the owner about having access to the gate and he did come drop off the key but at that point we were already wrapping up our weekend and it wasn’t really necessary. Another complaint was that there wasn’t enough hot water, but the owner responded that he would return to look at the boiler as that could have been the issue. For both issues the owner was very responsive. Overall the place met our needs.

This house is massive and has great social spaces (pool/sun deck) This is the perfect vacation home with the beach only a couple minutes away (walking) The host are very responsive and provide all the amenities you would need to make your stay nothing short of perfect. Great location right across the street from a beautiful stretch of white sand and azure blue water. The city bus stops right outside the pool courtyard gate and there is a convenience store directly across the street, as well. The pool area is maintained daily and the view from the living room is tropical and inviting. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, the bedding was crisp and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The villa comfortably housed 10 people including an infant and a grandmother. This is a lovely private getaway for a memorable vacation. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at Cancun in this beautiful home! Super comfortable place for a group of 10 friends. The pool and AC was very much needed! There are 2 other villas on the property but that was no problem at all. Henry was very attentive and would respond super quick. The house is located near shopping centers and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend this house to any group of friends/family who want to have a fun time at Cancun!

This is probably my first review in Airbnb because we were astonished by Henry and Sonya on their readiness to help you with all your needs. Henry was so attentive in providing whatever we asked for. This truly made our vacation 10x better. Other than that this home is gorgeous. It’s a shared pool but really seems like we were the only ones their. The location of this house made our trip very easy to travel from point a and b. Literally could take a bus down hotel zone and find great places to eat, shopping centers and entertainment for daytime and nighttime. Almost forgot to mention. The walk to the beach is literally 5 min. Probably staying here again if I ever come back to Cancun!
