Few things were off when we arrived. Rogelio went beyond to fix the issues. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were not working. The kitchen was not stocked with basic items, making it difficult to cook meals for group of 9. During rain, water leaked in from windows. Hot water would get cold after 2 people taking showers. Rogelio was in frequent communication, and responsive. He offered to make up for issues. He collected laundry every day and returned. He offered us daily cleaning services. The cleaners did a phenomenal job. He offered us a complimentary private chef service. One small issue we faced as the oven kept switching on/off, the chef made lasagna in a glass dish in oven while he was serving us the entire tray shattered from the heat, hitting us. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. Overall, our group was taken care of despite the challenges we faced. We are thankful to Rogelio and to all the people who worked hard to ensure that our trip still turned out wonderful!
