We stayed at Maria's place during our wedding weekend, and it was the perfect home for our wedding party and our kids. The house is absolutely beautiful and has exactly the colonial charm and atmosphere we were looking for in downtown Querétaro. One of the things we loved most was how spacious it is. Everyone had enough room to enjoy time together while still having their own privacy, which made the entire weekend even more comfortable and relaxing. Maria was a wonderful host, and the house exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautiful, authentic place in the heart of Querétaro.

This house is amazing and has sooo much soul. It served as a home base for my daughter’s wedding. The inside garden was delightful at day and night. The decor tasteful and yet funky!! We had many visitors and plenty of glasses to cheer this special week. All were impress y the charm of the house.We felt at home and I was sad to leave. The hosts were very quick to respond. This said, living in an historic house has its perks but don’t expect Holiday Inn plumbing. We had some issues but being Easter time, the host did there best to accommodate.

The house exceeded all our expectations; it was great for the 13 of us who stayed there, and we were all delighted.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable for traveling as a family or in a large group. The configuration of the rooms allows for privacy between different parts of the group and to live together in the common areas. The location is excellent, we stayed there during the Christmas holidays and the noise was quite moderate compared to the rest of downtown, we had no problem resting. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at this home. It is super spacious and beautiful, each room has its own bathroom, which makes everything very comfortable. In addition, it has space for three large cars, which is a big plus. The best thing is definitely the location: it's right in the center of Queretaro, so everything is within walking distance or about 5-10 minutes away. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Maria Teresa and Betty were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

This Airbnb was fabulous. Maria Teresa was an amazing host. She helped me with every one of my concerns prior and requests while we were there. We appreciated her quick responses and helpful recommendations. Anything we asked for was immediately checked on or delivered. For a minimal fee they shopped for staples grocery items and ensured they were there when we arrived. Their coffee shop Cafe MatTe is just around the corner. Food was delicious. The Rowenta steamer she provided was a lifesaver for the entire bridal party and lots of other guests. Historical Centro Queretaro is beautiful, our daughter had a magical wedding day!

Maria Teresa's house is beautiful, with an unbeatable location. It has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, ideal for my family as each one chose the one that best suited their needs. The living room is very nice and cozy. The kitchen and dining room are separate from the bedrooms, allowing you to cook without disturbing those who are resting. The dining room is spacious and very nice. There are 2 small interior patios, one of which has a beautiful fountain and a leafy tree that invited you to relax and chat. María Teresa was always attentive and provided us with a barbecue, in addition to giving us amenities upon our arrival and tickets for a very interesting exhibition in the city. Thank you for all.

Everything was very good, Maria's service was excellent and the breakfast option is a plus, it is in an excellent area to get to know the historic center of Queretaro and the house itself is part of the experience Highly recommended for large groups

I spent Christmas with my family, it is a spectacular house with ample space, very comfortable, cozy, the location is excellent, practically in the center but it is a quiet street and it feels safe. If you have the opportunity, it is an experience that I recommend, at least my whole family and I were left with a beautiful memory of the first Christmas without our parents

Great place to stay! Each is beautiful, spacious and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area is spectacular, letting you enjoy the entire center of Queretaro a few steps away. We used the airbnb as a venue to fix my wedding day, and the house is so beautiful that we were able to do a small photo shoot on site! Maria's communication and service, impeccable!

Beautiful and very unique stay. We had a whole courtyard and quarters of the house to ourselves. María Teresa and her husband even hosted us on the first night, preparing a “journey through Mexico” meal. Watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight. Location was ideal as it is in the central area of the city. Only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos at night. María Teresa was very responsive not only during, but before our stay whenever we had questions.

This is a beautifulhome and it was perfect for our large family! The house is in the center of town and was easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the parks downtown and we saw a parade and lots of wonderful music. We were able to get souvenirs for our extended family who were not able to make the trip! It was a wonderful experience!

The bedrooms are comfortable, each with their own bathroom, and the common areas are spacious and inviting. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful and ideal to relax and enjoy the nice weather. Location, Location, Location. Not just central, but central to main plaza and walk ways. Huge place. Pictures are accurate, but house is absolutely large. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms, 3 masters downstairs, separate from each other. Huge courtyard, and the a terrace if that was not enough.

Really, the little details that could have been there are unimportant compared to the hospitality provided by María Teresa and the sensational location of the house.

Beautiful home in a great location of Queretaro centro. Bigger then I thought Tastefully decorated. Hosts were extremely responsive and made sure our needs were met. Peaceful covered patio with small garden and roof top balcony. Spent most of our time on the patio. Missing it already. Highly recommend this Lovely house and Queretaro.

Pure historical center of Queretaro

The house is just as you see it in the photos. Very cozy and colonial. You're transported to another era. The location is perfect for walking around the historic center. If you have a chance to visit Querétaro, you should consider this house.

The house allows you to feel very comfortable having your own privacy because each room has its own bathroom and is separate from each other. Nice house exactly is colonial but with a modern, clean and tidy touch. Maria is very attentive and responds to any situation quickly!! Definitely a good place if you want to be close to downtown Querétaro and walk.

Stayed at this wonderful property for my son’s wedding. This is an exceptionally charming, spacious, clean, and safe house! Everything was super. Walking distance from everything in central Queretaro. We really had the sense of "living" as the people of Queretaro do. Maria Teresa is an amazing hostess...very professional, prompt, friendly, and caring. She always answered our questions immediately and made us feel that we were just one message away from solving any issue. She could not have been more of a help. She is a five star hostess! The place is great, really big and super central. There's lots to do in the area and it is the most touristy part of Queretaro.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There are several sitting areas, both inside and outside. The location is ideal in terms of walkability to shops, plazas, restaurants, churches, museums, and more. Maria Teresa and Alejandro were amazing hosts, responding quickly to questions and giving great recommendations. We ate breakfast at Cafe MatTe almost daily and loved the menu; the workers there provided great service and were very friendly. Thank you for everything.

An incredible stay. The house is very comfortable, with an incomparable colonial charm. You really feel at home. A beautiful house with incredible views of Querétaro's historic center, located in the heart of the city's historic center, with all amenities included. Maria Teresa was always attentive and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay at this place again. We had breakfast at the Matte café, which is just a few meters from the house. Reasonable prices and very good quality and service.

The house is much prettier than in the pictures, and it has an amazing view from the upstairs room. It is very well located. The entire center is within walking distance, and it is around the corner from a pedestrian street where there is a café with very good breakfast. It has parking inside the house, and it's very convenient. The kitchen is very basic, but sufficient to prepare something. The house will be delivered to you very clean, but they won't do the daily cleaning; they will only clean it before you leave. The hot water takes a while in the downstairs rooms, but nothing serious. Overall highly recommended and excellent value for the price. Although we never met María Teresa, she was always very attentive and very kind.

The house is very nice, just as seen in the photos. The location is good, as it is in the center. Super recommended for a weekend. The only thing that would make it even better is to have a kitchen. Other than that, we were delighted.
