The place is quite large and very nice, the pool is very clean, it has some floats for those who can't swim, and some children's games in the garden. The rooms we rented were very good overall; just a few issues with the shower area—one room had very hot water that I couldn't regulate, and in another, the water pressure was very weak. Also, several of the doors drag. There is no way to lock the bedroom next to the kitchen from the inside. The grill was a little dirty, but useful. If this doesn't bother you, you'll find the place very nice. Several stores to shop at, with very fresh fruits and vegetables, and various fast-food establishments. We rarely spoke with the person who handed over the house to us; she responds quickly and is extremely friendly. Always available on the phone. All in all, we're looking forward to returning; bring a ball. P.S. There were a couple of cats belonging to the neighbors, one black and one white; they stayed in the garden and didn't come near the house. If you like them, they are friendly and docile.

Excellent location, huge property, very clean pool. Mr. Armando's service was exceptional; he was always attentive, no matter what time it was. Ms. Liliana always responded quickly to any questions. Perfect house for large families. There is a mini-supermarket, tortilla stand, butcher shop, produce stand, and a 3B store one block away. The only thing to be aware of is the bedroom near the kitchen, because there are a lot of European house centipedes, also known as Opiliones, and although they said they had just cleaned and sprayed, there were too many of them, and there were also dead ones from a long time ago; we found some live ones on the bed, so we brought insecticide. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and there is enough space for several cars.

Excellent communication with the host, we went to an event at Rancho Juantepec, and because of the proximity I highly recommend it. The night watchman was very friendly. The rooms in the house where the kitchen is located are in need of some maintenance, but the rooms near the pool are very good. In general, I would return to La Casa de los Abuelos again.

The area is very quiet and extremely private, the accommodation was very helpful because we got married in the garden on one side, it provided comfort and tranquility for the whole family, their belongings and vehicles. The manager Mr. Armando is very accessible, friendly, transparent and was always there for everything and more. The description of the place is exactly as shown, and something that is worth mentioning is that there are four rooms with their own FULL bathroom, three more that share a fairly large one, and 4 more distributed throughout the house, what a blessing. The place is very clean, obviously it is a rustic house and there are small corners that have a little dust, nothing to bother you. The kitchen is super equipped, we never needed anything to cook, and we prepared a lot of things, it has a standard refrigerator and a minibar. Although the garden is huge, the house is well lit, it is a totally family-friendly accommodation. As a tip, if the boiler is worth it, don't think about it.

The Casa de los Abuelos is very large and the garden is also large. The place is clean but neglected, it needs deep cleaning and maintenance. Doña Fide and Don Armando are very friendly and she cooks delicious food. There was no television due to some change of plan and no trampoline, but everything was fine. Thank you

The place is huge and perfect for the whole family. It is close to Valle de Bravo, but it is in the middle of a small town. The people who take care of the house were super friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Very good choice to go with kids and adults

The house is amazing for kids. It has games, a lot of garden, swimming pool, open space and even a circuit for them to ride bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are all kinds of utensils for cooking everything (even a pancake mold with shapes!). As we went in December, the boiler for the pool is definitely necessary. The furniture is spacious and of all types. The two TVs work perfectly and everything is very clean and well kept. There's a campfire to catch tonight! And a fireplace in the main lounge. Fidela and Armando gave us a super friendly deal and were always willing to help. The mini supermarket that is a few steps away is very well stocked and there are very good vegetables and fruit very close by. We would definitely go back!!

A great place to stay, we went to a wedding the garden was super close. The accommodation is very nice, I think the children really enjoy it and the central room to live together, talk and eat is perfect 👍👍

Excellent place for families with children. It's a place made for them. The amazing garden with games and a bike path. Fruit trees and lots of grass for running. The rooms are very simple, just like in the photo, but comfortable because each one has its own bathroom. If you are going to use the boiler, ask that it be turned on the night before you arrive so that it is at the proper temperature. Ms. Fidelia's service is wonderful. An excellent place.
