Everything was amazing. The house is beautiful, well maintained, everything is clean, smells good, and it's a good size. Lina as a host is excellent and super attentive. Everything is 100% worth it.

We loved our stay at Coto Flamingo. It's tops on our list of places we've stayed in Mexico. Lina is an awesome host who was fast with every communication. The beach is close by, but honestly, we preferred sitting by the pool.

It's an extraordinary house, more beautiful than what you see in the photos, impeccable, and with everything you need for cooking. Our stay was excellent! The house was huge, and we especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The main spaces were great for a large group and the pool was really nice! There’s also a beach club within walking distance that had good food, but it was a little pricier than going into town. It’s a gated community, so it felt safe and secure. Lina responded to us right away, if we ever had questions about anything! Highly recommend, if you have a big group and don’t want to pay hotel prices, but still want to have a luxury stay!

Forget staying at a resort, book Lina’s place and relax in luxury. She is very responsive and the home is gorgeous. Pool is amazing. Will stay here again. Excellent host and excellent home.

Lina's house is beautiful!!! We were 8 friends and we had a great time, the complex is very safe, spacious rooms with their own bathroom, the pool, the game room, everything is excellent!! I also have to mention that it has everything you need, you feel right at home and Lina is an excellent person, she was always in contact with me for any questions, I would definitely come back :)) thank you!!

Is the house beautiful? Very spacious, super functional privacy, the pool is the ideal size to relax, spacious and fully-equipped kitchen, the bar area below is amazing, the rooms are each impeccable and the beds are super comfortable to sleep in, their service was always attentive and very kind. Rental accommodation for 4 couples (adults only). We can share that the house is excellent. We'll start with the location. We moved very easily to the beaches of Nuevo Vallarta and it's not so far from the popular beaches of Puerto Vallarta. The house is super spacious, the bedrooms are very comfortable and clean, the kitchen is more than equipped than other accommodations that I've visited, we even had basic pantry products. The pool area was our fun spot and our host was always attentive and with great communication. A home that made our vacation an unforgettable experience with friends !!!

The house is very nice and big. Perfect for large groups or families. The area is very quiet and you can go out for a walk or run feeling very quiet and safe. The beach is close by walking with private access, it is quiet and there are not many people.

Lina's place is super comfortable, in a safe area and with all the amenities you see in the pictures. We had an incredible time in the pool, warm water and practically behind the house is the coto pool, which is also very well enjoyed.

It really is a very nice house, the kitchen has the necessary utensils, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, the pool very nice, the location is good, the access to the beach walking is like 5 minutes. 100% recommended. The host was always attentive, I would definitely stay there again!
