Had a memorable weekend with friends. Best part was Bbqing in the patio overlooking Ensenada.

The house was perfect for our large party. 16 adults stayed here for four nights for my son’s wedding. The views are incredible. The house is a typical Mexican style house. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We took uber into town for $5 US. Easy trip. If you are traveling with elderly or disabled, this house has a lot of stairs. The house layout is hard to tell by the listing, so here’s the sleeping details: Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. One room had a king bed and the other 2 had 2 twins. Upstairs there is a big bunk room with 3 bunks, double over queen. It also has a media area with 2 couches and a full bath attached. Just outside the upstairs bunk room is a half bath. Also upstairs is a huge den where we had 2 people sleep, but there’s no door or curtains, so it’s bright. Next to that area is the primary bedroom with a king bed and full bath. There is also a separate space outside with a dbl bunk, 2 twins and a full bathroom. Host was A+

Clean house. Quiet. No dogs barking all night. You will find that with toner rentals in town for sure. I would rent here again for bigger groups. View is amazing looking over Ensenada.

Kenny was attentive at all times, even before our arrival, and was always friendly. The accommodation was perfect and very comfortable, very clean and tidy. It met everything offered in its description and much more. We had a great time with a spectacular view of Ensenada. Kenny gave us recommendations for places near the accommodation, which makes everything easier. It is definitely an accommodation that you can enjoy and that will be hard to forget. Had a great stay at Ken’s, huge house suitable for big groups. Ken was very responsive to our inquiries. House was clean and well equipped for bbq’s and cooking. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near the city center.

Wow what a lovely villa. We thought it was going to be beautiful when we booked it but it FAR exceeded expectations in real life, the pictures don’t do it justice. Ken welcomed us by bringing us to the Airbnb and then was responsive the whole time whenever we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. Can’t wait to visit Ensenada via this villa again!!!

My family and I loved our stay here. It truly is a Beautiful home. You feel safe and right at home. The place is not to far to downtown 5 min drive to bars and restaurants. Perfect for a big family getaway. Thanks again Ken!

The house was spacious and everything was as described. The view never gets old! Feels like your on the highest point of Ensenada while also being only a 5 min drive from the house to the city. The place feels very safe and private and very peaceful as well. Pretty much every place we went was only about a 8 - 15 min drive from the house and we stayed for 4 nights so we hit a lot of different spots(best seafood ever). Each Uber cost a maximum of $6. The ping pong table was a hit and everyone was comfortable in their beds. The house has everything you need and enough for the full capacity of the house. Ken was very responsive with any questions or issues that might have come up and never left me hanging. Very easy to talk to as well. He sends a great list of near by places to check out that was extremely helpful and worth checking out. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing home and Ken is an outstanding host. The house is kept immaculate and the views from the backyard is spectacular. I've done in many places but I have to say that Ken is one of my favorite hosts. He was attentive to our needs and flexible. You couldn't ask for a better host.

Amazing stay! The view in unbelievable as is the property and garden. Highly recommend Ken’s place if you are in Ensenada. Short drive from the town but we’ll worth it for the view. Beds are super comfortable and outdoor grill was a bonus. Will definitely book again, thank you!

This was the perfect location for a large group (15). Ken was extremely helpful and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The home and view was a highlight of our trip, it was beautiful.

Ken is a real charm. He contacted me about the weather, helped with an excellent chef we hired for some dinners at the house- highly recommend Marianna and Lizette! The dinners were SPECTACULAR Ken gave us a big list of things to do, was kind about some changes that came up... really I would give him more stars if I could. The house has plenty of room and the view is truly spectacular. We toured Ensenada one day and the wineries the next. His place is perfectly situated to do both. Great spot with a lot of people. I had a dozen friends for my birthday and everyone was comfortable! Thank you Ken! Loved the stay!

Wow, where to begin! Ken is an outstanding host and this property is the perfect oasis while being close enough to the city. We immediately felt right at home and can’t wait to return. The place is so spacious, the perfect spot for our friends to celebrate the holidays together. Ken had incredible local recommendations and always made sure we were taken care of during our stay. Amazing views especially at night. Well stocked. Super responsive, helpful, and friendly host. Perfect for a large get together. The neighborhood is not that nice but the house and views are absolutely stunning. Highly recommend! Would stay here again in next trip to Ensenada. Stunning! The views and the backyard to this house is incredible! My family and I stayed here for the holiday weekend, it was a group of 7 and we all fit comfortable. We spend most of our time outside cause the views are immaculate at every hour of the day or night. Definitely would recommend everyone to experience this beautiful place.

Let me start by saying, the house is beautiful. Everything you need especially going with kids. The view is amazingly beautiful!!! Ken was super super helpful and welcoming. We need to start organizing our next trip!

There are a few things in life that will forever be ingrained in your mind for a long time. And staying at this place was one of those moments. First of all, the house was absolutely beautiful and accommodating for all of my friends and family. Second Ken was spot on with giving us recommendations and checking in on us. Lastly the view was something else. When we arrived we all stood outside for a few minutes taking in the view. Then we did it again before dinner. Then again after dinner. Then again a few more times throughout the weekend. Its the most beautiful vista I've seen of Ensenada I would definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Expect great views , hospitality, attended to needs immediately. Uber eats delivers , Local super market near by. Everything in the house was very clean, can’t go wrong getting this place. Definitely looking to come back.

Where do I even get started!? words alone do not do this house justice. the view from the terrace was absolutely breath taking! you can see every square mile of the city and the beautiful ocean. Kenny was extremely helpful. we had a small electrical problem and he got his people over immediately to fix it. if you are having doubts about booking this place just DO IT! you will not be disappointed. the location is perfect as well, the drive to down town is only 5-10 minutes. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful home.

Great airbnb! The house is very nice and there is an amazing view. The rooms are great, the kids loved all the activities such as foosball and ping pong. Ken is a great guy and very helpful, he made the experience even better. Definitely coming back if I find myself in Ensenada again. 10/10

Excellent home and excellent host better than we expected

Kenny and his beautiful home was definitely a perfect way to spend a weekend get away with my family and friends to celebrate my 21ST during this pandemic. Ken's house was beautiful! It was actually nicer than the photos look, if that's possible. It is very spacious with a lot of different sitting and gathering areas. We only had 5 people in our group, and felt that Ken's house could very comfortably entertain a dozen or more. Ken is a great communicator and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. He had great suggestions for all the local places too! I highly recommend staying at Ken's house if you're looking for an elegant, beautiful, large place in Ensenada. Thanks Ken!

Nice place to stay & big spacious home...!!

We had a party of 9 and my one year old son. The house was very spacious and we all had a private room which was very nice. Ken was wonderful and friendly and greeted us when we arrived to show us the house and made us feel at home. The house was very clean and it had all the amenities you would need to cook a meal and take advantage of the awesome view. We also enjoyed nightly ping pong matches. We hope to be back.

The home was great. The views were amazing. The house had everything for anyone that is trying to have a great time. It had a fire pit, great lounge areas and balconies. We all loved the ping pong table and the general outdoor setup. The host was awesome too and gave us recommendations. The location was close to downtown Ensenada. I would recommend this place for large groups.

This place was amazing!! A group of 8 us friends stayed here couple of nights and this place was perfect size with awesome views of the city. All the amenities were great and very well stocked kitchen. First night we stayed in and BBQ and was a great night.

First off, Ken is an amazing host. He went out of his way to greet us and make sure we were ok. He also provided tips for things to do and places to eat in Ensenada. The place was amazing with breath taking views. Many amenities to enjoy, great for a large group. Ensenada was a great and fun place to stay, and would definitely come back.

Ken has an amazing house and is an extremely accommodating host. We were provided with every great recommendation we needed regarding Ensenada from local surf spots, to places to eat and drink. The house easily has the best view in Ensenada and is very central to anything you may want to do in the city or surrounding area. The house is also well maintained and in great condition, I would %100 recommend this to any group traveling to Ensenada.

Ken has an amazing place on a top hill with an espectacular view, not to far from down town Ensenada. The view from the backyard is amazing, the house was very clean and up to American standards, we were very happy with our choice and Ken it’s a great person to deal with, we will definitely come back.

Ken's place is amazing! He had great communication and made check in a breeze. His house is great and offers a wonderful view of Ensenada. He had great amenities and even had some food for us to cook if we wanted to. Getting around Ensenada was a breeze since his house was just minutes away from everything. Definitely a great place to stay if your visiting Ensenada!

Kenny is a great host who worked very hard to help meet our Baja racing needs.

Ken was great. Easy to understand directions. And timely responses. We were without power and water for a little while because of natural reasons (wildfire/hurricane Lydia) and Ken came right over to switch over our water pump and get things back up and running As fast as possible. As we were there for a bachelor party he even stayed and had a drink with us. Definitely would go back.

Beautiful home in Ensenada with drop dead gorgeous views. The indoor/outdoor space is killer, and had plenty of space for the six of us to sleep (we each had our own bed). Super easy to get to town and surrounding areas, and Ken knows all of the spots so if you need recommendations he has you covered. Book this place and do not hesitate.

Ken was an outstanding host he met with us at one of the local supermarkets and we followed him to the house which was pretty cool of him to do, because we definitely would of gotten lost. When we arrived he was very thorough at giving us a tour of the house. The refrigerator had beer and water which was also pretty cool. Ken also provided us with a list of restaurants recomendations and he was available to answer questions. The house was really beautiful and the view was amazing. I would definately come back and I highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for a great place to stay with a large party, look no further. The house is a short Uber drive from downtown, and it was great to come back to a quiet, well-equipped house. The views are unbelievable, and Ken was a great host!

Ken was a fantastic host. Everything from his post was accurate and he made sure that we were prepared for everything we needed to know before we came. The house was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. It had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

Can't say enough about the outdoor area and view from this house- truly beautiful. Kenny went out of his way to make sure we found the house (it's hard to get to) and help us with restaurant recommendations and other Ensenada tips and tricks. He was a very helpful host, and it was easy to get in touch with him.

GREAT experience staying at this place. The hosts welcome packet was amazing and had everything we needed to know about the area, including great recommendations on places to go for food, drinks etc. Would highly recommend this place. Oh and by the way, the view is AMAZING!

We had a great stay here and Ken made things even better(you'll see his pic on the listing as the Host). When I mentioned that we were wondering how to go about arranging a dinner at the house for 9 adults prepared by a local chef, Ken was able to use his local contacts and refer us to a chef who prepared a really amazing meal of local style cuisine which included 3 types of ceviche, Conchinita Pubil, and even 8 bottles of wine from a local winery which was really great wine. He even went out and bought a table that would accommodate our group size as he didn't have that before. The location of the table is in the "back yard"(?) and was perfect for dinner. Normally we've rented a house on the beach somewhere between Puerto Nuevo and Ensenada and this is our first house inside the city proper of Ensenada. It's great for the proximity to the wine region compared to those other locations. Staying here also makes going back to the border via Tecate a good option. Overall, this is a great place to say & Ken, the Host will take care of you.

The place was great! Great view at the top of the hill of the whole city and ocean. I would definitely come back again. Its really close to downtown. Ken even threw in a delicious growler of some local beer.

We had a great time at Ken's place. He's warm and welcoming and the views are spectacular. The house was very large and comfortably furnished. Please note that there are many steps. The neighborhood is a little rough, but there was plenty of secure parking and we never had any issues.

Our family stayed at this home for Christmas 2015 and we had a wonderful time not only in the home but also in the city. The manager/owner Ken was very gracious from the day I booked until we checked out of the home. The views were spectacular! Those views would command millions here in the U.S.. The house was very clean and well adapted for rentals. Ken knows how to invite and treat the visitors. He stays at the property in a guest house but in the three days we were there, he didn't impose and we didn't see him until we were about to depart. The house itself was great for the family and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball, and other games and I was pleased with the fitness amenities. The first floor could have had a more open layout to allow for more mingling. The dining areas was fairly small and not conducive to more than six people. Would have also been nice to have a jacuzzi overseeing the city. I would definitely return to this home.

Ken went really out of his way to make us feel at home. He even provided us with some complimentary wine from the local vineyards. The home is well appointed and the views are magnificent. I can't wait to go back!

The house is honestly even better than advertised. The view is amazing, there's lot of room, it's super clean, and there are plenty of amenities. The neighborhood felt 100 percent safe. Over the course of three nights there, my five friends and I repeatedly marveled at how lucky we were to have found the house. And Ken was very helpful.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer host and home. Ken's Mountain Top home was like a private resort overlooking the entire city. It was stocked with everything we could ever need. The house was immaculate in every way including cleanliness. I am already planning for my next say here real soon.
