Excellent place. We came as a family with 11 adults and 4 children, and from the reservation everything was very easy and fast. The house is quite spacious, super clean, and can be enjoyed with the whole family. Ilse was always attentive to our arrival and departure. In fact, we wished we had more time to enjoy it.

Excellent place to spend time as a family. Everything was very clean, the house was spacious and tidy, with elegant finishes and plenty of amenities. Ilse's service was also excellent; she was always in constant communication in a friendly manner, and all the instructions for check-in, the stay, and check-out were very clear. I highly recommend it.

The photos don't do it justice, the house has excellent finishes, air fresheners in each room, very large closets, quality sheets and quilts. Ilse was always attentive to answering my questions.

Beautiful house, perfect for a family, even more beautiful than the photos. Ilse always answered my questions and messages. Very well equipped, the only detail I noticed was that apparently the jacuzzi did not work, but otherwise there was a warm pool, games for children, board games, kitchen utensils, TV, internet. Very comfortable, I would definitely return

We liked the house very much, it was clean and everything was in order, very spacious, faithful to the publication, the heated pool and the super comfortable barbecue area, we loved the stay and the hostess was always attentive and friendly.

Ilse's place is ideal for a pleasant time. It has a lot of space, it offered us everything it promised, a large garage, clean. The only thing is that the pool was very hot, to the point that you couldn't stay in it for long, even at night.

Ilse's accommodation is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The pool was clean and the water temperature was very pleasant. It's a 10 minute walk from the esplanade. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The house is incredible, easy to access, hot pool.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. We were a large family and we had no problems with the rooms. The house is spacious and clean. Mosquitoes and flies are normal for the area and the season, but nothing that affected our stay.

An excellent place for a weekend with friends and family

The house is super nice, the pool was just for us and was a lovely warm temperature, and the beds are comfortable. We had a great time. Ilse was attentive to making sure we were okay. We had a problem with the refrigerator and she was very willing to fix it. 10/10

I used the property to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had some visitors from out of town, and the property was very well suited to hosting them. The garage is spacious, allowing us to safely park 6 vehicles. The little ones had a play area and a garden, and the older ones used the heated pool. Even at night, the water was at a very good temperature. The rooms were very clean, with excellent internet access. Overall, the house is as described in the images, very nice and safe. The host was always very available to assist us during our stay. The truth is, this property is highly recommended. I hope to return, since in the area where the house is located, you can relax very comfortably, away from the city.

The house is perfect for a family with small children. The water is heated, the pool is a good depth, there are many amenities, the rooms are spacious, and each one has its own bathroom and a very large dressing room. The kitchen is in good condition and has the essentials for cooking. Everything is very good. I just recommend providing more toilet paper and two jugs of water instead of one for a large group.

A super comfortable and super large house Every room with walking closet , full bathroom and internet TV! It is accessible up to people in wheelchairs (only 2 steps ) The reality of the house is much better than the photos!

Now that the less hot months are coming, it's ideal, because the only thing I would add would be some fans, but that would be it, because everything else is amazing! The house is very comfortable, has many amenities, the pool, fire pit, children's playground, outdoor dining furniture, hammock, etc. The rooms are very comfortable and each one has its own bathroom. Large kitchen with many utensils. You can cook everything! Spacious garage and the pool good temperature is very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was super good. A bit warm in the rooms but nothing that can't be fixed by opening the windows.

Everything was excellent. Group of 10 people and we had a great time. Spacious and very nice house and garden, pool with hot water (even in the early morning), barbecue, and dishes to use, comfortable rooms with their own bathrooms, towels for personal use, all as in the photos. We had an inconvenience to close the gate which was fixed in a short time, with Ilse always available on the phone. Just as a recommendation, bringing repellent because being an area close to the lake abound the mosquitoes abound at some point of the night, but the whole house has mosquito nets to avoid entering them. I highly recommend the stay.

The house is very nice and comfortable, close to stores and pharmacies, and the heated pool is a hit. What I would suggest is air conditioning in the bedrooms. It's very hot. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the stay.

An excellent house!! It's exactly as shown in the photos! It is ideal for young children because it has a trampoline and some games. Although the street is a dirt road, it is just two blocks from the main avenue (a 5-minute drive from the promenade). Every afternoon, we went to the stalls on the promenade, which, although smaller than the one in Chapala, I find more picturesque and familiar. The pool wasn't cold at all; on the contrary, it was super pleasant. What we liked the most: the fire pit!! We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed the whole evening! Ilse muuy amiable and always attentive We'll be back for sure!!

The place is great, very private, extremely comfortable, we were 14 persons, all rooms have private bathroom this is plus,, kitchen confortable all utensils you need they have it, only 2 issues, wifi work some times and not air conditioning, not big deal,, A+

The house is spacious, located centrally to Jocotepec, you are less than a 5 minute walk to the Malecon and less than a 10 minute walk to the main Plaza. I love the privacy of the large gate at the entrance and was spacious enough to park our rental inside. I cannot wait to book her house again and bring my kids and entire family! The pool was very clean and so much fun on our warm days! Thank you and we hope to return very soon!
