Great spot. Pool was lovely and the beach is steps away.

This was our seventh trip to San Pancho and this is the best location for a family like ours, hands down. The beach and pool are right down the stairs and the super Indio market is two blocks away, as well as a park and our fave coffee spot (Prieta). The hosts were so gracious and the accommodations were spotless, well maintained, and up to date. Grateful for their hospitality and flexibility.

We had wonderful stay in San Pancho. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped with quality products. Can’t beat the ocean view and walkable location. When there was an issue with the WiFi, Melissa immediately addresses it and when our flight was cancelled, Melissa was kind and accommodating to extend our reservation. I would love to return someday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything. The pool and hot tub were spacious and impeccably clean, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend!

Great location! The view of the beach and the sunsets are amazing!

We had a great stay - being on the beach is priceless. We loved the pool - it was huge, beautiful and never crowded. I loved not having to fight for a pool chair. The place itself does take a beating from being on the ocean, but that is to be expected with a beachfront location. The kitchen was serviceable - but the porch was incredible - we loved sitting out there in the morning watching the ocean. Restaurants are super walkable and many are really, really good. The ocean right in front of the condo was a bit rough for us, but we just walked down the beach towards a smaller cove and found good swimming for our 12 and 15 year old boys. Overall it was a terrific trip! Thanks for sharing this special place with us!

The property was awesome! Restaurants were walkable, beach steps away, and the apartment was perfect. We had a shower door problem but no fault of ours or Lauren’s but the manufacturer. I would have loved to stay longer!

Apartment and location were wonderful. Some issues at first but Lauren and Melissa were so very helpful in getting them resolved as fast as possible. They were a true pleasure to work with and, given the opportunity, I will certainly rent from them again! Thanks again for hosting us!

Casa L & L was in the Best location in the most quaint & Adorable village of San Pancho. The weekly market was right next to the complex with many restaurants & shops nearby. The condo complex pool & grounds were clean & well looked after with the most Amazing views from the deck for whale & pelican watching including the most spectacular sunsets every night. The bed was comfy and we appreciated the equipped kitchen & washer & dryer & especially AC in each room. Thanks so much to co-host Melissa who was the most Amazing concierge with fantastic communication skills. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay! The location is unbeatable. The unit is modern and beds are comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. This was not the host’s fault but the pool was unheated and quite cold for the duration of our stay and there was also loud daily construction noise in a neighboring unit. Otherwise we had a great stay and would return.

We loved staying at Lauren's condo. The location is perfect and the amenities are great! The pool is wonderful and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Melissa, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. Spectacular view of beach/ocean, well stocked kitchen, great location. unfortunately, the first 2 nights, there were loud parties on the beach that kept us up. (i guess that’s a risk of staying on the beach). the large bed in the main bedroom was firm and comfy. the whole condo could use better lighting, maybe some bedside lamps and living room couch lamps. when we arrived, the bathroom wasn’t super clean. the manager offered to send a cleaning person. comfortable chairs/table on the patio.

Cannot beat the location or the view. I spent days on the balcony watching the waves, sleeping to them every night. Meals and games on the balcony were wonderful; we watched the sunset each evening. Restaurants and town are right outside. Condo was comfortable for a family of four. Some remodel work is still in progress but it did not impact our stay. The upper bunk was not something we’d have used, being very high without the ladder attached nor a safety rail, but fortunately we did not need it. Lower bunk was fine. Local communication was good, especially on a busy holiday week. They were flexible with cleaning times and departure hours with a late flight, which I appreciate. The pool is cold - wait until you’ve been walking around awhile and gotten quite warm, then jump in and it is amazing. Twice we experienced extremely loud music from the restaurant next door, for about 90 minutes each. Need to either enjoy it or disappear - earplugs aren’t enough. I’d return anytime!

We loved our stay. The unit is directly on the beach and you can hear the waves as you sleep. The pool and hot tub are amazing and overall the area is super family friendly. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely love to come back!

This condo is in an excellent location right on San Pancho Beach. It is a short walk from anything you need and many tasty restaurants. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and clean with many lounge chairs. The condo is good. Photos are not up to date -has been repainted and a whole new building added to the complex behind pool. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Great having a new cold fridge, a dishwasher, a new washer and dryer and a filtered water tap in the kitchen. Melissa was a responsive host and helped out with any questions we had. It’s hard to beat this condo.

This condo is the best place to stay while in San Pancho. Right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. It was recently remodeled and even better than the pictures showed. There is a lot of room for you to stretch out and beds were comfortable for sleeping. It has everything you need for cooking meals including a brand new refrigerator. Wonderful local contact who kept up on any problems (which there were none) and cleaning service during the week was great. The beach is right out your door and if the surf is too big, the pool/spa area cannot be beat. Also you have a reserved, covered parking space if you need it. If you stay in any other place than this in San Pancho, you are missing out!

We stayed here for 6 nights, 2 adults & 2 kids. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat! The view was impeccable! Breathtaking! Melissa was wonderful with communication and made us feel right at home. House cleaner came twice during our stay, that was great. Condo was super clean, the kids loved the ocean & the pool. AC worked great! You can really tell how much love and care is put into this place. Was super cool watching the surfers from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants. There’s a little gelato spot we went to almost every night! So tasty! Everyone in town is so friendly and sooo nice. Can’t wait to return!!! Hasta luego!

While we never had contact with Lauren, MELISSA was an incredible host who was completely on it in all ways. She was available within an hour on all communication, and had tons of local resources to assist in our trip from amenities to logistics to cultural suggestions. Truly the most attentive Air BnB host that I have ever encountered - mucho gusto Mel! The location of the apt is as good as it gets in San Pancho, with a deck looking over the heart of the beach and all of the best happenings on it. The home is clean and cool if one wants. The WiFi wasn't consistent enough to support streaming on the television, but my guess is that this is a more universal issue in this small coastal town. Plus, it pulled us back to the reason that we took the trip; to unwind completely in a new place and be present there. A couple items we would like to see in the kitchen: mixing bowls, plastic cups for the pool.

Location is perfect! Right on the beach while also steps away from all of the restaurants and shops in town. The beach is ideal for people who are a bit more comfortable in waves. We loved it. My teenagers had so much fun boogie boarding/surfing every day. The condo has everything you need. Melissa was incredibly responsive and if we ever needed anything she was always able to deliver. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time at Lily’s place in San Pancho! Nothing beats the location and ocean view! With two teenagers, I had read other reviews and was worried about swimming in the ocean. The waves are huge and yet many people still venture out. Great for boogie boarding, we appreciated the boards provided. Strong swimmers enjoy this beach! We were close to everything, it was easy to enjoy the ocean, and falling asleep to the sound of the strong waves was unforgettable. Some advice: toward the end of our stay a large group moved in, and one of the group was located next door to us. If there are quiet hours, they are not enforced but we found that asking people to quiet down when they woke us up was helpful—they did so immediately. Also: we saw some insects. Tiny ants swarmed any sweet food we left out so we refrigerated everything sweet. Saw about 3 cockroaches/day as front door has a gap underneath. Ask for spray if this bothers you. We didn’t because we didn’t want the chemicals.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay! Loved the access to the beach, a nice pool and hot tub, and the restaurants and shipping of San Pancho. It's a great unit to stay for your vacation with a dishwasher, laundry machines, and filtered water in unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lily's place. Melissa, who does most of the communicating and answering questions for guests was very responsive and helpful! She helped us arrange transportation from the airport and gave recommendations for companies to contact for other activities during our stay. The beach was wonderful for walks each day as well as the town of San Pancho. A warning though that this is not really a swimming beach as the surf can be high, so read up on it first. You can travel to nearby towns for a calmer beach if you want to swim in the ocean instead of the pool. Hope we can come back!

Perfect location looking across the beach and out to the surf. Building is right in the middle of the action of San Pancho and everything you could need is a short walk away. The complex has a great pool and is well maintained, like the unit itself. All the rooms have AC and there are beach chairs and an umbrella for renters to use. We had a great time visiting from Saskatchewan and look forward to returning in 2025. Highly recommend staying at Lily’s place.

Liked location right on the beach. Noisy w live music but we liked it. Good breeze thru unit. Never used air conditioning. Tub plug didn’t seal so couldn’t take a bath as planned. Washer dryer didn’t work but she offered to do laundry. We didn’t do it. Low quality fry pans. Couldn’t fry eggs. Very sweet cleaning girl came twice during our stay to tidy up. That was unexpected and appreciated. Would stay again.

Beautiful place and wonderful host. Location right on the beach was perfect. Nice to have beach chairs and boogie board. Wifi and air conditioning worked great, and nice large pool area. Only small thing would be to have more comfortable kitchen stools, a new frypan, and shampoo. Otherwise perfect!

This place was great in almost every way, even nicer than the pictures. Perhaps the best location in San Pancho. The only qualm we had was that the condo security were extremely, and sometimes unreasonably, strict.

We really enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were amazing from the deck and the town was really fun. We will definitely stay there again

Absolutely amazing. Just what we where looking for and always available to help with every little detail. our stay was easy and very welcoming and friendly.

Lily was extremely kind, quickly responsive, and helpful with any concerns. The house and complex were nicer than expected, and the town and culture were amazing. The area and the complex were very safe, and the staff very attentive. Coming in from the pool/beach daily it was great to always have hot water for 5 showers. We enjoyed using the chairs and umbrella provided, and on site parking was a great perk to enable exploring the surrounding area. Really no complaints, but a note that the waves at the beach were a bit large for the younger kids, and guests throughout the complex were a little surprised we were asked to wear non-removable wrist bands for the whole stay. However, the older kids loved wave jumping and the wrist bands were monitored by the staff to ensure only paying guests used the facilities.

The house is very comfortable, it has all the amenities and a spectacular view, only the bedroom with the bunk beds was very difficult for us to climb up to, we are elderly people, we should have considered it before

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit in San Pancho. It was a perfect location, within a block of the main street and the condo itself was absolutely wonderful. I would only note two things - there was a bit of an issue with the transfer from the airport that we arranged through the host. We ended up not getting a private transfer after we waited for about 45 minutes without the driver arriving and once we got into a van, there was no water or drinks available as promised. The cost of the transfer was significantly higher than a taxi so this was disappointing. Also, once you check in to the unit you are required to wear bracelets around the complex at all times for security reasons. This makes it feel more like a commercial resort and less like you are staying at someone's home - we didn't learn this until after booking. However, neither of these are very significant issues - we would go back to Casa Lily the next time we are in San Pancho!

We are picky and travel a lot. When looking for a place, we weren’t looking for The Ritz, we wanted a place that was comfortable, clean, updated, great location and we got that and so much more. The gym and pool are such nice added features, we used them plenty. The property is a stones throw from town and right on the beach. No better location available. We loved everything about the property. Lily and Nancy provided a great welcome and helped us with anything we needed. The air conditioning worked very well to keep us nice and cool. The view at night was spectacular, watching the sunset. Loved each day and grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay! The accessibility to the beach in the front, and the pool in the back is truly special. The deck is amazing. It can get a bit loud with the sounds of live music coming from the restaurant beside the apartment complex on the beach, but you could bring earplugs and it would be OK. We paid for the car service that was offered, and that was very convenient after a long flight with two kids. Next time, I might consider bringing our own car seats because the standards are just different at home. I also opted into a massage service and it was so good! Maybe one of the best massages I've had. The team at the Casa were very responsive with communication, and proactive about cleaning. Bunkbeds: depending on the age of the person staying on the top bunk, I would be a bit cautious. It is quite high up and there are no guard rails. Our kiddo just slept on the bottom bunk and it was fine. Overall, a really lovely stay and we hope to be back to San Pancho soon!

It doesn’t get any better than this location as you are 1 block from Main Street and literally right on the beach. Clean, big balcony with breath taking views, and awesome amenities like the gym, pool, hot tub and secured underground parking as we drove. Lily and Nancy were great attentive hosts.

It's the perfect place to spend a vacation in San Pancho! The perfect location! Everything is very close, my daughter loves the pool and the jacuzzi! The condo is very clean and has everything you need, the wifi works very well, I recommend it 100%!

Lily’s place was fantastic. The location absolutely can’t be beat. The pool is the perfect temperature, nice and private. Beach access is so easy and everything in town is walking distance. San Pancho is soooo much quieter than Sayulita which was a huge plus for us with kids. Also the parking garage was a plus as well because we did have a rental car and parking was a pain other places. All in, this place was amazing and Lily was a fantastic host.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in San Pancho. For us, the location and amenities leave nothing to be desired. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. Communication was easy. Hosts and local managers are extremely polite and helpful. We would love to return one day.

We loved this spot so much! The decor is really cool and has local vibes, it’s all even more beautiful than photographed. The complex is very clean and safe and accommodations are top notch. San Pancho is such a cool fun town and we will definitely be back! Bonus they have a tv now ;)

Beautiful location and unit, and great pool and beach access! Please note: due to the strict restrictions of this building, you can NOT have anyone who is not staying there join you at the pool. I wish this has been laid out in the Air BNB rules. I had some family members (who were staying elsewhere) come to swim with us, and they were turned away. I understand this policy, but it was the first time we had heard of it so it was an unpleasant experience.

You can expect the most beautiful view from your balcony as soon as you walk into your room..The very large pool and hot tub made for a switch up from beach days. Super relaxing and clean. What a holiday we had❣️🌟❣️

Amazing location!!! We loved staying in this condo. It was really nice having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The condo had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. Lily was helpful in getting us settled and answering questions, and Nancy did a wonderful job cleaning the unit. We enjoyed the Mexican decor. The location can't be beat -- right on the water and a short walk into town. The shared pool, jacuzzi, and pingpong areas were very nice. There was a filter in the kitchen for drinking water that we all drank from. Already making plans to return!

Great place with great views

Casa Lily is a great 3 bedroom condo. Right on the beach in the heart of it all. If you are sensitive to noise it can be noisy but mostly just the weekend. It did not bother us at all the sound of the waves is awesome. Nancy the manager is very responsive for check in and out and any questions during the stay. It was nice having a cleaner every couple days. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The best features of Lily’s condo starts with the amazing location right on the beach with crashing waves and proximity to town. Also appreciated the washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, spacious veranda, pool, warm spa, security, garage parking, well kept landscaping, and gym. It’s not the most luxurious accommodation and lacks a tv, but the pros outweigh the cons.

This is a lovely spot with great access to beach and town. It’s One of the very few places in San Pancho which has such a location along with a nice kitchen space. Staff was good and felt safe with locked gate.

The location was amazing, were you feel like you are literally right on the beach the whole time, just a few short steps to the sand from the apartment. The mornings were my favorite time, so peaceful and calm, with a nice walk up the beach right there, and it feels like you are on your own private beach. The sound of the ocean was very calming and lulls you to sleep at night. The pool was chill as well which was a nice for the kids to play around in. However, the beds and pillows were not that comfortable, but they worked. The location was convenient and we could walk over to restaurants for some decent meals. We had a rental car so we could go and get groceries for the kitchen in Buscerias for the big Mega grocery and local vegetable and fruit stands in San Pancho. It would be nice if there were some beach chairs that were at the place, and the bike that was in the place had flat tires so you could not use it. Overall it was a great stay and excellent beach experience for the family, and I would definitely recommend it.

Expect a perfect location and the soothing sounds of the ocean. You’re right where you want to be - for everything from a peaceful poolside, to an active beach scene, to a perfect patio overlooking the ocean.
