The villa is super relaxing and very central to Veleta area of Tulum. Andrea was extremely helpful and proactive in helping us when we needed it. We really enjoyed the indoor space and pool. Pablo the chef cooked us an amazing meal. We would definitely come back here

If this place is available - BOOK IT!! Andrea was so helpful the entire time with recommendations, reservations, & activities to do in the area! Upon arrival we received a welcome meal or authentic mexican tacos & margaritas along with a stocked fridge of food we picked out! It made our first day after travel so easy! We booked their private chef for a couple dinners & breakfast and they were outstanding! The villa itself feels like you stepped into a magazine! The pool and massive tub were a perfect way to unwind. They offered daily cleanings of the space including the pool. The area around the villa made it even more amazing! There were aesthetic modern restaurants and cafes along the street next to us, but it still felt very local and homey!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Tulum! Everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and the refreshing pool was perfect after a day of exploring. We loved the daily housekeeping, and the complimentary private-chef dinner for our anniversary was thoughtful, delicious, and truly unforgettable. The location was ideal, close to fantastic restaurants and bars, with easy access to explore the Tulum area by rental car while still enjoying the villa's peaceful atmosphere. A special thank you to Andrea for checking in on us, answering our questions, and sharing wonderful recommendations. Her hospitality was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! We loved the pool and poolside furniture, the space was clean and organized, the bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive from the moment we booked the place, answering our questions thoughtfully and providing lots of recommendations. They helped book car rides and (delicious) private chef meals with ease; we were so appreciative of all the support. Location-wise, there was plenty to eat, drink, and do in the area. Would stay here again 10/10!

Exceptional stay. Beautiful. Andrea is wonderful. She gave us many suggestions. Great restaurants just steps away. We rented a car to go to beach, Akumel Monkey Sanct. & to see Ven A La Luz sculpture. Market close by is like a Walmart and has everything you need. Villa felt super private. Hubby & I stayed unclothed the whole time lol. have been to many airbnbs and this was def theeee best. We are already planning to return this year for a longer stay.

I had an amazing experience at the Villa and I would recommend it to anyone! This is the perfect couples getaway. The chef experience was phenomenal. We had a romantic dinner and floating breakfast experience curated by the chef. The food and quality was sensational. To add to the vacation, Julia and Monica were extremely hospitality and responsive in coordinating transportation and recommendations. It made the trip extremely smooth and convenient. The daily maintenance cleans were a blessing and something I haven’t seen from any other Airbnb before. There’s only good things to say about this place, if it’s available you have to book right now before it gets taken. You don’t want to miss on this unforgettable experience!

This place is such a gem! The property is stunning, the host was incredible, and the neighborhood was perfect. I honestly could not have asked for a better spot! The communication was incredible and helped out with so many details including food, massages, bike rentals and more! I will 100% be back.

Monica and Julia were absolutely amazing—always just a text away and incredibly caring and attentive. We stayed here for a small ladies’ retreat, and the place was perfect for it. The location couldn’t have been better. There are so many cute cafés and restaurants literally a one-minute walk away. We especially loved Sun Love Café for breakfast smoothies and coffee. The villa itself was beautiful, welcoming, and spotless. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the pool was the perfect temperature (we had asked in advance for it to be preheated). There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout our stay that it honestly made it hard to leave. Julia welcomed us with authentic margaritas and delicious Mexican food, which was incredibly appreciated after a long day of travel. Thank you both so much for such a wonderful stay. I have a feeling we’ll definitely be back 😉

Usually I’d leave a review saying it was a good stay, but this was truly an amazing experience. Every detail of this space was thoughtfully done. The location was a 10/10, I genuinely can’t imagine a better home base for visiting Tulum. The compound itself was magical. Honestly, there’s no room for improvement. Communication from the team was top-notch. Proactive, organized, and incredibly caring. They made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The complimentary arrival dinner was such a thoughtful touch. We expected something small, maybe chips and salsa, but instead were welcomed with a beautifully prepared feast. This was a dream villa. Easily the best Air BnB stay I have ever had. Incredibly beautiful, so clean and spacious, and located perfectly in a vibrant and safe neighborhood. Only a 20 minute bike ride from the ocean and surrounded by great nightlife and restaurants. What really stood out was Monica and Julia's responsiveness to anything we needed. We setup a text thread and anything from a ride to Cancun airport, to bike rentals, to inquiries on spas or restaurants or tours was answered quickly and setup without hesitation. It was amazing service and made us feel quite fancy and well taken care of. Don't hesitate. If this place is free - book it!

It’s the kind of chill vacation I had imagined. Everything goes as expected and the host, Julia Monica goes out of their way to help with all we need. The massage, private chef and shuttle drivers are all super nice. Drivers are always within 20min away when I asked for a shuttle, from like anywhere! I would spend the money at such a villa rather than all inclusive luxuries for sure. Now I know my go-to for future beach vacations. Highly recommend! Only thing is that there’s a bridge between two rooms, make it a bit hard for four of us staying together alll the time. And carrying over luggage is a bit troublesome. But it’s trivial

We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place. It’s perfectly located in the heart of La Veleta, just a short walk to great restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The concierge service was fantastic—Julia was especially helpful. She assisted with reservations, local recommendations, and arranging transportation, all with excellent communication throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to the area.

My family and I went to celebrate my graduation from Nursing School and it was really fun!

A true retreat in Tulum with a wonderful pool. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler and all loved it. Monica sent videos of the place in advance to help me understand if the accommodations were wheelchair accessible. Carol, the concierge, was there to meet us when we arrived and then provided incredible support throughout our visit, booking restaurants and tours for us. Would definitely return!

This space is exactly what is needed to give your soul some time to recover. The chef they suggest is absolutely phenomenal, every meal he prepared was beyond delicious.. the houses were perfect for two couples to maintain privacy and still have great shared memories also. The communication is perfection, they checked on our needs and always had a suggestion of the best places to go. The beds are comfortable, the vibe is right. The ONLY thing is, there’s no bathroom door. So if that’s a deal breaker for you, just be aware. 200/10 absolutely would stay here again.

She had a private chef that we were able to book at the villa for breakfast brunch and dinner as we please, as well as an in house masseuse. The price was incredible for all of the amenities. Amazing place. Looked even better in person than in the pictures. I knew it was a nice spot, but they had everything thought of and stocked and the appliances were all super new and plentiful. The pool was clean, the architecture was amazing, the bedding was comfy. Everything 10/10 The concierge Monica was amazing and so helpful. To be honest, I didn’t even expect that as a perk, but she put us into a Whats App group and answered all my questions extremely quickly. At the beginning we even got a very helpful and amazing travel guide. There was parking available and the place wasn’t hard to find with the instructions.

Everything about our stay at Monica Soul Stay Tulum was absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a more beautiful oasis to relax in as we enjoyed all that Tulum has to offer. The property is a hidden gem that is very well appointed. The lush outdoor area and pool are beautifully lit at night which allowed us to enjoy the entire property 24 hours a day. If we had any questions or small concerns, they were addresses very, very quickly. Carol has to be the best concierge in town! The area is very walkable, with lovely shops, bars and restaurants nearby offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. But don't miss out on the catered meal that Monica Soul Stay Tulum offers to its longer staying guests. The chef was VERY nice and extremely talented. (Thank you Chris!) Gorgeous cenotes, swanky clubs, and 5-star restaurants and the beach clubs are a short drive away. Do yourself a favor and book this place when you visit Tulum.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis! Carol was very welcoming and provided local restaurant recommendations. The Airbnb comfortably accommodated two couples with children, featuring a mini kitchenette and two well-designed rooms - one with a king bed and another across the pool with two beds and standing shower. The rooms are beautifully decorated with French-style windows allowing plenty of natural light. Carol thoughtfully provided an assembled pack n play with changing station for our baby, making this truly family-friendly. The luxurious bathtub and waterfall shower were incredibly relaxing. We enjoyed the charming pool with its small bridge and shade trees, and appreciated the thorough cleaning service. With secure keypad entry and convenient location near eateries, I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Monica’s place was awesome! Carol our host was very communicative. She provided a great deal of things to do, places to eat, and sites to see. We had ample space and felt very comfortable at the villa. Construction and the restaurant across the street were kinda noisy at night but overall we had a good time. The villa was clean, well equipped, and chic.

Everyone was SO accommodating! Our flight got canceled and they would no hesitation rebooked our stay for the following day. If you want a full service concierge, stay with this group. Now to the Airbnb. One way to describe it is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went with our two kids and we each got a studio home. At first, I was a little nervous about my three-year-old coming over in the middle of the night over the pool. But everything is on auto and the lights stay on all night so it’s very well lit up and we had no issues at all. I felt very safe. My kids were safe at the Airbnb around the pool. I appreciate the TV is having Netflix already. There’s two particular restaurants nearby, within walking distance, that were absolutely incredible. Bacanara and boccara

Let me just start out with saying wow! What an incredible property! We had the best stay. It was better than the pictures. Everything was extremely well thought out. It’s two small villas separated by a gorgeous pool area with a lush jungle vibe. But it’s conveniently located in the downtown area of tulum. Now as for the villas themselves they are pretty well stocked with everything you might need. You have basic cooking utensils, but wouldn’t say it’s an ideal setup for cooking a lot. We hired the private chef and it was SO worth it! We ended up paying less for the chef than most dinners we had out. The food was also WAY better and such a personalized experience. I highly highly recommend hiring the chef for at least one of your meals you will not regret it. We also did in room massages that were arranged by the host. They were so professional and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’m telling you this is a full concierge luxury vacation rental for an amazing price.

We had an amazing stay at Monica's property. We loved the welcome meal and drinks after a really long day of traveling. Monica's host Paola was incredible and responded to all of our needs, even helping coordinate some massages upon arrival. We had issues with one of the shower heads and it was resolved quickly. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for us all. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. We'd love to stay here again!

I came here for a 40th birthday trip with my girlfriends and we had the most amazing time at Villa Oasis. From the time we booked till the time we left, Monica and Andrea were super helpful and responsive. They gave suggestions for where we could go, helped to arranged transportation and was always available to help. We felt so comfortable and loved everything about our stay. Absolutely stunning villa. Great location - walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops as well as 15-20min drive from the beach club/restaurant strip. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our birthday trip.

Beautiful and super close to town and fun things to do. Also very responsive which was helpful. There was a welcome food table with fresh salsa, guacamole, drinks, beef and veggies, was absolutely delicious! Super fresh. There was another villa which we were going to have our sister come in later and she would have been able to stay in the other villa across the pool, unfortunately she didn’t make it. But it’s nice there’s that extra space. The pool and morning Nespresso was nice. They had good recommendations and the communication was pristine, which is greatly appreciated when you’re visiting from another country. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this house! So chic and beautiful. Was perfect for our girls birthday trip for 3. We spent so much time in the pool - it served as our "living room". Restaurants nearby made it easy to grab food. We used the chef the first night and the food was incredible! Would love to come back.

Their place is beyond beautiful, surreal even. Great safe location (I was by myself and had zero issues). Exactly like the pictures but better in person. I absolutely loved my stay from the time of booking they where so responsive specially Poala she made my 33rd birthday extra special from the airport pick up and when we arrived the welcome meal was spectacular Chris our chef did a wonderful job we also booked him for brunch the next day , Poala was the best host ever she made sure we had everything kept checking in and always was there when we needed to be pickup up for our daily activities , it was a few restaurants and stores to walk too always it was just in a great location over all I would stay here a millions times over I loved how it was two villas one on each side of the pool so me and my sister was near but still had our own privacy and the bath tub was to die for ! I never leave reviews but I had to for this stay because I just had the best birthday ever Thank you guys again .

Monica Soul Stay's airbnb was fantastic. It felt like a private little oasis right in the middle of a very cool part of Tulum. The house was very well outfitted with everything you would need and a whole lot things really need but are super fun to have anyways like pool floats and bluetooth speakers. The decor was really cool with all kinds of interesting look nooks and seating areas. The huge bathtub/rain shower combo in one of the bathrooms was especially impressive. The place as also really well located in the heart of the La Veleta neighborhood with tons of restaurants shops, and coworking spaces within a 5 minute walk. We were traveling with a group of friends who booked AirBnBs across Tulum and this one was one of the best located ones. There was also minimal construction in the immediate area which was nice and can be a big issue in Tulum. You won't regret booking this airBnB for your Tulum trip.

There aren’t enough words to describe how magnificent our stay was at this magical location but I will try. We stayed x10 days. Hosts Monica and Paola were the most communicative of any AirBnBs that we have stayed at in the past, including numerous AirBnBs around the world. Hosts greeted us upon arrival with an amazing welcome dinner (we booked Chef Jesus a few more times for other meals throughout our stay!) Everything is gorgeous and just as pictured. My husband and I had massages in the room which were a great way to unwind and jumpstart our vacay! We referred to the hosts’ guide daily, following several of the rec’s. Hosts assisted with a variety of reservations including a cabana at La Zebra as well as dinners. We rented a car to get out and explore & visited beaches, lagoons, SFER Ik, etc., based from rec’s.; including a trip to Cozumel, a highlight of our trip! Highly recommended and we absolutely look forward to a return visit to this or any of their other properties!

And the ones we visited were great. They offer a personal chef and he did not miss!! All of the dishes prepared by Chef Jesús were delicious as well as the drinks. The place is also in a great location, with many restaurants and stores nearby. The hospitality and vibe of this place is well worth the stay!

Words cannot explain how awesome my experience was with both Monica and Tonie! They went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Tonie was very responsive and I didn’t have to lift a finger to do anything. Whatever I asked for or needed was taken care of right away. The chef Jesus was awesome and food tasted like a 5 star restaurant. We hired him 2 more times. This villa exceeded ALL my expectations and will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely great stay and experience at the Oasis Airbnb. Monica communicated proactively on message - even sending supplies and the maintenance team in minutes. Beautiful property, all the amenities (equipments) are of top quality! Had a wonderful stay - my family of 6 enjoyed the time. Many great restaurants, cafes at a walkable distance. Monica also suggested the best local recommendations for food - which we really liked!

What can I say, everything was amazing!!! Maria and Monica were FANTASTIC! They were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall just great women! The place was gorgeous! Serene, clean, perfect for my friends and I! Each room had a bathroom, a kitchenette which made it so nice! The pool was a great finish to our day as it was very hot while we were there! Maria and Monica were great with restaurant recommendations, beach clubs, trusted taxi driver and excursions. There was nothing that was missed and I would stay there again in a hearbeat! I absolutely loved staying here. I have to say this was my best Airbnb experience ever in my life. I highly recommend booking here and I would definitely come again. These ladies were definitely the hostess with the mostess haha. They made our vacay life so much easier during our stay and are literally the sweetest people ever . They helped book everything for us with the best seating and arranged & coordinated our private driver. They also made sure we were safe and were on point when it came to communication. They always responded so fast . The Airbnb also was so beautiful and so clean, looks exactly like the pictures. 100% would book again.

This place was absolutely incredible! There are two separate studios each with their own kitchen area and bathroom and the pool area in the middle. I cannot say enough about the hosts (extremely responsive and proactive!) and their fantastic recommendations. They gave us contacts to the best driver and private chefs and those were some of our most memorable times. We went down near the beach a couple times but actually decided we loved the restaurants and bars near the airbnb so much more. Highly recommend!

Monica’s place is definitely at the top of our list. Exactly as described, we felt like we were in a five star hotel. The Private chef service was top notch, location was great and Monica was extremely attentive and helpful. We will stay at Monica’s again.

This is was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The villa was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice.. at all!! The hospitality of our host was 10/10. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All of her recommendations were amazing and I highly recommend everyone to book this oasis!!!

From the moment we booked our trip Monica and her team took phenomenal care of us! They arranged transportation to/from the airport, provided local recommendations, and promptly responded to all questions. The home looks just like the pictures and is very clean! A few of the things that gave this stay an A+ -The welcome dinner was delicious with a lot of variety -5 gallon water dispenser in each room -Location in the heart of Calle 7 with lots of great food options. Also not a bad walk to Centro. -The destination guide provided by the team I would highly recommend staying here!

Monica’s Oasis is such the prettiest and perfect getaway, To us it was the perfect getaway to take a well need break from everyone. Monica has a list of amenities to meet practically any need you will have. Chef Jesus, Maria and all of Monica’s team were wonderful people. The location is right off the main strip in Tulum away from the beach but not too far. Mopeds, ATVS or taxis either way you have tons of options for transport. Highly would recommend and great for couples.

We see at this beautiful Airbnb on spring break and had an amazing time. Monica and Maria are very responsive both before and during your stay. They were very helpful recommending places for us to see, restaurants to visit, and fun things to do. They even went as far as to make reservations for us at the beach club that we visited. The place is amazingly beautiful, just as you’d expect a Tulum residence to be. They even provided a welcome meal for their guests as they arrive, which was so thoughtful and unique. Their private chef was a gem so we hired him to make us breakfast the next day as well. Chef Jesus did not skip one detail for our breakfast and there was an abundance of food so it was worth every penny! If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay during your visit to Tulum this is it!

wow this was probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. the location is an up and coming area filled with expats and good eatery around the corner and close to the downtown strip! the food made by the chef was amazing and seasonal. we enjoyed the passion fruit margaritas so much we order them again the next night! lastly the host, Tony, was amazing. she was super accommodating and would proactively make sure we were having a good time.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I thought the reviews were too good to be true but actually they did not do the property justice - Monica and Toni were better than any 5 star hotel concierge, they were so knowledgeable, so helpful, always available - they gave us recommendations, hooked us up with a safe driver, booked reservations for us, made us feel so welcome and pampered. And Chef Jose and Victor the tequilier were incredible - the welcome meal was gorgeous and so much fun and brunch + bar by the pool SO delicious!! The neighborhood is walkable and lively and the property is just as cute as it looks in photos (RARE) and I simply cannot overstate how above and beyond the service is. There are not enough characters here to tell you how much I recommend this property!!
