The property is perfectly suited for a large group. Pros: Each bedroom has a bathroom; the floors are all concrete, which is easy to keep clean; the yard in front and back is luscious, private, and big considering that’s hard to find in the middle of the city. Diana was super attentive and friendly while giving us our space. Great kitchen for big gatherings. Cons: The house is showing some wear and tear, particularly in the bathrooms. This house is great value for the money. The cons are very manageable. Would recommend.

Location! Location! Location! Close to the main part of city to enjoy everything. My guy Oscar who was at the house at all times took care of everything we asked for. Rooms were clean and each room had a lock. Pool was amazing! We enjoyed ourselves with good music no complaints. We respected the host and the house but we loved the fact that we enjoyed ourselves and there were no complaints. I would stay at the place again in a heartbeat!!!!

First ill like to say this property is very spacious and comfortable for our group of 4, Diana our on-site concierge was very responsive and friendly, Diana made the stay very pleasant the way she answered our questions anytime we reached out to her thru whats app, the Pool/Jacuzzi was warm and bubbles felt very good on the body, Outdoor area has seating that was comfrotable for our group and we are all Big and built like linebackers 😂Thank you Propiedades and again Thank you Diana for making us feel at home.

The house is spectacular, it has all the necessary spaces to enjoy, have a good barbecue, or get into the heated jacuzzi, it is very well equipped with everything you need, Diana is always attentive in the house for absolutely everything, she makes the stay perfect, definitely a highly recommended place.

It was a trip with friends and the place was perfect! The house is very spacious and comfortable. Each had a large bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The outdoor pool is heated and perfect for enjoying a whole day in the sun while we had a barbecue on the grill. In addition, the host has his house on the same land and that gave us a lot of security to be calm when we left the house. He always helped us with everything we asked for. We would definitely stay at your property again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We were allowed an early check-in which was very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. There are great local restaurants and supermarkets just around the block and just a few minutes (walking distance) from Provenza. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medellin!

This BnB was absolutely perfect. Great location, juan walked us to currency exchange locations, showed us the local restaurants and more. If you are looking to book a BNB in Medellin, its no place other better than this one. Then the host juan, literally was the coolest dude man!! He made it feel like home, he is your guide, and security all in one. Super responsive and knowledgeable of the area. Overall 5 stars for my stay.

Very comfortable, and an excellent location

Juan is a great host and super accommodating anything we needed he got it , or found for us he was super knowledgeable and respectful he was really nice and let us have fun. He made sure the place was safe 24/7 you don’t need to worry about anything. This is a worry free, stress free Airbnb. It’s a great stay super clean , full kitchen, washer dryer everything you need is already available. Oh and restaurants right across the street and a supermarket down the street that sells anything you need. Anyways thanks for everything Juan I appreciate you. I would definitely stay again on my return.

This was my second time to Colombia and this by far was the best airbnb I stayed at. The host was very helpful with everything we needed and wanted. Made us feel like it was home. I’ll definitely stay there again

This place is at a great location with nice restaurants, bars and popular areas at a walking distance, well managed, Dairo the caretaker does an amazing job. One thing that did not fit the description for us was that this is not a villa. It is a decent size place that is made to fit the profile of an Abnb property. Entrance to the property was very non descriptive. Biggest room is an extension at the back and is not part of the main structure. Couple of rooms have portable AC units and not with built in split units, sitting area does not have AC. Pool is heated and the patio area is great but lacks privacy from neighboring building with 2 large windows overlooking the pool. Overall our stay was comfortable and well taken care of. Will recommend this place for its location.

Juan, by far, was THE BEST HOST EVER!!! He went above and beyond in every possible way and exceeded all expectations of what a host should be. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but never have I experienced the level of care, attention, and genuine hospitality that Juan provided to our group. All 10 of us agreed — Juan absolutely deserves Superhost status! He truly understood his role and took it to the next level, setting a standard so high that it’s going to be hard for anyone else to match. Honestly, he may have spoiled us for future stays… nothing less will do now. Juan is simply the best, and I would stay at any property he hosts without hesitation. 10 stars all around!! 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

great property/location, there is someone in the house that is always there to open the door and help with needs (he does not bother the guests at all). property owners are a bit slow or difficult to communicate with at times, but nothing too bad

Everything is excellent with the property, the spaces are as they appear in the photos, it is close to everything in the village, downstairs there are pizzas and in front there are meat cuts, both delicious, and the most remarkable thing is Juan's attention, who is always attentive to any detail and helps you to make your stay better.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb, it was a gorgeous home. The location is in a very nice and safe area. With some convenient shops located directly in front, one being 24hrs. The host that is in charge of the location is amazing and super attentive. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who has a large party.

Perfect spot for a group getaway! Initially, I was a bit concerned about needing someone to unlock the place each time I went out. But Alejandro made the experience seamless—he was incredibly responsive and always available when needed.

The place is really perfect, the geographical location with the many rooftops, restaurant, and small service shops. The house is excellent, with all the amenities available, the staff on site greatly facilitate your stay. On-site security is very reassuring. The cleanliness is impeccable. I would highly recommend it

The Poblado house was a perfect home base and evening hang out spot for our family trip to Medellín. Our group was 8 adults and 10 kids, and we never felt cramped in the house. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, and two large gathering spots in the house made this a comfortable stay. Having two laundry machines was key so we could get all of our clothes washed before on to the next destination. Juan was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We were very grateful that he was there, even though you never noticed him until summoned 😆. The location was perfect - a quiet street with plenty of restaurants within steps or just up the hill in the park. The coffee machine needs to be replaced, but that’s a minor inconvenience and easily fixed. The WiFi was mostly solid. Thank you for opening your house to our family!

Great host, the communication and response was great when I needed something. Very spacious house with everything you need and then some. The house is very clean and in a great location. Diana is the concierge that stays on site and she was amazing . Whenever we needed something or had a question about the area, she was on it. There is several stores across the street and restaurants with in walking distance. We had 2 families with a total of 7 and there was plenty room for more. The overall experience was great and I would definitely stay there again!

Had a great stay, being a family group trip of three generations it made for a welcoming space to enjoy together. the numerous ensuite rooms also helped provide each one with their own privacy. The stay-in caretaker of the property Alejandro was also readily available to help out with any questions, or needs we may have had, was never in the way while being accommodating. property is also walking distance to a number of nearby areas.

Fantastic stay, everything was exactly like the listing. The space actually was a bit bigger than expected which is always a plus. No words for how helpful Diana was, she made us feel at home, took care of any needs we had and was always there for us. She was a huge part of why we enjoyed this stay. Every morning it felt like it was the first day we checked in.. she would literally clean the entire main area for us everyday! Which is extremely rare for a property manager. Fresh towels everyday, took out the garbage everyday! We had an issue with lighting the bbq and she would get it started for us whenever we asked her. Needless to say, our stay went beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this house to anyone who comes across it. Clean, private and in a quiet neighbourhood. Bonus: There is a grocery store, 24/7 convenience store and a bakery literally less than 100 meters away (right in front of the house). 11/10

Great place to stay when you have a big group of people

This Airbnb was perfect for a 1 week stay, well located to stores, gym, restaurants, and nightclubs. It is important to note there is not a key given the guests in order to go in and out on their own however the security guard Juan was always readily available to answer the door and any questions/ facilitate requests we had during the stay. The airbnb does show a pool table in the hallway however it is a smaller table then regular and it is also important to note one of the bedrooms does have a balcony, with a tub (not jacuzzi) in it. There is also an additional room within a bedroom in this house making it a total of 8 bedrooms, 1 without a bathroom. Overall great place to stay when visiting Medellin. Would stay again in the future/suggest to others.

Me and my group had an excellent time at this property due to the house itself, the location, and the host. The house matched the photos on the listing with it being spacious, good looking and having amenities such as a heated pool, billiards table, etc. The neighborhood was quiet while being within walking distance to a large supermarket and close to the action in the Poblado and Manila neighborhoods . The host, Alejandro, was excellent as he made us feel right at home. He was always available to accommodate us and give us recommendations. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for three nights with our group of four adults and five children. The house was very comfortable, family-friendly, and in a great location with convenient parking. The kids absolutely loved the rooms and the pool! We also appreciated having a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. While the property had everything we needed, we did notice that a few more kitchen essentials, like wine glasses and some utensils, would be a great addition. Additionally, a little extra care in terms of updates and deep cleaning could enhance the overall experience. That said, we were very comfortable, and the communication and service were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
