This place was absolutely beautiful. The views alone were amazing. Having our own pool was a blessing on those hot days after long walks. Great accommodations for sure! I would definitely recommend! My family and I had a wonderful time. Santiago was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. We had a couple taxis that couldn’t make it up the steep driveway but other than that I have no complaints.

This place had the best views of La Ropa beach. It actually has a 360 degree view of everything. It is quiet and very spacious. It was a little dusty but all in all very clean. For those who are not good with stairs it has three levels so stairs are a must. Personally I like the exercise. There is a lot of space and different areas to relax. The only suggestion I would make is some new linens such as bed sheets and blankets. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Would highly recommend this penthouse :) ❤️

We stayed at the penthouse December 21-28, 2025. The accommodations were perfect for our group of six. Lots of room for all of us. We had a few small issues that Santiago handled quickly. The onsite staff were extremely helpful when ever we asked a question. The view is second to none. The location gives you easy access to both La Ropa and to downtown. I highly recommend this penthouse to others and we will definitely be back.

Excellent location and helpful Security staff on-site. Easy to get taxi rides when needed. The accommodations are fantastic and a much better value than staying at a resort with limited living space and amenities like kitchen and private pool that really made out stay comfortable. Easy to access the beach and get day passes from local on-beach resorts worked out for us. Many great restaurants nearby.

This was the best place to stay in Mexico!

Preciosa on the Bay never disappoints! We’ve stayed there twice, but this is our first time staying in Santiago’s penthouse. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We felt right at home immediately! The views are priceless!! Without hesitation, we would stay again in Santiago’s Beautiful Home. Thanks again for allowing us to stay a week! Until next time!!

It’s a beautiful condo really incredible views and awesome location. The infinity pool on the roof floor is really nice. Keep in mind it’s a lot of stairs within the 3 level unit. Didn’t bother us but might be an issue for older folks etc. The unit was very clean and Santiago is easy and responsive to communicate with!

Incredible 3-level condo! The view is mesmerizing. The condo was well-appointed. The on-site complex staff (Patricia, Juan & Gonzalo) were all friendly and helpful. Maria, the housekeeper, was thorough and very attentive to every detail. My only suggestion would be to add a mini fridge on the 3rd level, in the palapa lounge! All in all, it was an amazing stay. We'll definitely be back!

Santiago’s penthouse unit at Preciosa is a gem. Santiago always responded to queries, and the on-site staff was always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place with a top notch host. There is a little noise bleed from the air conditioning compressors on a nearby roof. But otherwise flawless.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we ever had! The apartment was super spacious, the views were amazing, perched right above the beach, sitting all by itself. Everyone was comfortable with the luxurious accommodations. The kitchen was well appointed. Walking distance to La Ropa beach. An elevator takes you up to the apartment but there are two levels above the main level so you need to be able to handle steps.

A beautiful penthouse apartment a short walk away from La Ropa beach and walkable distance to the town. The apartment is on three levels with gorgeous views on the water and a small infinity pool on top that is great to have after walking back from town. Santiago was a great host and was very responsive with everything we asked him, even on Christmas Eve! I would dftly go back to this place.

We love the penthouse of La Preciosa. All guests have their separate bedroom and on suite. Beautiful views and a plunge pool for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. We will return. Thank you!

Very nice apartment with excellent views

We were 3 couples staying for 5 days in this very large and lovely space. We particularly enjoyed all the outdoor decks and patios which provided great views of the bay. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

My family and I enjoyed 10 days at Jimena’s place. The views are simply amazing! The home is furnished to comfortably handle all your guest. A fantastic area to host the ball game and enjoy your private roof top pool! La Ropa Beach is a quick 5 min walk. Many dining options 5-10 min walk, or the staff will call you a taxi. Taxi pricing is posted on the door down stairs at Mrs. Patty’s office. She also has many more tips to help your stay. Any questions we had Jimena answered very quickly usually within 5 min!! Thank you We will definitely be back

Great views! Wonderful accomodations. Quite a walk to town and the beautiful La Ropa beach, but really the ideal location between the two. The place had everything you needed. And the pools were perfect!

This spot is amazing. The penthouse affords incredible views of the bay of Zihuatanejo, a small but refreshing infinity pool from which you can view the tropical paradise, and three levels of spacious rooms and relaxing spaces. Buzzards often swoop around and land very close to the pool. If you’re looking for a place to quietly relax, this would be it. Our only complaint was the strictness of the establishment, this is a condo so it is fairly noise sensitive. However, it’s still a beautiful home where we very much enjoyed our vacation.

Communication ran smoothly. The location and property are breathtaking at all times of the day and night. Very clean and very quiet. Enjoyed watching the activity in the bay below, the birds soaring around us, and the peaceful sunrise and sunsets. Gorgeous rooms, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, coffee and a large jug of water was available on our arrival. The 3 levels made it easy to relax, sunbathe, read, play cards, dine, swim, etc. The neighborhood was easy to reach via taxi, bus, or walk. Great beach is walking distance. 24 hour security helpful and very courteous. Would love to return again soon. Highly recommend.

Just spent 6 days at the Penthouse apartment (PH 2), at the Preciosa by the bay, in Zihuatanejo. This property has breath-taking views, three floors with a sun-deck, just about the highest point within eyesight. The condo is completely furnished with towels, linens, pots and pans, paper products, toiletries. The beach can be reached turning either to the left or right in about 15 minutes. Its pretty steep, so bring good walking shoes, but great exercise. You have to be somewhat deliberate about planning meals, since there isn't a local connivence store. Going into the city center to shop is one of the highlights of our experience. "Mersa" is the grocery store about 20 minutes walk that contains most dry products you might need in addition to eggs, bacon, milk, juices. Nearby is the market for meat, fresh fruit, vegetables, fish (red snapper was awesome). The kitchen at the Preciosa has just about everything you might need to cook. The outdoor gas grill wasn't working at the time we were here. The place is gorgeous and palatial. Its almost too big for just 2 people. The two bedrooms on the second floor are a little more desirable to the 1st floor bedroom, but still quite nice. Wifi is good enough but erratic. Thats probably true about the internet for the region (friends at club med said the same thing). La Ropa beach is beautiful and the apartment has an umbrella and chairs to use. You can also sit at a beachside restaurant all day, ordering drinks and food as desired. Taxis are readily available and the guard can hook you up. Prices for the cab are fixed and posted (I took a picture of the fares in case there was any question). I bought an inexpensive phone in Zihua (20 dollars), that allowed me to make arrangements with the local tour companies for scuba, ATV, golf and taxi. If you are looking for an incredible venue, fully furnished, safe, and relaxing, near the city center of Zi, look no further.

Penthouse Preciosa on the bay is spacious, stylish and has a breathtaking view of the whole Zihuatanejo Bay. Building is conveniently located between the and La Ropa beach, has 24 hour security guard. Apartment has full kitchen, washer/drier, patio grill, infinity pool on the top floor. It was easy for me to communicate with the host. She was fast in addressing any issues I had. I had a wonderful time staying here, definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.
