Hello Cedric, We apologize for the problems durning your stay. The management team has taken corrective measures to assure things like this don't happen again. As for the insect problem, we had some major landscaping work done just prior to your arrival. It disturbed a nest of insects. The landscape team sprayed the area immediately, however some did escape and moved about the property. Everything is rectified now. We have owned the property for 6 years and most of the scores for this Cabina are 5's with a few 4's. Again, we are very sorry. Paul and Brit (Co-Owners).

To our knowledge, there wasn’t any scheduled construction nearby, so we would’ve been happy to investigate and help reduce any disruption.<br/>Just to share some context — during Costa Rica’s low season, some neighboring properties occasionally take the opportunity to carry out light maintenance that they can’t do during high season, though this area is certainly not a construction zone.<br/>We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon!
