We had a spectacular weekend in this house. We were a group of 15 friends and we really enjoyed the stay. From the beginning, Leticia and Homero were very friendly and were always attentive to answering all my questions. The house is located in a somewhat remote area, but our intention was precisely to enjoy and take advantage of all the amenities of the place. It has a very spacious and comfortable social area that is perfect for large groups. Also, the service was spectacular. Ale, Andrea and Charlie took care of us in the best way: they prepared delicious meals for us and were always available to help us with everything we needed. This experience is highly recommended!

Just a great experience! The space was simply perfect. The house is extremely spacious, which allowed us to rest comfortably without feeling cramped at any time. The pool is in great condition and was everyone's meeting point. What we valued most was the tranquility; there is no noise from neighbors, making it the ideal retreat to completely disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for large groups seeking peace and togetherness!

A spectacular home. Great for large groups. The staff's service is outstanding. They cook very well and their services are extraordinary. The Jacuzzi is delicious, it heats up a lot and fits 8-10 people comfortably. Beds and linens very well. The view of the lake and mountains is very beautiful. The area, away from the hustle and bustle of the village and Avándaro, is a very peaceful subdivision with a lot of security and privacy. I suggest bringing board games for rainy times. He does not have a fumigation (nothing serious).

Leticia was a great host and was very accommodating and flexible with our stay. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The cooking was incredible. The pool was great and quite warm and the space is beautiful to spend in a group. We also took advantage of the paddle courts nearby. Would highly recommend!

A spectacular home of design, with lots of privacy and sheltered from noise. It also has a very nice view and makes it sunny all day to take advantage of the terrace, garden and pool. The staff serving the house is very good, great food and a lot of attention to make us feel comfortable, in addition to their discretion not to hinder. I would always recommend this place.

The house is just like the photos, the spaces are excellent, spacious and ventilated. Excelente para familia con niños. Unlike other houses in Valle de Bravo and its surroundings it is a house with a very pleasant temperature and does not feel the typical humidity of the region. We went to this place for a bachelor party (Monterrey). The perfect house for large group, since it has a common area that are connected forming a large area, of course the architecture in general of the house is well thought out. (Charly , ale and Moni) An important plus is the service staff, they make no battles. The very good food. The padel/tennis courts are within the same colony but you have to take a Taxi. This is father the restaurant of the Hotel Santuario. Good host , we are happy to leave the trip.

It was a wonderful experience! The house is super cute, the common areas are excellent and the crown jewel is undoubtedly the attention of Ale, Moni and Charly that go two steps ahead of any need you have.

The stay was spectacular! The house is beautiful and very comfortable! It is located in a private place and has to get up quite a bit by pickup truck. The service was very good and there was always communication with Isaac and the lady who helps with the cleaning. I would definitely like to return!

It's pet friendly, so we were able to bring our puppies, and that's greatly appreciated. We had a very nice Christmas and we really appreciate the detail of the ornaments they put in the house. Only if you are looking for privacy is something that the staff did not give 100% of their work excellent but they also took photos of us being resting and that is not 100% comfortable. We loved our stay here. Leticia, her son Homero, and the house staff were super helpful and accommodating, and our stay was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. We were 13 adults and were very comfortable. The only thing that wasn't seamless (and this is in part due to both the language barrier and the fact that we arrived quite late at night) was that it wasn't obvious that the house was part of the community of villas on the mountain beyond the security gate of El Santuario. The addresses provided were not well synced with googl maps. Overall this was pretty trivial and shouldn't deter anyone from renting this great AirBnb.

And best of all, there are service staff who serve you in the best way. If you require, they can prepare food for you and not only that, they are always aware of your comfort, attention, that nothing is missing. If you want to have a nice stay and have a good time, this place is definitely the best option.

Amazing house! In person it's even better than the photos. I highly recommend it. We were a large group of friends and had a great time. The attention of the people helping in the house is top notch, very friendly and very helpful. The contact with Omar and Leticia is quick and very friendly, they are always aware of you. They offer you a very complete menu of meals so you don't have to carry your groceries or go shopping, since the house is a bit far from any supermarket. I hope to return real soon!
