José Ángel was always attentive during our stay. The place is beautiful, just as it appears in the photos. The rooms are tidy and everything is very pleasant. It was an excellent stay

The house is very nice, all the air conditioners are working. Quiet area, the kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The location is very close to Calle MONTEJO and it's easy to get to transportation. The pool is small but it served its purpose of cooling us off... The internet was perfect and never failed. Communication was good. The only thing I would note is that for 1-week stays, you should leave garbage bags and bath towels handy. We couldn't wash them ourselves, as I mentioned, only the cleaning lady does it, but since we were on TOURS, we opted to wash them in the laundromat next door... If we come back, without a doubt.

Excellent place, and very central

Excellent house, I would definitely return again. José's service was very good. He was always very friendly and answered questions. He allowed us to arrive at the accommodation early, which we greatly appreciated because we had a lot of luggage. The house was impeccably clean. There was only one small thing: in the house next door, there was something like a dead animal, and the smell was very noticeable when you got to the front door of the house. Other important points are: the entrance to the gate, if you want to bring in a car, the ramp is very high. It has to be high to allow you to enter. The street is very quiet. We left the vehicles outside and nothing happened. Apart from the above, it's sensational, centrally located, pleasant and has all the amenities. We'll be back soon. Thank you, Jose.

It really is a great place for large groups/families, close to downtown and Paseo de Montejo, which are the areas with the best places to visit. An excellent choice.

Cordoba house was amazing and perfect for my family. The location is really good, there are plenty of restaurants and caffes near by. Jose Angel was really helpful and responded really quick. We definitely will come back again.

Our stay was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is very good, as it allows you to get around easily to the main points of interest in Mérida. Communication with the host was always prompt and friendly, and he was available to answer any questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those visiting the city.

Casa Odilia was a perfect place for our stay in Merida. Plenty of space for each person, comfortable common area, and refreshing pool. Jose was very helpful with a couple things we needed assistance with. He was very responsive and at one point come over to help. Walking distance to a variety of parks, Calle 47, Paseo de Montejo, and Plaza Grande. Would definitely recommend a stay here and if ever in Merida again, would choose Casa Odilia.

A perfect house for large groups. We loved the coffee bar and the variety of rooms.

The house is divine; modern décor while preserving classic details from the area. The beds were good, with clean sheets. Clean and beautiful common areas. Bathrooms: Towels are provided, but no bath amenities such as shampoo and soap are available. Pool: Although it was clean upon arrival, leaves fall into it daily. It has a garden and lots of plants; it's a lively environment, and insects or small animals may appear. The outdoor rooms are spacious and exactly as described, but since they are outdoors, it's difficult to keep them cool. They have fans, which helps, but they don't feel as cool as the rest of the house. 100% recommended if you have an event at the convention center or are traveling in a large group. Super close and easily accessible.

The house is amazing, 6 very well-equipped bedrooms, a very good location, a 19-minute walk to Paseo Montejo, and 5 minutes to the restaurant area. The house was very cool; in fact, we never turned on the air conditioning; it wasn't necessary. José looked after us very well and resolved some minor issues for us very quickly.

The house met all expectations. Spacious, clean rooms with everything you need. Modern and practical common spaces, representative of Mérida's architecture. The location is very central, just minutes away from delicious restaurants and Paseo Montejo. Jose Angel was friendly and very proactive with our questions and requests. I recommend it with my eyes closed for large groups!

Grandioso place

Jose Angel's service was very good and also the cleaning lady, very attentive and polite. The place is super clean and beautiful!!! In the week we were there they were very attentive to cleaning. We decided to tip the lady. The house is quite large and she deserves it. We had an accident burning a jug and they were super accessible, letting us replace it at the free market and Amazon price (very honest and not abusive). The house is next to the beautiful La Plancha park, which has old train tracks that are now restaurants or cafes. Casa Odilia is also two blocks from the gastronomic walk, very nice! A 20-minute walk from downtown "Museo Gastronómico" super recommended for eating and 10 minutes from Paseo Montejo where every day we went for an ice cream at La Heladería Colón. We would stay here again.

Casa Odilia is beautiful. It's just like in the photos and in the description. It was super clean and the cleaning lady was very attentive to us. The neighborhood is very quiet, cafes and restaurants nearby. On the corner is La Plancha park, which added a bonus to go for a walk in the morning or afternoon/evening. Everything worked well. The pool was freezing, I imagine it's because of the season we went. The only thing I would add is that there is no hand soap in the toilets or shampoo. From there on out it has all the amenities.

An amazing place. We had a family Christmas here and it was the perfect. I can't say enough nice things about Jose and this place. You'll love it.

We had a great time at Jose Angel’s place! It was beautiful, spacious and very comfortably fit a large group. He was extremely communicative and helped us quickly resolve any questions or issues that we had during our stay. The only issue we had was with the water pressure, but this was rectified by someone Jose sent over shortly after reaching out to him. Would definitely recommend!

Jose was very proactive, I felt like I had a friend checking up on us. The place is beautiful and very spacious, we stayed here for my sister’s destination wedding and the kids had fun swimming in the pool almost everyday. The cleaning lady would come to tidy up the house and also helped us with our laundry situation. Would definitely come for another stay.

Excellent place, we spent the weekend with the family. Consider that it only has 1 parking space, but!!! Two more cars can be parked outside the house. Wide street without worrying about cars passing by. Amazing house, comfortable rooms, good size pool, large patio and very good area to go for a walk.

It is a very nice place, José Ángel is very friendly and always attentive. It has everything including clean towels, kitchen utensils, linens. The only thing we were missing was water in the showers, very little pressure and when you turn on the stove it smells a lot like gas. These are minimal details but excellent. Highly recommended.

We went on a family trip and we took the house, it is just like the photos, very nice, comfortable and rooms with privacy, I highly recommend it, José Ángel was attentive to what we needed. Perfect for large groups.

This house was beautiful, better than the photos. It was clean and had what we needed as a large group there to visit Merida for the weekend. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to most places. We had a small water pressure issue and Jose was quick to respond and resolve.

We booked casa Odilia for our wedding stay and it was amazing! Merida is full of hidden gems! This one made our jaws open when my family walked inside! Loved that it has A|C units in the living areas and all rooms! Loved how nature (trees) were part of the building! I’m a nature lover so this was amazing! Coffee shop next door was a plus and the cleaning ladies were soo much help! One little issue… water pressure to shower was a slow in some restrooms. But we were ok with it because of the other amenities provided!

Casa Odilia was absolutely beautiful. My family enjoyed the pool in the gorgeous atrium along with all the other amenities that were available to us during our stay. We had a wonderful time.

If you need a large place, that sleeps a lot of people, this is a great option. Water pressure in some bathrooms was lacking. We enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Great spot for a trip to Merida! This Airbnb was well kept, clean and luxurious. With plenty of space and rooms, I’d highly recommend if traveling with a large group. The popular street, Calle 47 is a short 5 minute walk and the host was super responsive.

Excellent place. The rooms are spacious and perfect for the stay. The common spaces are very spacious, clean and practical to be able to be more than 12 people. I loved the decoration of the spaces, everything is very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
