It was nice and spacious.

We loved staying here at Lexie's place! Was my kids first time at the beach, was a memorable time collecting shells and checking out the tide pools :) the boat house was full of boogie boards and extra things. The view is amazing and this is a comfortable and quiet relaxing beach home we hope to revisit years to come! Lexie made everything easy for us upon arrival and even leaving :) we hope to be back soon! Memories forever!

Other than the hair in the drain of the primary bathroom shower drain, the place was great

As others have noted this property could use a few repairs from being located on the beach but the house is well kept and up to date. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. Lexie's house is directly on the beach allowing us to walk out directly onto the sand to explore. Lexie had beach umbrellas, chairs, kayaks and a variety of sand toys to entertain us. There's a variety of chairs on the porch to watch the sunrise and set. We enjoyed having a fire and playing shuffle board.

Lexi’s home is a great family beach house. It has plenty of seating, inside and out, well stocked towels, well appointed kitchen. The boathouse has ample items and toys for the beach. Awesome location.

This is our second visit to this charming beach house. It’s not the most modern house in the Las Conchas neighborhood but it’s perfect for our three dog situation. We have everything we need. Having the beach right at our back deck is unbeatable! There are a few things that need updating and I look forward to our next visit.

We had a great time! The location was unbeatable right on the beach with stunning views. Lexie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing to note is that water usage is limited and there’s an extra fee after the tanks run out, but the beach access definitely made up for it. Definitely recommend

Lexie’s place was very beautiful. Right on the beach, about 15 minutes from the malecon. Perfect stay for a weekend getaway.

Felt right at home. Big living room area for all guest to hang out. The outside area was also very comfortable right in front of the water. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds were also very comfy.

Loved this Arbnb! I’ve been to rocky point a few times now and this is by far the best place! Location was amazing and house was nice and clean.

Lexi’s place was great! My family and I had a great time hanging out at the beach. We got to use some of the toys she has available. The patio is also specious and an amazing place to hang out. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home right on the beach. Enjoyed the small and private courtyard in the front of the house for our dogs to roam free. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Short drive to town, less than 5 minutes to Wal-Mart. Lovely master bedroom & spacious bathroom with washer & dryer. Comfy beds. Overall, great stay and wonderful experience! Thank you!

We have stayed at lots of houses in Las Conchas and this house has probably the best amenities we have experienced. I panicked when I saw the Keurig because we brought ground coffee, but there was the drip coffee maker! The dogs had a place to be corralled and there was endless beach to play on. We never got the TV to work but that did not stop us from enjoying a fabulous long weekend. PS - 4 stars for the price because there were only two of us. For a group it is a great deal.

We have stayed at this house twice and lived it. There were upgrades to the appliances and the house was very clean. Beach location is great and the owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend this house.

House was beyond expectations. Well supplied from kitchen to bedrooms and the toy shed. Lexi was very responsive to our minor concerns. Bed was very comfortable and spacious for our group of six. End of February was a lil' chilly so did not get a chance to enjoy the shed full of water toys. The relaxing sunset and outside fire pit made the visit perfect. Los Conchas had easy access to Puerto Peñasco. Hope to return in a warmer month.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. They had ocean kayaks and a ton of other beach toys and accessories. We got to kayak next to dolphins. Search for it using the name of the place to find it on Google maps to get directions.

La Joya Del Mar and Lexi are amazing!! We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and everything was wonderful! This is what we loved: *right on the beach - you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the many chairs provided or just down on the beach. *boathouse has kayaks, water shoes, light jackets, beach chairs and umbrellas. *kitchen had all of the basics for our Thanksgiving meal. *the beach was amazing! At low tide there were so many tide pools where my kiddos found crabs, fish, and octopi! At high tide, there was plenty of water to launch the kayaks without worry of scrapping knees, etc. We would definitely stay again!

La Joya Del Mar is a great AirBNB located in the perfectly quiet Las Conchas. Easy check in, secure premises, and a perfect beachfront patio are the highlights. Added bonus of the kayaks and floaties in the storage room!

I had an incredible experience during our recent stay in Puerto Peñasco! The Airbnb was perfect for our group of 6, offering ample space and breathtaking oceanfront views. Wonderful stay at Lexie’s family home! The house was right on the beach, super spacious, perfectly stocked and furnished, and the location was ideal for going to and from town with ease. We had a couple of questions throughout our stay and Lexie got back to us almost immediately which was amazing. 10/10 recommend!!!

Its our second year staying here and it was even better than the first time. This place has everything you would need and more, and the beach is a couple steps down from the house. A great place to stay!

My family had an amazing spring break at Lexi's home. We enjoyed smores around the firepit. I taught my grandchildren how to play shuffle board. Dish TV is a plus to watch movies to wind down the day. Highly recommend staying at Lexi's place.

Lexies casa was perfect for our small group of 5 + 2 dogs. The kitchen/living room was spacious with room for family meals and playing games. We loved having an indoor fireplace since it was quite chilly over the new years weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils and the beds were comfy. We loved the outdoor space too, lots of room to spread out and gorgeous views of the sea. We will definitely come back next time we travel with a group.

We had a wonderful stay at La Joya del Mar. There was plenty of space in bedrooms, ample seating and blankets, and we loved the vibe of the Mexican decor. The back porch was a DREAM. We spent most of our time sitting on the rocking chairs, enjoying the ocean view. The firepit was great as the nights were chilly. The boathouse has a one person and a two person kayaks with life jackets and some beach chairs and toys. It was so nice to just walk out on the beach. I was a bit anxious coming to Mexico but felt safe the entire time at the property and walking along the beach. Vendors did come by throughout the day and were very respectful. We had the opportunity to meet Peter from Peter's Tamales, who made our vacation so relaxing. He brought us breakfast burritos, tamales, and picked up a pizza for us. He also said he would do grocery store runs or beer pickup if we needed. It was such a treat! I would definitely stay here again!

Lexie’s house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. It is steps from the beach, very roomy, and made us feel at home! It is also super pet friendly, which is what we were looking for. Everything was fully stocked and Lexie answered any questions we had within minutes. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Lexi was a lifesaver. Our dog sitter cancelled on me the day before we were to leave. She responded to me very quickly. Our dogs loved the beach and stayed on the porch and slept in the sun. Great experience for all of us.

Our stay here was awesome. A storm took out the stairs down to the beach, so we had to cross someone’s yard to get down but the house itself is very cute and has everything you’d need for your stay, and more. Definitely worth a stay! Our new favorite house in Las Conchas, we will be back!

Great home on the beach for a family vacation. Lexie responded quickly if we had any questions. It was a little tough to find because of how each lot is set up and labeled but it didn’t take us too long to figure it out. We were provided everything we needed and more in this home. Highly recommend!

Lexie is a wonderful host. We had a little hiccup when we first arrived and she was quick to respond and straighten things out. The house is absolutely beautiful. The photos don’t do justice. The views from the patio are breath taking. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the day and the making a fire at night. Being able to wake up in the morning and walk right out onto the beach is a dream come true. My favorite part was having the bedroom door open to hear the waves during the night. Having access to the boat house and kayaks is just another bonus to this amazing vacation. Will be book again soon! Helpful tip: Don’t forget to bring bug spray! The mosquitos are vicious

Could not have asked for a more perfect beach house to spend a few days with the family. Lots of space, location was literally on the beach! Waking up in the morning and walking out onto the sand was just ideal. The home was so lovely and felt like a second home- our family enjoyed every single moment and would most definitely come back next time we are in the area. From the multiple beds to choose from, amazing outdoor living space with fire pit, perfect kitchen, and super clean- this home had everything we could have hoped for and so much more. Finding the house was a bit tricky since signs we expected to see were no longer there but after we found it we were very pleasantly pleased. The true essence of Mexico and the laid back vacation atmosphere was everywhere! We had everything we needed as people that like to cook our own food. We have six adult children and brought one with us. We can’t wait to return with all of them because we’d all fit into this home comfortably..
