My Friends and I stayed at Fernandos lovely penthouse condo Dec 12th-15th and it was spectacular. Photos does this condo no justice you just have to see it in person. From the views, location, nearby restaurants, amenities, and the distance from downtown was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

The view, the location, and the quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Cartagena. Our host went above and beyond with quick responses, local tips, and making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. This stay made our Cartagena experience unforgettable. I would 100% book again.

The place is very nice, just as shown in the photos. The service from the hosts and Mr. Jesús who helps them was excellent. The view and the jacuzzi were incredible.

Fernando was wonderful, Very attentive to us, always checked on us. He let us know how to move around for safety so we can enjoy the full experience. My only complaint was the hot water but we made it work. The maid service recommendation was spot on, I would recommend anyone use her service when traveling there. She was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fernando’s place! It was close to everything and in a very safe neighborhood. The home fit 11 people comfortably, with great views and an amazing environment. Fernando gave us excellent food recommendations and was extremely responsive, kind, and understanding when we had a small mishap during our stay. Airbnb truly needs more hosts like him. Overall, 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!

Just Amazing

We had an amazing stay at Penthouse 1704! The space is huge, clean, and comfortable with breathtaking views from the terrace and whirlpool. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to Bocagrande. Jesus was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Cartagena!

We decided to hire Nacira for a couple of days and was the best decision ever, she really took care of us and was so sweet, I recommend everyone to get some home cooked meals! Fernando and Sandra were very good hosts. The place exceeds the published images, it is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. I would also like to highlight Jesus, who was present at all times, very organized and cordial. I hope to be back soon because we fell in love with the place.

I had a wonderful stay at this spacious, spotless penthouse with an amazing balcony jacuzzi and stunning city skyline views. The place was well-equipped with plenty of towels and had a secure entrance. It’s conveniently walkable to the beach, which was a big plus. The only downside was the daily 60k pesos guest fee for each visitor, even returning ones. Despite that, I highly recommend this property for a great Cartagena experience!

Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.

Fernando was an amazing host, very responsive and professional . The apartment was amazing and looked just as described . Fernando was also able to accommodate us with chef/maid service for an additional fee which was amazing as well. I’ll def be staying here again when I come back to Colombia.

People, the pictures don’t do justice to the place. It was amazing! The open floor concept really made us feel we were in some top star hotel. The views are incredible and the jacuzzi was the cherry in the cake. Fernando and Sandra are very responsive and the cleaning staff is super nice! If you’re looking for a place to host all your friends for a bachelor/bachelorette party, this is it :D

Our group of 8 (4 couples) stayed at Fernando’s Airbnb for 4 nights. The space was beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean and sunset. Though we did not meet Fernando, he was in constant contact. Jesus helped us check in and took care of any of our requests and needs very promptly. The highlight were the cooks Nacira and her sister, Maria. We had them cook dinner on 2 nights and breakfast on 2 mornings. They bought all the supplies and cooked the most delicious food. Well worth it, you won’t regret it. The Airbnb is about a 15 minute Uber ride to local attractions. Overall, it is the perfect place for a large family or friend group.

We had a great time in Cartagena in Fernando's penthouse. The place was very spacious to fit our big family. Everything was as described and seen in the pictures. Jesus was very attentive to all our needs that came up during our stay. The location was very good; walking distance to everything you need including the beach and Bocagrande.

Everything is super clean, the area where it is located is very accessible and full of places to eat or drink. The ocean view from the terrace is amazing! It also has sound equipment to listen to music from the jacuzzi, that was a plus for us, we will definitely be back.

Fernando and his team were excellent hosts. It is a spacious apartment, very comfortable, with everything you need. Unlike other places, they have no problem with anything, they are attentive to what you need. Jesus, the administrator, was very clear and always attentive. We'll be back!

Just as described. Very good and convenient location. 5minutes walk to the beach. Money changer, ATM, restaurants, supermarket right in front of the building. Plenty of taxis and uber around. Nice penthouse with a large terrace with jacuzzi. Great views. Powerful AC and the maid cleaned the apartment very thoroughly. Host was very nice and responsive and Jesus the friendly and polite handyman was there to help when we needed help. Pool in the 4 floor was nice and clean. There is a lifesaver there on duty and he was very professional. I could come back. 5 stars out of 5.

My family and I stayed in Fernando and Sandras penthouse in Cartagena for 7 days. It was a breathtaking experience that we will never forget. Nothing will beat that sunset view. Fernando and Sandra were very responsive, and along with their building Manager aided in any issue that came up. Highly recommend the cook, her food was phenomenal and she was so nice. The apartment is very good, very comfortable, the people in charge of delivering it are very friendly and the host provides a good service, I recommend it!

The only thing missing is to say to the front that there is a charge for registration at the time of check-in

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fernando's penthouse. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local shops, as well as a short taxi ride to the beautiful old city. The space was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and a stunning sea/city view that can be seen from many angles of the house. Fernando and his excellent staff were extremely responsive to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my 2nd time staying at the property and everything was just as wonderful as the 1st. The host was very responsive, the property was just as described (matched the pictures) and there was controlled access which made this place extremely safe.

Fernando’s and Sandra’s location was absolutely breathtaking. The view alone felt like being transported out of reality into a picturesque paradise. I would suggest getting the maid and cook services as she was amazing and the food prepared was cultural and delicious. Everything was true to the picture and video of the place. I will definitely rebook with Fernando and Sandra again. Their place made our trip a pure delight. Thank you for your accommodation and attentiveness. Loved this Airbnb for a group of 4 couples for a family vacation! Super comfortable and clean, easy to get to, walkable to the main strip of Bocagrande. Also easy to take an Uber from here to the walled city. The common area is huge, and there’s a private giant patio with a great view of the ocean and a private hot tub. Fernando was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this stay if you are coming to Cartagena!

Terrific apartment. Looks just like the photos. Nothing to complain about. Staff were very helpful and responsive. My friends were happy with the space as well. There was a wet internal wall and water when it rained. Jesus came over to sort it out. Fernando, you should get the building/apartment management to provide a permanent solution to prevent long term issues. Thanks for having us.

Fernando's apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located, but the building has attentive and efficient doormen. We had to handle the luggage ourselves, especially on the day of departure. The pool has no limit on the number of people in it, there were people drinking beer, a lot of mess all over the area, very loud music right there. People are not respectful of each other!

This is place is an absolute gem. I wish that we could give it more than 5 stars because it was truly that incredible, and it might be hard to give other places 5 stars after seeing the standards set by this property. The pictures truly don't even do this penthouse apartment justice. The views are breathtaking, the space is very large and easy to accommodate groups, and the amenities with the porch hot tub and even unlisted extras like water all made our stay as great as it could be. ABSOLUTELY add on the maid service; Nicera was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make delicious locally inspired dishes for us every morning for breakfast. Fernando and Sandra were quick to respond for any questions that came up throughout our stay. 11/10 hosts, property, stay, and experience. Would recommend this property to anybody!

This has to be the best airbnb I stayed in with attentiveness, being clean, smiles no matter the time pf a night of an issue occurred it was addressed. I overly appreciate your home manager " jesus" for being our spot person and Fernando being our overall contact. Ricardo from Cartegena Transportation was spot on with the events and 5 star service for communication and event suggestions. My group got more bang for our buck literally VIP treatment from Fernando home and Ricardo's events having us skip any line that was infront of us and made sure that we were taken care of before the event started. I felt like the VIP of the entire weekend and all of my group felt comfortable, respected and safe due to the contacts given by Fernando and Ricardo. Thank you again for a core memory expereince.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had and we travel a lot. It was very spacious and clean! The views were great and Fernando was the best at helping us from beginning to end. The cherry on top is having the housekeeper there to cook and clean. Nacira makes delicious food and she’s worth every penny.

While not cheap, the experience is well worth the cost. Fernando’s penthouse offers unparalleled luxury and service. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it A huge thank you to Fernando, Marie, Narcia, and Juan for making our stay so incredibly special. The place is located at the very end of Boca grande so it's easy to move around either walking or by uber it'll only cost you one or two dollars to move around by uber if you wish to do so. The building is extremely secure they actually give you a bracelet, so only guests can access the building. The house has all the amenities and extra towels if needed and the housekeeping service is amazing. We hire her to cook breakfast for us on two days and she made us feel at home and so pampered.

This penthouse is an absolute gem! The space can truly accommodate a large group, with plenty of rooms and beds. The sweeping views of Cartagena are absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for those that wished to cook. For those wishing to relax, the jacuzzi is truly an amenity that can fulfill those needs. This penthouse is also located in an area that feels safe, with plenty of neighboring shops and restaurants and taxis. Overall, I would highly recommend this listing!

We had Friendsgiving with a group of 2 couples 2 singles and 3 minors. The place was perfect. Nacira was our housekeeper and cook and prepared meals and cleaned. This was such a great addition. She was very kind. The building team allowed us to check our luggage early prior to check in. That helped bc we arrived to Cartagena earlier than expected. We had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the view and the jacuzzi and the local stores and restaurants.

we stayed on Fernando's place 2 weeks ago. the penthouse is like on the pictures, beautiful place 😍 we enjoyed our time there. easy to walk around closed to restaurants, convenience stores and beach. I really recommend this place 100%. Jesus also help us a lot to get things easy.
