Amazing place, very open and wonderful for a group. Every bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen has everything you need and snacks upon arrival. Outside area is wonderful as well. Sergio is an amazing and responsive host. Look forward to staying with him again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Casa Miraflores. The home was clean, functional, air conditioned and the pool was perfect for peaceful relaxation together as a family. The home was a quick 1 minute walk to the beach but removed enough to not be intruded upon by beach goers. Security in the neighborhood was extensive, but we felt safe and welcomed. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. The washer and dryer were a very nice convenience.

Amazing house with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation! Less than a minute walk to the beach in a beautiful neighbourhood within walking distance to Playa Del Carmen's 5th Ave. The private pool and outdoor space with BBQ made this the perfect home for a family reunion. The house was super clean and fully stocked - including beach chairs, umbrella and towels - we could not have asked for a better holiday rental. And to top it all off, our host's mother made our family a delicious meal one night during our stay - hospitality went above and beyond - highly recommend this rental!

Sergio was such a amazing host if I had a question or concerns he responded so fast. He was there to greet us when we arrived. He was quick to fix the missing linen issue our first night. The special touch of homemade ceviche and guacamole was so thoughtful, he was always bring us jugs of water. I loved the house keeper came to clean did the dishes and laundry. The snacks and refrigerator beverage were the perfect touch on our day one arrival. There was a lot of beach towels and easy to use laundry washer and dryer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend host Sergio and staff

Great location if you want to be close to the beach, which is really beautiful! You are a 30-second walk from the beach. A good 15-20 minute walk to get to the shops on 5th Avenue, with a car it's ideal. The villa was large, very well-equipped and clean. Sergio was super nice and responsive! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Sergio was amazing, kind, responsive and super helpful. Arranged transportation for us from the airport which was great. The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. He was flexible and accommodating when we needed a little support. Great vacation in a gorgeous area and great airbnb experience overall!

This house is is even better than the photos! Sergio was an excellent host - helped us with organising transport and left us a well stocked kitchen, including unlimited water and was very friendly and responsive with all communication. He even sorted last minute airport transfers for us. The house itself was made with love. We came for a family reunion and the big pool, well stocked kitchen and bbq got lots of use. All the beds were super comfy, there is a washing machine and dryer and plentiful fluffy towels for both the bathrooms and pool. Just behind the house there is a green space with lots of wildlife. There are 2 big outdoor tables (one covered with ceiling fans!). And a roof deck. The beach is literally steps away and is stunning, the water was clear and warm as a bath. We also visited Tulum and Puerto Morelos ahead of Playa del Carmen but this house was the highlight of the trip. If you can book this place don't hesitate it will exceed all expectations!

If safety is a priority, stay here, they have active security through the neighborhood. I felt confident leaving my wife home as I went to the beach. Clean, great AC, everything worked. It’s 13 minutes from explor. The neighbors I met where nice and happy people. Would stay again even if I had children next time.

Great house just yards from the beach. Great pool and common space inside with everything you need. Safe secure neighborhood in a gated community. Sergio is great and even left snacks and drinks ready for us at check in. Rooms each have their own bathroom which we appreciated

The house is just as described, the location is perfect, one block from the beach, and very close to downtown Playa del Carmen with plenty of options for eating and shopping. The cleanliness is very good, nothing to complain about, the pool was excellent and very clean, the neighborhood as such is quiet and there is not much noise practically at any time of the day. As for Sergio, communication was 10/10, we had no problem getting to the place, check-in was very easy, and Sergio was always attentive that we were comfortable and had what we needed.

Wow just wow!!! Sergio’s place is amazing !!! The proximity to the beach and 5 th avenue from this beautiful villa is just what we wanted ! We took our grown up children with us and the space is perfect. Sergio’s lovely mum Laura delivered us a beautiful authentic home cooked meal that lasted us 2 days . We are definitely coming back to stay at the villa again.❤️ Sergio is an outstanding host and nothing is to much trouble. Any questions he is there to answer. Sergio my amigo thank you so much for everything you did . We had the best holiday of our lifetime !! Highly recommend the villa . Absolutely beautiful!! ❤️❤️ The bonus of having such an amazing knowledgeable host in Sergio definitely makes this place somewhere you want to stay in phase 1 !!! Can not sing his praises enough !!! What a wonderful spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Miraflores! The house is just as pictured. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, and air conditioning controls which was a real plus. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the basics, toaster, blender, coffee pot and plenty of cookware and dish ware. The outside area has a small pool, with plenty of lounging options. The upper patio had a large dining table where we enjoyed many dinners, overlooking the lights of Cozumel. Sergio and his team took good care of us! They shopped for us before our arrival so we’d have some food on hand, cleaned the house and pool area several times during our stay, and were available to help with suggestions. Sergio arranged to have his mother drop off a delicious dinner for us one night. What a treat! The house is located in gated Playacar phase 1. The area is very quiet and we felt very safe during our stay. Shops and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away, faster if you rent bikes like we did. Overall, a great stay!
