VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH 4BDRM HOUSE

Amazing place, very open and wonderful for a group. Every bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen has everything you need and snacks upon arrival. Outside area is wonderful as well. Sergio is an amazing and responsive host. Look forward to staying with him again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Casa Miraflores. The home was clean, functional, air conditioned and the pool was perfect for peaceful relaxation together as a family. The home was a quick 1 minute walk to the beach but removed enough to not be intruded upon by beach goers. Security in the neighborhood was extensive, but we felt safe and welcomed. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. The washer and dryer were a very nice convenience.

Amazing house with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation! Less than a minute walk to the beach in a beautiful neighbourhood within walking distance to Playa Del Carmen's 5th Ave. The private pool and outdoor space with BBQ made this the perfect home for a family reunion. The house was super clean and fully stocked - including beach chairs, umbrella and towels - we could not have asked for a better holiday rental. And to top it all off, our host's mother made our family a delicious meal one night during our stay - hospitality went above and beyond - highly recommend this rental!

Sergio was such a amazing host if I had a question or concerns he responded so fast. He was there to greet us when we arrived. He was quick to fix the missing linen issue our first night. The special touch of homemade ceviche and guacamole was so thoughtful, he was always bring us jugs of water. I loved the house keeper came to clean did the dishes and laundry. The snacks and refrigerator beverage were the perfect touch on our day one arrival. There was a lot of beach towels and easy to use laundry washer and dryer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend host Sergio and staff

Excellent emplacement si vous désirez être proche de la plage, qui est vraiment magnifique! Vous êtes à 30 secondes de marche de la plage. Un bon 15-20 mins de marche pour se rendre aux commerces de la 5e avenue, avec une voiture c’est l’idéal. La villa était grande, très bien équipée et propre. Sergio était super gentil et réactif! Merci pour le beau séjour!

Sergio was amazing, kind, responsive and super helpful. Arranged transportation for us from the airport which was great. The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. He was flexible and accommodating when we needed a little support. Great vacation in a gorgeous area and great airbnb experience overall!

This house is is even better than the photos! Sergio was an excellent host - helped us with organising transport and left us a well stocked kitchen, including unlimited water and was very friendly and responsive with all communication. He even sorted last minute airport transfers for us. The house itself was made with love. We came for a family reunion and the big pool, well stocked kitchen and bbq got lots of use. All the beds were super comfy, there is a washing machine and dryer and plentiful fluffy towels for both the bathrooms and pool. Just behind the house there is a green space with lots of wildlife. There are 2 big outdoor tables (one covered with ceiling fans!). And a roof deck. The beach is literally steps away and is stunning, the water was clear and warm as a bath. We also visited Tulum and Puerto Morelos ahead of Playa del Carmen but this house was the highlight of the trip. If you can book this place don't hesitate it will exceed all expectations!

If safety is a priority, stay here, they have active security through the neighborhood. I felt confident leaving my wife home as I went to the beach. Clean, great AC, everything worked. It’s 13 minutes from explor. The neighbors I met where nice and happy people. Would stay again even if I had children next time.
