Gloria was always attentive from the beginning, all the staff were always attentive to our needs, the place is very nice, we were lucky to have all the facilities just for us, the location is outside the city but relatively close, if you are looking for peace and quiet it is the best option

My family and I stayed here for four nights. The place was comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We were lucky and were the only ones in the villa. The staff was great and helpful. We would definitely stay here again It is a place to rest and enjoy. The only complaints we had was that there was no TV, which we understand it is supposed to be Place to rest and find inner peace and be connected with nature. It does have wifi and worked well. The other complain was that it is a bit far from the plaza. You definitely need a taxi or Uber to get there (10min drive). It is too far to go walking. But like I said, we would definitely stay here again. My wife is already planning our next day.

Excellent set of private villas just a short walk or drive away from downtown. The house I stayed in was picturesque and had everything needed. Gloria was also very responsive in scheduling a driver to the airport and everything else else necessary. I highly recommend this space.

La Casa de las Bugambilias is amazing. The grounds are very well maintained, and with a great view of the city. We would definitely come back.

Heaven on earth! From the privacy, to the lush landscaped grounds, to the beautifully decorated villas, this place is paradise. We were so lucky to be in Villa Buganbilia for New Year’s Eve to watch the fireworks and wow, what an incredible and immersive experience. The cherry on top is Gloria herself. What a beautiful and gracious host. Would recommend to anyone whether families or adults alone. We very much look forward to going back again and again.

It was what we were looking for to disconnect from the routine. The concept of the villas with common spaces is very enjoyable as a family, and it's just minutes from downtown San Miguel. The only thing I would recommend to take into account is that San Miguel is a bit extreme in the weather; during the day quite hot but at night it cools a lot, so they don't forget to bring a good jacket.

Villas Xichu was perfect. The landscaping is beautiful. The architecture and craftsmanship of the villas are very special. The staff is welcoming and attentive, but not at all intrusive. Gloria is very gracious and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Where can we even begin with how special Villas Xichu is? Our group was captured by the beauty of this place from the moment the front gate opened. Lush greenery covers the property, creating your own personal oasis on the outskirts of San Miguel. The staff at Xichu were WONDERFUL — keeping our casa spotless, calling for taxis, and providing smiles anytime we saw them. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax during the warmest times of the day. Each bedroom provided privacy and perfect rest for each person in our group. We describe this place as magical, surreal, peaceful, serene, and most of all HOME. Thank you Gloria for allowing us to feed our souls at this breathtaking retreat!

Excellent level of service. They made us feel right at home. The property has a beautiful garden and pool and has very nice views towards the center of San Miguel, the Iturbide dam and the San Miguel de Allende valley from the terrace of the Bugambilias house.

The place is very nice, very central, nice and safe. The highlight is the thoughtful service of the staff who helped us at all times to make our stay better. The breakfasts are rich and it's easy to have it there. I recommend the place.
