We will be back! Traci is an amazing and responsive host. The staff here is fantastic and the views and pool are superb. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and we loved the patio area. I can’t recommend this enough.

We loved everything about the luxury condo. It was spacious, clean and beautiful. Balcony was huge and the nightly fireworks could be seen from there. 2 beutiful relaxing pools with rooftop having amazing views. Walking distance to Oxxo for all your basic needs. Quick 5 minute walk to calm, quite cove beach which can be walked all the way to Malecon. Taxi and uber easily accessible and a quick drive to town. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely consider coming back on our next visit

We loved our stay at Traci's beautiful condo! The space was even more spectacular than what the photos showed. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, we had a blast at the pool every day, loved the convenience of on site restaurants and easy-to-book massage appointments. Taxis and ubers are abundant and inexpensive. You can easily walk down the beach into Zona Romantica or take a quick ride to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend booking Chef Maria through Traci's property management company - she was wonderful to have at the house for a full day of delicious Mexican food. We also did a Taco food tour with a local expert through AirBnb experiences which was so fun. We saw whales and dolphins from the patio every day. Check out Palapa Concha's, a cute little beach bar tucked away not too far from the condo. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this amazing Airbnb as your homebase while visiting beautiful Puerto Vallarta!

This place was absolutely incredible. The views are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the hosts. They were so friendly and reaponsive. Be aware you need to pay a daily amenities fee, but the hosts let us know at the time of booking. You also cannot bring your own food or drinks to the pool area since they have a bar and restaurant there. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything you could need. Loved our stay here and would come back! So amazing!

This condo was awesome. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice. All the rooms were spacious and had comfortable seating. The condo’s pools were terrific and the restaurants served tasty food at good prices. Best part of the condo was the balcony. Seating was plentiful, balcony was huge and the view was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and the other guests/residents of the building were friendly. We will return to this condo again.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly and the condo was both beautiful and well equipped. What truly set the experience apart were the outdoor spaces. During our December stay, we were able to see whales daily when sitting on the terrace or at the pools. Making it an experience we will always remember.

Great Stay!

Absolutely AMAZING! Traci’s condo exceeded all our expectations. We've visited PV many times but always stayed in hotels—this was a total game changer. Her beautiful 4 bed/4 bath home gave us the resort feel with pools and restaurants, but with so much more space and comfort for our family of five (teens and adult kids). Just a 7-minute walk to the Malecon and great restaurants, or a quick $7 cab ride into town. The ocean view is unreal—every morning I sipped my coffee on the balcony with a book while the house slept. And just a short (5 min) walk away, we found the most peaceful, secluded beach. Go down the cobblestone street and turn right. Huge bonus: the concierge, Alex, stocked the fridge before we arrived with everything we requested. That extra touch made us feel instantly at home. Already dreaming of our return—can’t recommend this spot enough!

A Dream Stay with Breathtaking Views! Our stay at this incredible 4-bedroom Airbnb was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning patio and the most breathtaking ocean views. Watching the sunset each evening from the comfort of our private terrace was an unforgettable experience—the colors were absolutely magical! The highlight of the property was the amazing infinity pool, which felt like it blended seamlessly into the ocean. It was the perfect place to relax, cool off, and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The home itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with world-class views, this is it! Traci and her property manager David were over the top professional, friendly, and super easy to deal with. They were extremely proactive and made our stay very memorable. The building amenities, bars, pools, hot tub for sunset, and even room service were really unique for a private residential condo. Traci and her team set us up with private a private yacht charter, as well as amazing dinner reservations. All in all one of the finest AirBNB experiences we have had as a 5 person family. Such a fabulous place! We loved everything about it! Was so beautiful, just like the pictures. We loved the rooftop pool & restaurant restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. We loved being able to walk to into town or a short uber ride. I highly recommend and would most definitely come back!

I throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was so spacious and nice !! It's a 5 min uber to zona romantica and the views from our patio were absolutely amazing and relaxing. The two infinity pools were great too. We spent our whole last day at the pool and even just ordered food delivered to house so we can enjoy the home one last night. Would definitely recommend this place!!! Very quiet and relaxing and a hop away from the touristy and beach area.

Traci’s place was in a nice quiet location, just outside of Zona Romantica. The staff at the building a very friendly, and the concierge was able to answer any questions that we had. The space itself is very spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that you might possibly need if you decide to cook.

We had a great stay at Traci’s property. The condo was exactly as pictured with phenomenal ocean views. We also really liked the location, close enough to everything and super easy to get an Uber. We would definitely stay again when we visit Puerto Vallarta.

We loved our stay here! It was an amazing place with lots of amenities and great sunset views of the bay! We went to the pool and ate at the restaurant numerous times and it was very good and reasonably priced. The location was not too far to walk to the beach, close enough to town for convenience, but still felt private and away. We were sad that the rooftop pool and restaurant were closed for remodeling, but Traci was great to compensate us for the amenity charge. Communication with Traci and the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and furnished well. Great views and very close to the Romantic Zone. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool every day and having the great poolside service at the restaurant/bar. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This place is great. Even only being 1 floor above the bottom pools, it's still a great view.

It's a big, spacious, clean place with wonderful views

Indah is always a great place to stay and Traci was a joy to work with. She was responsive when I had questions and always followed up to make sure I had completed everything needed before my stay. Everything was clean and in working order. Great stay, I would love to come again! I truly couldn't say enough nice things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indah! The unit was very clean, modern, and well stocked with all the necessities! The concierge was in communication with us from the time our flight landed until we made it to Indah! I highly recommend the private chef service. They prepared breakfast for us every morning and cleaned up after. What a great way to start each day! The outside terrace views overlooking the pool and ocean were breathtaking. The property was not overcrowded, felt very private. Rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect for lazy days. Well equipped fitness facility. Plenty of availability for spa services and dining on site. Indah is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a small beach, but the area is very hilly area so be prepared to break a sweat! It's very easy to get a taxi to and from wherever you wan to go. Beware of the pricing! We paid $25 going for our party of 5 but only $13 on the return! Great stay overall, I highly recommend!!

Enjoyed this stay just as much as the first time I came here. Indah is an absolute hidden treasure, and this unit in particular did not disappoint. The location is fantastic. Beautiful views and lots of privacy. Traci was a fantastic host, with very easy and clear communication. As well as very helpful and flexible with our arrival. I highly recommend this spot. Just don’t take it all the time, save some nights for us to be able to visit again ;)

Traci's condo was absolutely amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything in the unit is exactly as described. The deck and the view of Bahia de Banderas is unparalleled. The unit is in a quiet location, but close to town. The amenities in the building are wonderful - two large pools, bars, restaurants, a very nice fitness facility. We would not hesitate to stay here again and truly hope to in the near future.

The place was exceptional. All that we could ask for and more. Super clean, best amenities, amazing views and walkable to beach and town. We will definitely be back for another family vacation.

Traci’s condo was perfect for our family. Beautiful and spacious with an amazing view of Puerto Vallarta bay. The Sayan had a gym with spa amenities and it’s nicely decorated in a modern boho style. I had a massage with one of the therapist and it was the best massage I’ve had. The front desk staff has friendly and helpful with calling taxis for us. Traci’s condo is in a great location, only a short walk down the road to the beach and a short walk along the beach to the pier. It was nice arriving and having groceries in the condo, having a nanny booked, driver, and fun adventures to explore beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We hope to be back there in a few months! Thank you Traci for your hospitality and hosting us! You guys really made it a wonderful vacation.

We had a great time at Traci’s place, everything was as described and the pictures truly did not do it justice. The home was spacious, had everything needed for a good time, and the local amenities like the rooftop restaurant, pool, and gym were perfect. You have access to a secluded small beach walking down hill- rocky, but very doable. You can also walk that path to Playa de Los Muertos. Overall, we had a fantastic experience! We used Uber for transportation all week without any issues. We walked down to the gas station for small stuff. She also has a washer and dryer which was amazing for our dirty laundry. Fridge had filtered water too and and ice maker. The terrace was my favorite place to chill every day- breathtaking sunsets every day. You will not be disappointed. We didn’t have to communicate with Traci, but Daniel the property manager was excellent. Fernando with Gano tours (recommended by host) was an excellent addition for airport transport. Also, we used Uber eats!

We lived our stay at this beautiful apartment with great amenities. It's better in person than in the listing! Gorgeous views, great infinity pool with bar/restaurant service, and quick to Zona Romantica. Highly recommend!

This condo was spectacular. The views were incredible and the space was beautiful. The concierge was extremely helpful and responsive while planning our trip and daily activities. The staff during check-in and at the restaurant/bar were very friendly. I do recommend the private chef experience, they were great! Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but we didn't miss it much, spending most of our condo time at the lower pool or the massive patio. The rooftop closure was communicated to me previously, so we knew what to expect. In fact, Traci is one of the most responsive and helpful Airbnb hosts I have ever experienced. Helpful info for future guests (this may have been mentioned somewhere, but I missed it) The extra paid amenities like spa and restaurant only accept cards for payment and you can't tip with card. Come prepared with a card that doesn't have foreign transaction fees as well as some cash (USD accepted). It's pay as you go. Will be back

Beautiful oceanfront modern condo.

We had a fantastic time at Traci's place! The unit was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the location was perfect. We had lovely days by the pool, massages on the deck and wonderful dinners out. We're already planning our next trip!

The corner unit has lots of light and great views, and is tastefully decorated. Great wifi. The restaurant food quality was good and at reasonable prices. The service staff are fantastic. We look forward to staying here again.

Fabolous accommodations for 4 people if you want your own bedroom/bath which we did. We are a tough audience and we couldn't find anything to complain about...that says a lot! Great views, awesome floorplan. We cooked in the condo every day and had all we needed. Loaded with plateware, flatware, stemware, pots, pans, utensils etc. Independent A/C per bedroom was great too. Honestly a great place. Both hostess and building staff EXCELLENT on all fronts. No brainer for us when where we are staying on our next trip to PV.

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful airbnb. It was exactly as described and very comfortable. Each room had its own AC control so you could easily adjust the temperature to individual preference. The deck and views were outstanding. It is a bit of a walk to town because there is construction blocking the side road so you have to walk on the busy highway for a bit but the location is great for getting to good food and shops. There are two heated pools and the food at the restaurant was good and easy if you don't feel like walking to town or cooking. We'd love to come back here.

Great stay at Indah! Traci was very responsive and on site management company was great. The apartment was absolutely amazing and had stunning views. My only peice of constructive feedback is that the restaurant and bar service was quite slow.

Everything was as described and appeared in the listing. Great space, nicely appointed, and well taken care of. Loved sitting on the huge balcony overlooking ocean waves and sunsets.

Wonderful accommodations, kind staff and incredible host!

Loved our week-long stay here and it was totally worth the expense. I read every single review before booking and thought the praise was exaggerated but this place is spectacular. I spent hours on the deck every day to enjoy the stunning views. There is so much space inside we each had a place to retreat from one another. My family of 4 (2 teen daughters) were in the pools, the gym, and ordering meals from the on-site restaurant every day. We still made time to go see other sights in PV (Ziplining, sightseeing, and eating at incredible restaurants). The building is very quiet (thanks security!), the staff helpful and friendly, and the location just a 10 min Uber ride from many great options in the Romantic Zone. Traci was very responsive. We also scheduled an airport pick up and requested groceries be stocked for us by her property manager. The only minor criticism I can think of is that I wish they had a bathtub. Other than that, this place was a dream. Thanks again, Traci!

Wow! This place was unbelievable. The indoor/outdoor living, rooftop pool, and proximity to the Romantic Zone were the true highlights. Highly highly recommended!!!

The view is spectacular and the condo was great for our party of 7. We enjoyed the location which is on the quiet side but you are a short walk or uber ride to all the action. The staff at Indah was awesome we had a wonderful family vacation and will definitely come back sometime.

Myself and some friends have an annual trip that we take to PV for the last 6 years or so. We stayed for the first time at Indah by Sayan last year and came back again this year. This place is absolutely stunning! So comfortable, clean and spacious. The pics are accurate but there’s a vastness that I only feel when I’m there and looking out at that amazing view! And the services available in the building are awesome! The food, the pools, the spa, the STAFF(!!) were all fantastic. ROOM SERVICE in a private condo!! Each person in our group got two massages and would have booked more given the time. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

This condo was simply amazing. With views to die for all we wanted to do was sit on the patio and enjoy it. Rooms were all nice, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved both pools and restaurant. Town was a short walk down hill or a quick taxi ride. The amazing staff helped with everything and we could not have been more impressed. Definitely going back!

Traci’s condo was beautiful, in pristine condition, spacious and so well taken care of. We were so comfortable! The condo building is also very well run and well maintained. The 3rd level pools are fantastic along with the restaurant. The servers are very kind and attentive and the food was great and very competitively priced. We didn’t have the chance to use the rooftop deck but it looked amazing! There was an issue a few days before our arrival and Traci was so accommodating and easy to work with. Traci’s management company was also very communicative and easy to work with. We loved our stay here!

First time staying in this unit but 2nd time staying at Indah by Sayan. Tracie’s place was amazing and enjoyed our time with family. Everything about this place is Fantastic. From Tracie, the Concierge, the Indah staff, to the 15 floor infinity edge pool. So relaxing and a must for all. Tracie, see you next year. Thanks again for accommodating us at the end of our stay. For years I stayed at Airbnb rentals. This hands down is one of the most beautiful places we have had the pleasure to rent.

Absolutely everything about this stay, booking to checkout, was amazing!!!! We loved it. Mosies was extremely patient and helpful. He did a great job with coordination. I wanted the space setup to celebrate my birthday. After giving him deets and asking several questions he was able to get it set up exactly how I wanted. He coordinated with the vendor leaving little for me to do. This space is amazing. When I return to PV, Traci's place is the only place I want to stay!!!! The condo, the gym, spa, pool area, and dining were all top tier. There's so much I could say about this space, but you'd have to book it to see and experience. Don't hesitate. I promise you'll love it!

This place is a dream!! We were an extended family of 6 including a one year old. The condo is perfect for a baby and included a pack n play (larger size than in the US so our sheets didn’t fit, FYI) and a high chair. Kitchen was amazing, showers were amazing, the view is everything. The restaurant was closed for construction unfortunately , but we were able to order anything from the pool bar and the food was great and affordable!! Be aware the walk down to the beach is rocky and steep. Not fun with a baby or a stroller. It is also not necessarily an easy walk into town as I expected. We had an older adult and a baby with us so it was a challenge. Would be fine otherwise. Taking taxis and Uber was easy. Got an awesome massage at the condo! The customer service and communication was fantastic all around. I would 100% recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo with million dollar views. Five stars on everything!! We will definitely return as we ran out of time to do everything on our wish list of activities. The fact that this is a corner unit has the amazing benefit of opening the sliding glass walls to create a cross breeze. The place came stocked with plenty of paper products, towels, etc. we talked about it as a family and decided this is as nice as any 5-star hotel, but better. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning unit. Pictures do not do the condo or the pools justice, it’s simply remarkable. We were looking at future dates to return before we even checked out. The concierge with the property management company was phenomenal and even booked us last minute massages on the patio. The views are breathtaking. The condo is spacious. If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT. You will not regret one moment at this Puerto Vallarta Paradise.

Traci's place is absolutely beautiful and pictures don't do it justice. Six of us stayed here for a Mother's Day trip and there was plenty of space, each bedroom had a king bed and it's on on-suite bathroom. It's in the perfect location to easily walk to town or catch a 5 min Uber into town. The rooftop pool reminded me of being in the south of France. Moises at Admin homes was extremely helpful in booking a catamaran excursion, setting up in-unit massages (I highly recommend) and scheduling our Covid tests to return to the states. It was a perfect escape and I will definitely be back.

Traci is a wonderful host and the condo is amazing. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The amenities were beyond what we expected. Food was amazing. We’ll be sure to return.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Traci's well-appointed condo. There was plenty of room for 4 couples, and all rooms had very comfortable king or queen sized beds, each with their own bathrooms. The balcony is huge and has plenty of furniture for everyone to hang out together. The location is far enough from the Romantic Zone to be quiet at night, and close enough to be able to walk in (~20 minutes). Taxis were easy to get for those who didn't want to walk and were 80-100 pesos (~$4). As of April 2022, the quiet road to town (Calle Santa Barbara & Amapas) are not passable due to construction, so we walked either up on the highway or down on the beach. I hope we can return and stay here again someday.

This is a beautiful Airbnb! The staff are great people, amazing food! I recommend the chicken nachos and the chicken wings, oh and the potato wedges! Amazing views! I do have to say if you decide to rent a car it’s a bit difficult getting from up the hill from the parking area (we had a 10 seater van/very heavy) but other than that great great great place!

Our group of friends all absolutely loved Indah by Sayan. This specific condo is one of the biggest layouts and was absolutely beautiful. The amenities at Indah are top-notch and very well priced. The guest policy at the condo is a bit strict, so I would keep that in mind when booking. Traci was a great communicator and super helpful.

This unit, and this building, are the BEST Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Trust me when I say we are discerning. Big rooms, super clean, best views of the most beautiful pools in PV and the ocean. Such convenience being able to visit the bars and restaurants and charge them to your room to pay all at once at checkout. If I had one note (and this is for the building, not the unit) it was I wish their restaurants had a couple of vegan options for guests.

Lovely 4 BR/4Bath unit in a great building! The review would be 5 stars but on this visit, due to circumstances beyond control, there were water problems and odors due to problems with the city lines. I've stayed in this building before and it is the best - facilities, staff, food etc.

Our stay at Traci’s place was wonderful, the unit is beautiful, very spacious and spoiling. The location is ideal, minutes from town in an upscale building that offered us many amenities. We’re extremely pleased and plan to come again.

Wow! Amazing place! The condo had plenty of space that is decorated beautifully. The deck view and furniture perfert for outdoor relaxing with coffee in morning and champagne at night. Kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed cooking several meals. We also took advantage of room service( breakfast was yummy), in unit massage excellent!! Each bedroom furnished nicely, bed very comfortable. We will be back to enjoy 4D paradise at Indah!! Wonderful experience, great Host, easy checkin and out. Beautiful pools! Great trip!

I am obsessed with Traci's condo!! We stayed over Christmas '21 for 5 nights. It was a dream vacation. This 4 bedroom condo is spread out giving the 7 of us lots of space. It was great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Beds were so comfy. Tons of storage for your clothes. Showers had great pressure. Large laundry room where we kept our suitcases and even did two loads of laundry. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Christmas ham dinner. We even had a chef come in and cook dinner for us and they didn't even bring any pots or unitinsels and the condo had everything they needed to whip up a fabulous dinner for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Ok THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR!!! Each morning we pushed the patio doors open bringing the outside inside. We loved having coffee on the patio and planning our day. Then ending the day with wine and the lights of Puerto Vallarta. We watched many fireworks from the balcony at night. The rooftop pool is the best I have seen. The views, the service and the food at the restaurant there all incredible. Just like everyone says...the food is fabulous and so well priced. I know people say that and I didn't know what to expect but 5 of us had drinks, apps, a couple salads and entrees for under $100 total. Now that is crazy good pricing!! We also had room service our last night there so we could watch a football game. It was hot and just as good as eating it in the restaurant. Communication with Traci was so easy. Alway quick to respond. I had asked her to put up an artificial Christmas tree if they had one. She had one and it was up and decorated when we arrived. The check-in staff, Micheal, was great too. He met us at the condo building and walked us through the condo and all the amenities. Also there is staff and security in the building that are very helpful. We would call down to the front lobby for them to get us a taxi and it would be there with in minutes to take us all to town. My son's worked out in the gym and found it very nice. I have zero complaints or disappointments. I am now looking at my calendar to see when we can book Traci's condo again!!!!

This place was just incredible. Giving 5 stars as it was truly accurate. From Traci’s quick response time to patience and answering all my questions. All the staff on-site were welcoming and incredibly nice and all of the amenities were icing on the cake. The condo was just incredible with beautiful views and comfortable beds to a spacious layout. We will be wanting to only book here in the future given our experience.

Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable and very roomy! We had a group of 6 and did not feel crowded one bit. The views were even better in person, the amenities were fantastic, and the food was very good and also inexpensive. Access to the beach was super easy, and to get to other activities it was always quick and relatively cheap to grab a taxi. Don’t hesitate to book here, everything from the communication before and during our stay was wonderful!!

This is, by every measure, the nicest home in puerto Vallarta—I’ve ever seen. I’ve been coming here once a month for the last year and on this particular visit, I was celebrating my 40th birthday. This home exceeded every expectation I had. I travel 2-3 days a week for work, and have a lot of experience with both hotels and other rental properties, but this one is the best of the best. The views are amazing—like living in a post card, and the amenities in the home are what any one would need. Each room has a large comfortable bed and en suite bathroom perfect for singles and couples. There’s absolutely nothing you need to think about with this home, it’s already been done. Home is awesome. Restaurant food was amazing and the wait staff was excellent. Communication was a little unclear as the management team had a 24hr delay for questions or requests.

This place is amazing. We enjoyed our stay and the space was beautiful and clean! I hope to come back to this place soon again.

Traci is an amazing host with a stellar place that will forever be our Airbnb standard. Location is amazing, super close to a private beach and walking distance to town - restaurants, bars, shops & the more popular beach & Malecon. Amenities at the condo are also out of this world, and include a rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and seating that will provide you with an out of this world panoramic view of Puerto Vallarta. Don’t hesitate, book now if it’s available.

This home is simply perfection!! Words can not describe how beautiful the house is and also the customer service from the entire staff was phenomenal. We’re already planning another trip back here again with other couples. The location was close to everything and our taxi was super cheap

I can write long reviews but here is the issue...I DO NOT want to spoil the awesomeness. listen carefully...JUST GO! Traci is an awesome host and has the best on site staff. Moises and Michael are so welcoming and helpful. No other reviews are needed. Please, go and enjoy! When packing you don't need: Playing and uno cards shampoo and conditioner (pantene) laundry pods sand buckets beach towels q-tips cotton ball pads as Traci provides it all. Did I mention you should book now? WELL WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? 5 star service from start to finish.

Unbelievably good. Traci and her crew really did it right for my first trip to Mexico. The unit is even more stunning than the pictures, and the rooftop pool and views could not be beat. Traci helped me with several updates to the reservation; and in transit I received a WhatsApp text from a local person who helped arrange everything from ground transport, to groceries, massages, and covid tests. 10/10 would recommend booking this unit with Traci if it's available.

Place is amazing as can be seen on all the pictures! Super clean building in a great part of town! Pools are great and the service is great! Views from the balcony are amazing! I will stay again in the future!
