This home far surpassed what we had envisioned after seeing the photos. It looked like a professional interior designer had decorated the home with wonderful artwork, great furniture and beautiful lighting. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, including the extra mini kitchen and barbecue on the rooftop palapa. The mini split AC units in both bedrooms, made it super comfortable, especially on the more humid days Having lived in the Los Angeles area for 35 years, this home had all the charm of the many classic Spanish homes owned by some of our friends in the film and music industry. We couldn't have felt more at home. The grounds and the pool are very well maintained, and the gardener and staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. If anything as simple as a lightbulb wasn't working, there was someone there to fix it literally within hours. The only real problem was that we couldn't stay longer! As the song says: Simply the Best!

Incredible place in the heart of San pancho. Every inch of the house is thoughtfully done. Taylor communicated well and was accommodating to our needs.

Me and my 3 friends stayed here for a very relaxing week in San Pancho. Taylor had so many recommendations in the area and we very responsive. the house is in a beautiful area that is so convenient. It is a very homey feeling and felt so comfortable to lounge around in. the rooftop was my personal favorite as it provided a stunning spot for late night chats and early morning coffee. we did struggle with the wifi which wasn't working in the house for the first few days. This however was out of their hands and both him and the household caretaker were extremely responsive persistent in getting this fixed. thank you! a note for other travelers - our airalo esim did not work in San Pancho .... I'm not sure if others would have but it would be good to do some research beforehand. thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️

This home is located in a GREAT area of town. Walking distance to literally everything. The home is outfitted with everything you might need. Open, bright, spacious and the decor is beautiful. The pool is especially lovely.

Beautiful place from the garden surrounding the dipping pool to the furnishings. Walkable to great restaurants and the beach! Two bedrooms with AC were much appreciated. Sounds of this quaint and happening town were accurately described! Taylor provided good directions and a local contact! We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Such an incredible and special place! We enjoyed our stay. Hoping that the host fixes the A/C in the lower level of the house for future guests, because it was so hot we couldn’t really spend any time in the kitchen, and no one could comfortably sleep in the lower bedroom. That aside, we would happily stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful home with so many cozy corners to hangout. The area is super safe and walkable with lots of great restaurants and the beach nearby -- though you won't want to leave because the home is so fabulous. Lots of attention to detail with special design features throughout, very artsy and felt perfect for a girls weekend. One downsize was not having air conditioning downstairs - the kitchen and living room is lovely, but it got pretty hot with just the fans during mid day. We opted for spending time on the rooftop which had a nice breeze and some shade, so it really wasn't too much inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Casa Cupulita is great! It is beautiful casa. The dipper pool is perfect for afternoon lounging. The rooftop terrace is excellent for evening cocktails and morning yoga. AC in the 2 King rooms was fantastic. Note: there is not AC in the twin room, but fans are provided. Fantastic location that is close to restaurants, the beach and shops. San Pancho is one of my favorite places and I was thrilled to share with 4 of my oldest friends. I’m so happy they loved it too. Communication with the Taylor was great, he followed up several times which is nice. We arrived on a rainy day and there was a slight leak that we reported to the owner. Within an hour, workers were there to repair. Highly recommend Casa Cupulita and the charming town of San Pancho!

Located on a lovely cobblestone street just two blocks from San Pancho's main road and less than a 10 minute walk from beautiful San Pancho beach, Casa Cupulita was a warm, welcoming and absolutely perfect oasis for our family of four. You walk through the blue gate into a quaint courtyard with a small pool for cooling off after an afternoon at the beach, then you pass into the beautifully decorated kitchen and great room with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The three bedrooms are spacious and air conditioned and an extra treat is the "crows nest" on the top floor, a tiled patio for afternoon margaritas, games, relaxing and watching the birds and iguanas playing in the palm trees. Our host Taylor was always responsive, helpful with local recommendations and we will 100% be returning to this perfect casa in this charming, welcoming town. Thanks Taylor!

Our stay in San Pancho was enjoyable for many reasons, but the accommodations were a big one. We are no strangers to vacation rentals and we generally find that the homes meet our needs, the furnishings, fixtures kitchenware are functional, but not as nice as we have at home. This home was an exception. It is a beautiful home and outfitted as a private home more than a vacation rental. The decoration is exceptional, the design of the home is remarkable (it is a narrow lot, but the owners and their architect, did a great job with the space). Also, the location is great. It is on a side street. The side streets in San Pancho are more interesting, and quieter than the main street. Proximity to everything that we liked in San Pancho was very good, it is a small town, so getting around was easy.

Casa Cupulita was an amazing place to stay. The house is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The rooftop patio and plunge pool in front of the house were great places to hang out! Would definitely recommend!

This place is perfect. We spent about a month here and loved it. The town and vibe is fun, vibrant, friendly. The house is beautiful and perfectly located. We spent our time sunning by the pool or hanging out in the palapa. The furnishings are unique and beautiful. Every room is super comfortable. Taylor is an amazing host. He is quick to respond, offers local suggestions and recommendations that were fantastic. You can tell that he really wants you to be comfortable and have a great time. We have always had great experiences with Airbnb but this one -and Taylor- really stands out as our best. A++ all the way around!

We just stayed at Taylor’s place for a week in San Pancho and fell in love with it! It was absolutely perfect for us. We were there with one other couple but would have been comfortable enough with a third or kids as each room had its own full bathroom. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable and very well kept. Loved the third floor covered palapa. Plenty of amenities in kitchen, bath and bedrooms! YES, there are blow dryers. AC and fans in the bedrooms were a definite plus! It never got hot or stuffy. Literally minutes from the heart of town and the beach. So many great shops, boutiques, stores for supplies, and restaurants. No need for a golf cart unless you have trouble walking on cobblestone streets but there are also paved sidewalks for walking as well. The only thing I would have loved is a heated pool because the water was chilly this past week but probably wouldn’t need in summer! Thanks Taylor, for a great stay! Will for sure be back!!!

We loved our stay at Casa Cupulita! It was a quick walk to the beach and all restaurants, and very important for us as we had two young kids, the location felt VERY safe, even walking around as late as 10pm with the kids. The nights weren’t quiet (roosters!) however it was nothing the fans couldn’t block out! They even had sound machines but we didn’t need to use them. The pool was pristine and the patio felt secluded likely because of all the gorgeous plants. Taylor was very helpful and responsive when our flight was cancelled and rebooked one day later than expected. We loved our stay and hope to come back one day!

Taylor was an amazing host. Very communicable , helpful and nice. He made our stay really special with his thoughtfulness. The house was beautiful, very clean and well attended.. This is an intown location and we did not expect the level of activity and noise which we got used to. We could walk just about everywhere to explore San Pancho. A lovely vacation.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we got there and walked in the front door, it was all better than we expected! The front pool and garden was so tranquil, all the lighting in and out was perfect, the kitchen living area was well lit with natural light and a comfortable hangout area, open the the pool and patio. We loved hanging out upstairs in the Palapa, especially because it rained our 1st few days. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping was perfect. I felt very safe walking around at night, and I appreciated the gated entry to the garden. Earplugs saved us at night because the music down the street was loud some nights and the roosters in the early morning might have kept us up. We had the best place of the rest of the family and friends so I'm sure one of us will be back again. Thank you Taylor for being an awesome host!!

This was one of the (if not the) best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. The place was perfect, and everything (the ocean, restaurants, shops etc) was a 5 min (or less) walk away. The house itself completely exceeded the photos; the attention to detail in terms of the design and decor were beautiful and made you feel completely at ease and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for my two kids, parents, husband and me. Each adult bedroom had a beautiful patio and bathroom and the beds were super comfortable. The palapa upstairs was great for lounging or doing morning yoga, and came equipped with a mini kitchen for making tea, or a drink. As amazing as the place was, the best part was our host Taylor. He met or exceeded our every need and really made our trip. We had been traveling from Sayulita, where multiple people in our family were sick the day of travel. He let us check in early, and was so gracious going above and beyond at every turn as the week went on.

Family of 4 plenty of space. Taylor shared a map with all his families favorite places which was very helpful. We loved staying here and would recommend if you want to be in amongst it, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was clean, loved the layout and open living upstairs. We loved our time at Casa Capulita. It is comfortable, beautifully decorated and, as others have mentioned, has multiple areas to relax and bond with friends and family. It is right near the main street of town, so very easy to walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. San Pancho is charming and a wonderful combination of the "real Mexico" along with restaurants and amenities that as a foreigner you may crave. As one reviewer mentioned, this is not a quiet location and we did indeed have very loud music from the bar down the street on Thursday night until the middle of the night and the continuous crowing of roosters. We felt this was part of the whole experience, but did consider picking up some ear plugs :)

The house is amazing and was very clean. Taylor was super proactive and helpful before and during our stay. As mentioned in the description, it is close to the main row of restaurants and bars. There were a few moments it was very loud in the house, with the windows closed. If you have light sleepers know that there is a rooster farm on the block and also a bar that had wildly loud music two of the six nights we stayed. One night the same band played from midnight to 5AM with a couple short breaks. It isn’t Taylor’s fault or responsibility to know who might be loud on a given week. Having said that, the one night I thought the drummer was in the garage it was so loud.

Casa Cupulita was a dream from the moment we walked through the gate into this truly enchanted oasis. Beautifully & thoughtfully decorated with every comfort you could imagine from the bedrooms each with their own bathrooms & air conditioning, many wonderful sitting areas to relax with a book or a drink, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. It was a joy waking up in the morning & making coffee in the bright open kitchen that opens to a patio with the perfect dipping pool. Walking distance to everything, the beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants & bars & many other activities nearby too. Coming back after the beach or other adventures, it was the perfect sanctuary to take a dip & relax yet still feel a part of the friendly neighborhood. I could easily imagine living there, what a dream that would be! And Taylor went above & beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! We were so sad to leave & will be back!!!

This is a very large and stylish 2-bedroom place. We were very comfortable and we loved staying here. The location can't be beat, close to the larger grocery store and the beach. We prepared quite a few meals here and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need! We have been to San Pancho this time of year for the past 4 years (and once many years ago) and the wifi has become an issue. Apparently there are more visitors than ever in San Pancho and this drains the resources. This is important to note because if you rely on it to book your travel or do a little work while you are there, you may be very frustrated. Cafes are an option but we saw similar issues at some of those. Aside form that Taylor's place was perfect for us. San Pancho has a gorgeous beach, great food and shops, a lovely community club and overall community feel!, Earth-conscious programs (and parades!) and a fun farmer's market on Tuesdays!

Everything you would want for your stay in Mexico close to the beach and mini markets for everything you need. Love the top floor for just relaxing and having a great time can’t wait for my next visit

Sweet spot close to everything. A skip and jump to the beach, and all you need to eat and drink right on the same street. The best grocery is right down the block, new restaurants every year, right around the corner. This place had everything we needed, and lots of places to hang out and read a book, or relax on a patio. Super comfortable bed and more more bathrooms than we knew what to do with. Perfect location and all the amenities.

This house was amazing and spacious. The location was fantastic. Not too close or far from anything. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and the walk to town and the beach takes about 5 minutes. Fans in all rooms provided great circulation of air. There are plenty of markets nearby for provisions (food, sun screen, beach gear, etc) you may need. The internet was very reliable and easy to connect to. Plenty of towels for the beach and showers. There was even a beach umbrella which is a must. The kitchen is equipped for all cooking needs. The town and ocean is very clean and the waves were great for body surfing. Our week long stay was amazing. Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful well decorated and well-equipped Mexican residence for a relaxing vacation. Mexican residential area with a few roosters and some of the neighbors' Mexican music that add to the experience. Away from the noise of bars and restaurants. 5 minutes from the beach, small grocery store nearby. The village is very safe and much quieter than Sayulita. Still several choices of restaurants. The house is well equipped for cooking and we enjoyed it. Please note that the residence is on 3 levels, so frequent use of stairs since the terrace for meals is on the third. Perfect for a family. We will return without hesitation. Great place, beautiful Mexican house on three floors , very clean and well equiped for cooking. 5 minutes walk from the beach and far enough of the bars and restaurants. Great place for a family.

Casa Cupulita is as advertised and more. The roof top room was wonderful for early morning coffee and bird song as well as viewing evening sunsets. We enjoyed meals on the mid-level balcony and the lower level patio was another option for being outside most of the time. Stretching our on the entrance area bancos was a wonderful way to cool after visiting shops on the main road. We highly recommend it. Additionally, we recommend town and beach horseback riding with Tito (cart tours available also) His horses are fresh and well trained with no trace of rental horse staleness. We loved our stay at Casa Cupulita! It was everything we hoped it would be. We wanted to live in a neighborhood, and be a part of the community, and Taylor's place couldn't be better for that. We were close to the beach, restaurants galore, the town square and all the sights, sounds, and wafts of delicious food that go with it. The place itself was perfect for us- three levels with three different outside places to sit, eat, or read. We highly recommend a tour and possible volunteering at Entre Amigos, the amazing town community center, and volunteer for a night to release turtle hatchlings with Project Tortuga, right down the street. We took a cooking class with Eva (look for the posters) in her home and loved her and the class. We hiked to Sayulita through the jungle. Highly recommend the restaurant Limbo near the beach- great creative menu. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Taylor's wonderful place, especially the roof deck where we spent the majority of our time. We can highly recommend it, and were sad to leave today, even though we'd been there a week- many thanks.

We had been to Sayulita before and were looking for something different and more chill - Taylor’s place was perfect and met all of our needs. Great location and tastefully decorated. We and our 2 kids enjoyed the multiple nooks and outdoor spaces.

We had a fantastic time in Taylor's house and indeed San Pancho. The house is located only a few mins from the main street with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes but only two blocks from the beach - so a perfect location. Everything was simple and hassle free - from check-in to communication. The house is a stunner - much bigger than we expected and the photos really don't do it justice. We especially loved the cosy balcony just off the bedrooms - perfect spot for a coffee in the morning or a pre-dinner drink. We also loved San Pancho - our only problem was that our stay wasn't long enough - we will definitely be back - highly recommended !!

Casa Cupulita is a beautiful retreat right in the heart of San Pancho. Filled with detailed and thoughtful decorative touches and situated just a short walk from the market, plaza, nearest yoga studio, and El Paraíso coffee shop.. not to mention the best tacos in town at Los Arbolitos.. you really cannot ask for a better location. Even more, there is no better host than Taylor. When we ran into some unexpected travel difficulties, he was quick, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. As if the gorgeous rooftop, fully equipped kitchen, and close proximity to the beach weren’t enough to bring us back, Taylor’s helpfulness as a host certainly will. This is an AWESOME spot to stay. We can’t recommend it highly enough!!

We loved this house! It’s hard to put into words…the light, the colors, the cool air at night. Every room has its own private bathroom. The neighbors were also very welcoming and kind. It’s obvious the owners lived here themselves at some point and love it dearly. You feel like you are in a home not a rental. The sheets, towels, mattresses were first-rate. And, the beach club that the owners suggested we try out was sublime. Taylor was easy to work with and a great communicator. We couldn’t recommend it more highly! If this house is available on your dates don’t miss out.

Taylor is a good host. The person who manages his house was always attentive to our needs. The house is very close to the ocean and to places where you can enjoy a delicious meal. It's a house that we want to recommend.
