The house is beautiful. Much more than what you see in the photos. The pool is a very good size and there is plenty of garden space. We lost power on the last day, which was not great, but it seems it was widespread and not the host's fault. Everything else was a 10!

EXCELLENT PLACE AND SERVICE FROM ALEJANDRA. Very nice bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds and each has a bathroom. Very nice and spacious kitchen, living room and dining room. The outdoor area is phenomenal, a beautiful garden, a good size pool with a boiler that keeps the pool temperature always delicious, it has an area to play volleyball, football, etc ... It was a great weekend, we'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, they went personally every day to clean the pool and check chlorine levels. The house is very spacious and has many bathrooms so that the whole family is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough dishes, glasses, pots for the 17 people we were. The boiler heats the pool a lot, we all enjoy it. Very helpful cleaning and cooking staff. I would definitely stay here again, communication was always excellent.

The house is a paradise, with exquisite taste and very cozy. The garden is beautiful and the pool is huge and warm. The photos don't do it justice, you can see that Alejandra and Ramón take care of every last detail. Because of the rain, the garden became a huge muddy mess, but they fixed it by putting down cardboard so we wouldn't slip. Definitely one of our favorite houses in Cuernavaca.

Beautiful house, with an excellent pool for adults and children. Gardens in excellent condition, spacious and very nice bedrooms. TV room for people who want to rest. Very good for grilling in the garden. We paid the extra to have the pool heater on, so the water was warm and very nice. The hosts were always attentive during our stay. The truth is that there is not much to think about when deciding on this property. It is very worthwhile. From the entrance to the complex, they ask for your ID to check it against the list of your guests. It is a very quiet and safe residential complex. From the moment you arrive, they welcome you and give you a tour of the house and all the amenities it has. Everything is very clean and super equipped: refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, cooking utensils, barbecue, etc. You don't have to worry about anything. The rooms are very spacious, all with a bathroom. The heated pool is luxurious. The hosts' service is always excellent, and the supermarket and Oxxo are only 5 minutes away. Excellent house to enjoy as a family, particularly I think the photos do not show the house as it is much more beautiful being there, quite large, extremely clean and with all the amenities available, we were provided with clean bath and pool towels, as well as utensils and hygiene and cleaning products that we could occupy. Very well located 5 mins from supermarkets, squares and others to buy whatever is necessary at any time. There is a seclusion with security which gives you a lot of tranquility and at night a perfect silence to rest. Alejandra and her husband's attention was wonderful, daily attentive to what we might need. Lety, the cook, is a 10 when it comes to helping out! Extremely helpful and available at all times, with a wonderful breakfast. A comprehensive and 100% recommended accommodation option. My stay was for 4 days, with 8 adults, 3 children, and my pets. We would have loved to stay longer, but we will definitely be back.
