EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. I LOVED IT... THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL, IDEAL FOR RESTING... The only thing I didn't like was that there were too many flies... However, I think it's because it's surrounded by a lot of vegetation... It would be helpful if you could recommend something to get rid of so many flies... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE BEAUTIFUL STAY.

Very nice house, everything excellent

An impeccable place, with an incredible view, the pool and the jacuzzi are a jewel, everything is excellent, nice rooms, super clean bathrooms, spacious, pleasant, hot water at all times, huge kitchen and with everything you need, my family and I had an amazing time and the best thing was the happiness of my dogs with so much space to run and enjoy, Esteban's service was amazing, always attentive to everything, really a jewel where you can have privacy, comfort and have an amazing time.

Our stay in this house was excellent. The property was impeccably clean, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos (even better in person). The location is perfect: quiet, safe and at the same time close to everything you need. The house is very comfortable, with spacious and well-equipped spaces; you can tell that the hosts paid attention to every detail to make guests feel at home. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable and the outdoor area is ideal for relaxing. The host was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and make sure our experience was the best possible. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay, and I would love to return in the future.

The house is very nice, it has an area for 4 to 5 cars, the house is very nice and clean, there are almost no insects A room with a foosball table and a ping pong table A terrace with an infinity pool with a spectacular view of the mountains Next to the pool there is a barbecue. The charcoal is provided by Vicente, who is in charge of the house A garden for playing soccer

The house is very nice, modern, spacious, full of light and in perfect condition! Very comfortable, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The pool and hot tub are delicious. 3 bedrooms are inside the house and there is a small additional studio. The fourth bedroom is independent and is at the entrance of the house (with 3 beds). A very recommended stay for those who want to stay in that area. It's like 15 min. by car from downtown Tepoz in a more rural area. The house does not have A/C, there are floor fans in all bedrooms. We went in March and the house was already quite hot because of all the glass and windows it has. It is important to consider it if you are going to wash it in the hottest months of the year such as May or June.

The place is amazing, just like in the photos (or better) Carlos and Vicente's attention is great. A lot of space in general. The amazing rooms, the pool and everything was very good. My dog had an amazing time as there is a garden ahead of the large pool. Note: Vicente is scary for dogs because they bit him, if they carry a dog, give Vicente confidence that everything is fine so he doesn't scare :) 10/10 everything. Thank you and of course I would come back to that house!

Our stay was very comfortable, the house is just as shown in the pictures, it is very large, everything is very clean, furniture in excellent condition, in general everything was excellent. I highly recommend it for a family vacation as it is very comfortable and has everything. I also wanted to add that we miscalculated the arrival time and arrived early, and they still welcomed us very kindly.

The house is spacious and modern, generally well maintained. Spacious kitchen and dining room. It has a ping-pong table and a foosball table. Spacious bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a bathroom in the hallway (shared with the living room) and two upstairs with a bathroom, plus a small study. The fourth bedroom is outside the house across the garage. They use it for when they have servants, a driver, or bodyguards. The garage is very spacious for several cars. The pool is clean but not heated. The best part is the jacuzzi, the boiler is very, very good.

We loved the house, it's exactly as shown in the photos, the service from Carlos and Vicente, who takes care of the house, was very good, the pool is a good size, it has a solar cell and is kept at a very pleasant temperature, the jacuzzi has a boiler, the kitchen has everything you need, really everything as if you were at home. And as if all this were not enough, it has a beautiful view. We saw the pink moon rise, we simply had a great time.

It is a modern house, with all the amenities. There's a lot of great things to note: * The view is spectacular, especially in the morning. * The furniture is super comfortable and beautiful, you feel at home. * The Jacuzzi is very useful, but the water in the pool can be very cold in the area. * Kitchen amenities are functional and suitable for any need. * The openness to cover the requested additional needs and the host's care is very good. In short, it's a great place and my family and I had a very good weekend. Highly recommended.

Magnificent view from almost every point of the house, especially from the terraces. Plenty of space to spend time together, relax and have fun with the games provided by the host.

Already famous property, all the services are ideal for being as a family or with friends to enjoy a true rest away from the city. Close to Tepoztlán and Vicente. Also, an excellent person who is always attentive to support you with whatever you need. Carlos is a great host.
