great place to relax

Beautiful view. Huge unit I407 at Las Palomas Phase 2. This is the best phase to stay in if you want to be part of all of the action. This condo is as pictured. Gets the job done, not luxury, but it is clean and you are at Las Palomas and there are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. Our group of 6 stayed here comfortably. Not a lot of cups/glasses - so you may want to bring plastic cups. Bring laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. None are provided. Daily cleaning service and towel exchange was nice! We had a great time.

Pathy’s place was located on the 4th floor which we felt was great. Two rooms had their own bathrooms and balconies which was great. Two of the days we were there was very windy so we couldn’t enjoy the balconies those days, but the other 3 days were great. They views were perfect so you could see everything going on at the pools, bar and beach. One of the things about this phase 2 is that it gets crowded especially during holidays which we stayed during the 4th of July. Lots of people meant the elevators could take a while to come, but if you want to get some steps in, 4 floors isn’t much. People were wondering how I beat them downstairs sometimes. The place was very spacious and Pathy was very accommodating. We decided to stay an extra day and Pathy was very flexible by allowing that. Leading up to our stay, Pathy stayed in touch, and gave us plenty of information that was helpful for us. We enjoyed our stay and we would certainly stay at Pathy’s place again.

The place was fine. A bit loud if the patio doors are open, but the noise is not bad when the doors are shut. It was spring break, so lots of teens at the location

This condo was a fantastic location to celebrate my friends 30th birthday. As it is managed by the resort itself, cleaners come daily and there is access to amenities like room service meals and concierge assistance. The view is gorgeous and the place is well kept; comfortable for 6 people with no problem. Communication with Pathy herself was minimal but it isn’t necessary because the resort staff is always there to answer any questions or sort out any issues. The ice machine on our fridge didn’t work (a known issue) so the resort brought up ice (for purchase). Location wise it is a short drive from several clusters of restaurants and shops, so all the things you need to stock your fridge are close by. All in all a great stay.

It was an awesome experience l besides having to wait til 4 for check-in, but we kept ourselves busy with the pool and beach. Pathy was responsive and answered all my questions! Just know that you will have to put money down on hold for room damages and food/drinks, so have a lot of extra money with you for that.

The only thing we experienced a bad moment was when a woman in blue(manager) accused us of moving umbrellas near the pool for more shade. Umbrellas were already set by another family and they left and we got the spot. Same lady started arguing with my husband stating…… “You guys come from the US with a Visa and demanding to boss us around!” Really, who does this?

Pathy place is a very nice condo. The resort, I was not very impressed with, especially all the hype people were making about it.

Great location. Easy access to pools and beach. Each bedroom was set up just as pictured. Had plenty of space for everyone to hang out in condo. Kitchen was spacious and plenty of counter space. Would recommend this place for anyone. One slight opportunity is to have more frying pans for cooking. With 8 guests the largest frying pan was small so had to cook multiple batches for meals.

This place is AWESOME!!! Rooms Are private for the guest. The condo is way more spectacular than the photos show. The kitchen is really nice. The view and outside deck is perfect! The sun does not beat down into this condo, it is shaded by being in the middle, huge relief. Be aware check in is late at Las Palomas, not just for this condo, just about everyone. Las Palomas is so clean. I really appreciate how much effort they put into maintaining the pools and grounds. Cheers!

Beautiful condo the view is amazing highly recommend 10/10 . If you plan on going it’s best to take your own groceries to cook because the town close by is crazy expensive.

Nice view of the pool and ocean from the fourth floor. The property it is on could use work with food and beverage. The area is so fun for young kids, ideal for young families.

Place was beautiful and clean, however this was the first time we’ve stayed at Las Palomas and were harassed more than 5 times about our noise levels (it was a holiday weekend and we were playing cards with our family INSIDE-we were not even being loud!). All complaints by hotel staff were done before 10pm-they came knocking at our door then proceeded to call our room more than 3 times in one night. Not sure what the deal was but it put a damper on our weekend.

Located sbout a 10 min drive to everything in town but the resort has everything so you really don't have to leave for anything. Elevators are a little small and since this is on the 10th floor we used the service Elevator a lot since it was better quality

This place is perfect for your rocky point vacation. Great location, super clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. The resort was also great with the heated pools and lazy river. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay at rocky point

This is a beautiful condo with a breath taking view of the ocean! Very spacious and comfortable! Host was great with communication! There is not a Keurig coffee machine but a regular one, so don’t bring pods, bring ground coffee along with filters.
