Located in a super quiet area, with very nice views of the trees outside, excellent for relaxing and escaping the city for a few days, everything is very clean and tidy. Very good space to live, several seating areas, even a game table. The comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms met all expectations. Miguel was very friendly from the phone contact, to the reception and delivery of the house. 100% recommended!

We arrive in July 2025. Miguel was waiting for us to arrive, there was always contact and he helped us get to the place accurately. The place is the closest experience to what I have seen in the movies of the concept of "houses in the forest" the house-cabin is very tidy, it has an image of neatness and geometric precision in every corner you see an industrial and minimalist design. SUPER Photographable PLACE. What I loved most is that the main bed is king size, the bed and pillows are super comfortable. The master bathroom has plenty of space. We had a barbecue with friends and in the place they have utensils, including a grill to cook the meat. We had an amazing experience. I would definitely go back. 👌🏼

10 out of 10🥰, we were able to live as a family, prepare our food, enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing board games, enjoying the tranquility in the garden having a delicious coffee, really, my family and I were fully satisfied with Casa Yú for allowing us to live the experience, we were fascinated by the location, the tranquility and of course all the amenities it offers, it was like being at home but enjoying the climate and landscape of San Cristobal de las Casas😍. We will definitely be back 🤩🥳

An excellent accommodation option, the property is spacious, comfortable, clean and very nice. The host is very friendly and approachable. We have children and they had enough space to play. If they plan to cook, roast meat, etc. it has everything you need. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, the internet works well, in general everything in the house works well. They leave you water jug with cold/hot dispenser. Worth what's paid, all we were satisfied. 100% recommended.

I was at Miguel's place for the weekend of February 14, with my group of 7 friends, we were very satisfied with the location; it is beautiful, it has incredible views to generate photographs of memories; we had the opportunity of an afternoon of roasted meat thanks to the place being equipped with everything you need, it is very modern. Its location allows you to rest without the night noise and is a few minutes away by car from the walkers of interest. It was definitely an excellent choice and we would choose it again. The hosts are excellent, the service, the hospitality, the welcome and always attentive to what we need.

We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay in Miguel's house. It is a property with exquisite taste, whose architecture is perfectly integrated into the orography of the area. The lighting highlights the best spaces in the house. The hosts, Miguel and his wife, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My family immediately felt that they were happy to welcome us. The house has absolutely everything you need to be carefree. Very good wifi, 4 TVs with smart TV, barbecue, children's games, extra towels, towels, bath mats, tablecloths, dishes, coffee maker, cutlery, etc. Cleanliness was excellent and communication was very close at all times. Miguel was very attentive to whether we needed anything extra and always willing to attend to his guests. I highly recommend the property, but above all the warmth of its hosts.
