We enjoyed our stay. Vale and her team were great! Our house keeper Sugey was amazing. She made us feel like we were family. We also took advantage of the chef service. Alejandrina cooked us an amazing meal. We look forward to booking with Vale and her team again.

Just a wonderful experience. Only issue is the Hot Tub did not get hot so it was not really usable. But overall an amazing experience!

The place and location was perfect for us 3 that syaed there. It is very close to some attractions. The owner was helpful and responsive when needed. And the housekeeper was kind and efficient.

Vale is the best host in the country. She has the best staff in the country. Everything is outstanding from the time you arrive until you leave. I only stay her and David's property. Good location , David and staff do provide a multitude of services to help accommodate our stay even better such as chef Sevice / tours/ transport we had just had some of these pre booked by friends in another group. Communication is performed well and that’s one of my biggest likes for any stay .

We loved this place!! The small pool area on the roof was wonderful!! It was great space to relax! The location could not get much better!!! It is an easy walk to explore the walled city, meet for tours, eat at wonderful restaurants, and try all of the street food and bakeries. Just remember how old this area really is ... you are staying in a gorgeous old building right in the heart of the hustle of the city. The directions were wonderful, our driver was great and on time, our housekeeper, Sugey, was very sweet and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay in Cartagena and the property.

David and his staff were amazing!! The house keeper (Sugey) was awesome and always so nice! the Chef Maikelis was amazing with daily prepared breakfast and dinner!! The excursion recommendations given by David's Point of Contact was knowledgeable and very accommodating! We arranged travel for all our stops which made things so much easier to get back and forth outside the walled city. The location of this Airbnb was absolutely amazing!! we were able to walk to the Mall, the Clock tower and several restaurants which were all great experiences. I will definitely use this Airbnb again when I return to Cartagena!! Thanks to David and his staff for making our fellas trip an amazing one!!

Great spot in a really great area! The apartment was perfect for our group and we loved the pool on the roof! So many amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Everything was fine with this Airbnb. I would only prefer a Television in the bedrooms and maybe prefer a house with a balcony

Very good location! There is housekeeping service every day and private security at night. They have an office at the entrance that manages the apartments then any topic you can ask for help very quickly! Sugey is very attentive and the management girls equal. We would definitely go back to rent it !

The location of the house is walkable to everything. I used Uber 2x during my 5 day stay. The house was clean. This house doesn’t have condiments or seasonings etc like most air bnb that I have stood in so you have to buy everything but the supermarket is on the corner. We utilized the chef service for 2 separate meals and it was perfect each time. We were picked up at the airport hassle free. The host put us in touch with someone for in house massages and we would recommend that. The maid, sugey, was very nice and attentive to us. She was always available and helpful. The house has some exposed holes in the walls and chipped paint but nothing extreme. I would recommend this place to stay for groups. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. The upstairs jacuzzi was the perfect touch.

The house is a delight, comfortable beds, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, good bathrooms ( although not everyone has hot water). Great location, we did everything on foot. Voltaria for sure and super recommend 10/10

Super excellent attention and location. The only detail that I am uncomfortable is that the apartment that is at the top pass with music all night and until 5 am they turned it off, so it was uncomfortable to rest.

Exc location, central. The place is very nice, quiet, only certain maintenance things but nothing extraordinary. Everything is super!

This airbnb was a really great stay! The host was great as well as the cleaning lady and the cooking lady! All of the rooms weee spacious with ac and we had everything we needed.. If you are looking for a nice but affordable place to stay in Cartagena this is the perfect option!

The place was as advertised, extremely beautiful space, larger than the pictures show. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. David was also very responsive. I needed to add an extra day and it was quite easy to do so. I would definitely re-book this space.

Pictures don’t do the place justice it’s much bigger in person, very clean and the attendants working there were super helpful. They let us leave our bags there until we could check in and also let us leave our bags after check out until our rental car was ready. They were very professional and did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay! 10/10 would recommend

David’s place is located in a great spot. It’s incredibly easy to walk anywhere. We stayed as a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. David was very fast at responding and that was definitely appreciated.

This is my second time staying at this location. I love it. It is in a quiet location and within walking distance of everything. Staff was great and flexible. You have everything you need. I would recommend for a group of 6 or less. This is a super place and super host. The staff is super.

David was always on the lookout, the ladies who supported us to greet us were always friendly and accessible, supported us in the luggage rack and took the dryer we didn't have. We had soon the theme with the lock but they came to support us very quickly. It is in a great location where we were able to move without a problem walking, we always felt safe.

Close to everything, accurate pictures

The stay was safe, easily accessible and very good communication with the housekeeper "Lina". The apartment had the basics of the amenities described. It is noticeable that the apartment is high demand and could take care of the facilities a little more. But overall excellent choice for stay, I would stay there again.
