A nice place to rest, but also close to places of interest such as squares and restaurants.
Very good house, very good treatment from Rocio, easy access, very, very spacious house. Everything was 100% We just didn't love 100% feeling watched by the pool area camera. It has many spaces and areas to entertain yourself. Everything was great.
We had a very pleasant family weekend. The stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there was enough bedding. Yes, we'll be back... thanks
The place is just like the pictures, everything is very clean, and it's easy to get to. We only rented it for the day, but we would definitely like to rent it for the whole night. The view during the day is beautiful. I imagine it will be incredible at night.
Everything is exactly as listed. They were always attentive to our needs.
Oscar is always attentive. I wasn't able to be there, but my family had a wonderful time. The house is better than what you see in the photos. Thank you for everything, Oscar. We hope to be back soon.
Excellent host, very friendly, the house is beautiful, tidy, clean, the area is nice and quiet, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well, in general very good 👍 Will return again and again.

An excellent place to spend time with family or friends. Close to plazas and restaurants, and with a wonderful view. If you're coming for the Hot Air Balloon Festival, this is a great place.
EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, FROM THE BOOKING PROCESS TO WHEN WE LEFT THE HOUSE. IT WAS FULLY EQUIPPED; THEY EVEN LEFT US COFFEE. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AND CLEAN. ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS. THANK YOU.

Super host, beautiful and comfortable house, I would stay again
I went with my family and we felt at home. We had a great time, even though it was cold, the pool was kept at a very pleasant temperature and the view in the morning with the balloons was amazing. Oscar was always attentive to anything that was needed during our stay

This is the second time I have stayed in this place and again everything was excellent. The place is comfortable, clean and well located, and communication with the host was always quick and clear. I will definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommended.
The Host was always available, attentive and friendly. The instructions are super clear, the house is very large and beautiful. The subdivision is safe, private, close to where we needed to be. We all thought it was amazing! Thank you very much Oscar for your hospitality.
The place is very spacious and comfortable and complies with everything advertised, the pool is amazing, we would definitely come back
It has a very good location, the area is safe and beautiful. It's a bit tedious to be dependent on a cell phone to open the front door. The extra rules or "recommendations" they send once you arrive are quite uncomfortable, however they were followed to the letter so as not to cause any inconvenience. The security cameras they have outside and the speed with which they make recommendations (about the pool for example) make you feel watched all the time. The pool had a lot of chlorine tablets so we didn't last long in it. The lock on a bedroom didn't work and we had to block it with a suitcase.
I always appreciate the communication we had and the pool was always warm, there was everything in the kitchen like coffee, sugar, the bathrooms also had shampoo, the rooms were perfect, the service was 100

The place is amazing, comfortable and with great amenities, ideal for relaxing with the family and a pleasant day. Easy to get to, it's close to Plaza Mayor and Parque Metropolitano, perfect for vacationing. The attention of the top-notch host, attentive to any questions and immediate communication. My family loved it and we were happy to return.
Excellent location, very spacious house to have an event with 20+ employees. Inside it has 5 large bedrooms, it has ample parking outside and it has a barbecue/pool area. Very flexible host for special requests and good communication for any questions or details.
Rocío was always very kind to me and my family, and answered all my questions very quickly. The house is very nice, super clean and large with good space. The only bad thing was that the pool has a solar heater and the water was always too cold to enjoy it. Maybe a boiler would help a lot more. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The house is very nice, very spacious, clean, comfortable and in a super safe place because it is a residential area where you can find businesses such as pharmacies, food, etc. or you can go out to squares due to the proximity and good location. The parking space is ideal, we brought 4 cars and we were able to accommodate them without any problem, and 2 more could fit because the street is wide and you don't block any neighbors' garages. It is important to mention that the house is on a hill and has different steps to enter the main door. We appreciate the detail in the rooms and bathrooms with extra linens, towels and toiletries. We brought some, but it's good to have some as backup.
Everything was good and as published, the hosts were always available and helped to resolve some details, they always helped with questions, we had a good time with the family, the place is spacious and nice, in a private area, a safe place to rest.
I decided to book this place because I was looking for a perfect place to celebrate a Christmas party with my friends, and the choice was more than perfect. The accommodation has all the amenities described and is sparkling clean. Very clear and precise instructions and rules. Communication was more than excellent at all times and they always answered any questions about any requests or changes to the reservation regarding guests and visitors. The hosts of the accommodation even made small Christmas decorations on the tables, which was a very nice and beautiful touch. I definitely highly recommend it and even my friends and I talked about doing it again right here for next year, of course with the approval of the hosts. Thank you 😂 very much for everything Oscar and Rocio!

The place is very spacious, the rooms and the place in general is very spacious and nice. The pool is temperate, despite being a rainy day, very comfortable.

Very nice place, delicious pool water, clean and tidy, quiet area. We needed garbage bags to make the house more presentable, but everything was fabulous.

Amazing. Oscar made it easy & quick to access our last minute stay. Parking in the driveway & a gated community, couldn’t ask for a better listing. Definitely would recommend staying especially with a large group.
Oscar's house is very beautiful and spacious, with spaces to have a pleasant stay, and the pool is a plus to be more comfortable and the subdivision is the best of the city. Oscar is always friendly and very attentive for what I highly recommend his place. Would definitely come back.
