Our week at Nekaui was absolutely amazing, and we can't wait to go back. The property and location are even better in person, and Glori is the best host we have ever encountered. She helped us at every turn, giving us perfect recommendations and going way above and beyond even on her day off! I can't recommend this home and location enough! Thank you so much, and we really can't wait to return!

Nekaui is a paradise on the beach and in the center of the town. With the best manager Glori! She took care of everything! And great communication with her and lovely stuff - Rosa, Julio and Chepe. Great location, you can walk to shops and restaurants. And you can swim in the warm ocean as much as you wish, beach is just in front of the property. Priperty is very clean and we maintained. Beautiful sunsets. Only the the best experience for our family of four and 2 friends. Already waiting to come back!

Absolutely amazing!!! Nekaui is a beautiful property literally steps away from a beautiful beach with awesome views. It's a great location hosted by the best staff possible! Glori is the best host you could possibly dream of and was very good at communicating with us before our arrival, and took care of our every need once we arrived. She made us feel welcome and always had great recommendations. She has a great local network for activities and experiences with reputable and easy to work with folks (surfing, horseback riding, yoga, restaurants, etc.). Rolando is an amazing local chef who prepared a great meal at Nekaui for us one evening. The property is well-kept by the groundskeeper and the staff served us breakfast and cleaned the place every day. We always felt safe in Santa Teresa, but the nighttime security guard adds peace of mind. Close to everything yet private and secluded. Highly recommend if you're traveling to Santa Teresa, there can't be a better place!

Could not have been better. Have been to ST a number of times, and this is our new favorite place to stay when we go.

Wonderful property on the beach with very comfortable accommodations and great staff. The place has an amazing location of the busy downtown but is a quiet oasis on the beach.

This property is in a prime location and the staff of the property are great. You will feel like you’re still in a very rural location and love walking out the door of your villa to the beach literally steps away. Great outdoor seating to take in the sunsets and nap and lounge. Great restaurants and amenities nearby. We did not want to leave.

Exceptional location, staff, and experience! A must!

Nekaui was perfect for 8 of us for 3 nights stay. The place: - beautiful, right on the beach with tide pools but still felt private enough, hammocks, option to set up a grill, a pool, outdoor showers etc etc - right in the middle of the town; we didn’t have a car but felt like we could get to great restaurants, cafes, stores etc easily. We did get ATVs one day and it was delivered to us - separate villas with a main house for gathering, which was great for us since some of us could stay up later without keeping others up with noise. Staff: - Glori, the property manager was amazing. Incredibly responsive and everything she recommended was amazing from food to rentals. We actually has to go see a doctor and she even came with us to make sure we were alright! - We also had house keeping from Joli who also prepared coffee and breakfast for us. At first we weren’t sure we’d need the housekeeping but turns out we’d track in a lot of sand and were ultimately grateful to have it cleaned daily. - There were minor issues that were promptly dealt with since they have maintenance onsite daily as well All in all, I would highly recommend Nekaui if you are in Santa Teresa!

This place is amazing, way better than I imagined and I do quite a bit of Airbnb’s . How can you beat being steps away from the ocean and some of the best surf in the World. What made this place so amazing was Glori and the staff. Very attentive and so nice. Glori is the best, she took care of all our needs and questions. Such a great spirit. Hope I can go back soon.

Nekaui is a fantastic place to stay in Santa Teresa. It is right on the beach and centrally located in town. The interiors are well designed and have a high end aesthetic. Glori the house manager is beyond helpful and goes out of her way to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. The sunset cocktails each night are also a very nice touch. I highly recommend staying there!
