Nestled within a carefully preserved native forest, this charming villa property is located just steps from the town center of Santa Teresa and a short walk from the beach. Guests can unwind by the beachfront pool shaded by the jungle canopy or enjoy the natural tide pools right in front of the property.
A full-time on-site manager is available to help arrange a variety of experiences, including private dinners under the stars on the beach, guided nature hikes, surfing lessons, and private chef services. We look forward to welcoming you to our community.
The Space
The property includes three recently renovated villas, offering a combined total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms:
- An ocean-view, two-story villa featuring one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, accommodating up to two guests.
- A villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for four guests.
- Another villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, also accommodating four guests.
In addition to the villas, there is a newly updated rancho that serves as an open-air kitchen and communal gathering area.

Our week at Nekaui was absolutely amazing, and we can't wait to go back. The property and location are even better in person, and Glori is the best host we have ever encountered. She helped us at every turn, giving us perfect recommendations and going way above and beyond even on her day off! I can't recommend this home and location enough! Nekaui is a paradise on the beach and in the center of the town. With the best manager Glori! She took care of everything! And great communication with her and lovely stuff - Rosa, Julio and Chepe. Great location, you can walk to shops and restaurants. And you can swim in the warm ocean as much as you wish, beach is just in front of the property. Priperty is very clean and we maintained. Beautiful sunsets. Only the the best experience for our family of four and 2 friends. Already waiting to come back!

Absolutely amazing!!! Nekaui is a beautiful property literally steps away from a beautiful beach with awesome views. It's a great location hosted by the best staff possible! Glori is the best host you could possibly dream of and was very good at communicating with us before our arrival, and took care of our every need once we arrived. She made us feel welcome and always had great recommendations. She has a great local network for activities and experiences with reputable and easy to work with folks (surfing, horseback riding, yoga, restaurants, etc.). Rolando is an amazing local chef who prepared a great meal at Nekaui for us one evening. The property is well-kept by the groundskeeper and the staff served us breakfast and cleaned the place every day. We always felt safe in Santa Teresa, but the nighttime security guard adds peace of mind. Close to everything yet private and secluded. Highly recommend if you're traveling to Santa Teresa, there can't be a better place!

We had an amazing stay! The house and all its amenities were fantastic. The location truly can't be beat! we walked to restaurants and the beach was fantastic.

Wonderful property on the beach with very comfortable accommodations and great staff. The place has an amazing location of the busy downtown but is a quiet oasis on the beach.

This property is in a prime location and the staff of the property are great. You will feel like you’re still in a very rural location and love walking out the door of your villa to the beach literally steps away. Great outdoor seating to take in the sunsets and nap and lounge. Great restaurants and amenities nearby. We did not want to leave.
