Great spot with everything you need, the best thing is the location, right in the heart of the 5th avenue!

This was our third time staying at Luna Encantada. Our favorite thing is it’s right on the beach and walkable to restaurants. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

This condo was perfect in every way! we spent a long weekend and enjoyed and appreciated every minute of our stay. The space is comfortable and super clean and overlooks the beautiful pool and ocean. walking g distance to everything that Playa del Carmen has to offer. The hist and property manager had great communication and we even had a doorman! Loved it!

Loved staying here for our week in PDC. Beach and pool can’t be beat. Great management at the property. Clean and comfortable.

We loved our time at Luna Encantada! It was wonderful to have the pool and the beach, with chairs and options for ordering food and drinks nearby. Being close to all the shops and restaurants was very convenient and it was fun to explore. We also got great recommendations from Christina the host. The complex is small and has very helpful staff and lots of security. We highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic time in Playa Del Carmen and we will definitely return and stay at Christina’s place. Could not be more conveniently located one block away from all the restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. Christina was able to arrange airport transfers and we used the same service to plan a day at Chichén Itzá and swim in a cenote. Edith and Ana were very solicitous stopping by to check to make sure everything was ok in the condo and Rocio did a fantastic job cleaning. The pool was great and just two more steps through the gate onto the beach and the turquoise water. There were chaise lounge chairs both at the pool and on the beach with a friendly staff member offering to place a beach umbrella next to you. My family and I can’t stop talking about our wonderful visit to PDC. My biggest complaint is not having stayed longer.

I always hesitate to share all the wonderful things about Luna Encantada, because I want to keep it a secret! But this place was PERFECT! Christina’s listing was cozy, super clean, and is close to everything. Christina and her property manager, as well as all the staff at Luna Encantada are top notch. We love staying here and would book Christina’s place again!

Great host, Playa is beautiful.

The place is perfectly located--right on the beach, one block from a boardwalk with tons of restaurants, and just a couple blocks from the ferries. The place is very clean and the kitchen is nicely supplied. The host offered to help with suggestions for places to visit. I would rent this place again.

Everything was wonderful! We have stayed at other condos within the Luna Encantada complex before so generally knew what to expect. The condo was perfect and very clean. Because we’ve stayed at other condos that had dishwashers we were expecting this, so disappointed to find out there was not one. Had no impact on our trip though and we greatly enjoyed the stay. Will be back!

Excellent apartment in everything

The place is very nice, it exceeded my expectations, the check-in was a bit confusing, but thanks to the local staff it was resolved very quickly. The facilities are in perfect condition and very well equipped, the space is very spacious, the kitchen is super equipped, and the rooms are very comfortable. At the beach you have the right to use the lounge chairs which is very comfortable too. I would definitely come back.

The condo is perfectly land conveniently ocated, with gorgeous views. the complex was quiet at nighe despite only being a block from 5th Avenue! we will definately be back!

Everything very close to the 5th avenue, the beach also front, nice pool, very safe place there is always security guard, very nice place.
