Stay with Ana

A great place to stay. Ana and Alfonso are very nice people I’d highly recommend.

Have stayed here a few times and enjoyed it every stay- great hosts, very responsive, the neighborhood is very safe and close to nearby restaurants and shops. The house feels like a home rather than just an Airbnb; it has a full kitchen too!

My sister arrived early to San Jose and I was to be there a few hours later, but a plane diversion due to a lightning storm put my sister alone in San Jose without communication between us for a long time. But Alfonso and Anna really helped get her to the Airbnb. I had an overnight in another town, and arrived a day late. Instructions were well laid out for the house. The housemaid came every day, but did not speak English. The house was very private and safe. If we needed anything, Anna or Alfonso would message us back. Good price for the week’s stay.

I had an excellent experience staying at Casa Laureles for more than a month. Ana and Alfonso were incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful hosts at all times. From day one, they made me feel comfortable and welcome, always willing to help with anything I needed. The house is very nice, quiet and very well maintained, ideal for both short and long stays. After spending so much time there, I can really say that it was a place where I could feel peace, comfort, and trust. I am very grateful for all the hospitality, care, and personal attention I received during my stay. I would definitely recommend Casa Laureles to anyone looking for a cozy place and excellent hosts. Ana’s place is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac so it’s walkable but very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen space is clean and spacious and I loved how the sitting and dining area felt like you were outside. While the room is in a shared space, it feels very private and the hosts are responsive and kind.
