If you want laundry service ( washing, drying and ironing) $15/ load The space Los Laureles House is an adult only house where you can relax in the pool, work from the terrace in a quiet space or just lounge in the privacy of your room We have 2 small dogs that keep outside the house, very friendly and you will only see them when you walk into the parking. If necessary they can be kept in the property next door no problem. The house is non smoking Guest access Lounging areas in the living room, dining room and terrace. Wifi throughout the house. TV in social area works with Chromecast During your stay I am a Fashion Designer and Alfonso my partner in life is a Consultant , we can be invisible or be your guides out in the town, is really up to you. Very open minded and relax. We love to cook, I am Cordon Blue Chef and Alfonso cooks Mexican to die for. We love wine and good conversation.

The accommodations at Calle Los Laureles truly felt like a perfect retreat. It’s a safe and beautiful neighborhood that instantly made us feel at home. With Uber services readily available, traveling to and from this charming place was a breeze. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would love to come back On my next trip. A special thank you to Ana, Alfonso and Andrea. Thank you for making my sister and I feel at home. ❤️

Clean, nice nice private rooms with plenty of common space. Great area. Short easy ride to tons of shopping and restaurants. very affordable.

I’m a world traveler and have stayed in AirBnB’s for many years… Alfonso and Ana’s hosting, home, and overall experience was one of the most gracious and welcoming I’ve ever experienced. My son and I were visiting friends in the area, and enjoyed getting to know our hosts a bit. The bed was also very comfortable! One of the nicest places I have stayed in Costa Rica… it reminded me of the “old” Costa Rica that I remember as a child. And the price is unbeatable. I heartily recommend this place for your next stay in Escazu.
