Nice house in a safe location! Juan Pablo was very attentive. The pool can be heated upon request (we got charged 1900 MXN for this for two nights) which was useful although it does take some hours for this to work. Juan Pablo came in every morning and evening to turn the heating on and off as needed. The only comment I have for improvement is that the water pressure of the shower was a bit low.

The photos do not show the actual size of the house, the living spaces are of very good size, the kitchen comes with everything you need and the layout and design of the whole house facilitate the comfort of the group. The house is much nicer in person (the photos don't do it justice), very close to CDMX and in a very safe subdivision, I was always in contact at all times with Katherin who helped me with everything for my arrival, the most outstanding thing is Juan Pablo, the guy who takes care of the house, he is extremely kind and hospitable, he helped us with everything we needed, very polite and attentive. Very big and beautiful. Super spacious to enjoy with the family. The pool is amazing and has a covered part that helped the children enjoy it a lot even when the sun was at its strongest. Everything was very clean and Juan Pablo, who takes care of the house, always very attentive to ours.

It was definitely better than I expected. I recommend it a thousand times! I would definitely return. I would only recommend having controls for the TVs in the bedrooms, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Very nice house. The housekeeper was very attentive and very kind.
