Villa Famlee

We had a great stay. My friend and I rented both upstairs and downstairs for a month. We stayed downstairs and left the upstairs for our kids and grandkids visits. Ivan greeted us and showed us around. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach and area. There are not restaurants in the development but many close by. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts five minutes down the road. I would highly recommend renting a car because nothing is walkable except the private beach. Our only hiccup was the upstairs refrigerator broke and it took quite awhile for it to be replaced after attempting to repair it. Other than that we had a great experience. Plenty of beach towels and the kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely come again.

Fantastic location and view if staying in Cabo! Wide spaces and loved having the option of a pool or hot tub. Would suggest different curtains on top floor that actually block sunlight; along with deep cleaning of floors, but that’s it! Great, friendly, communicative host. Would definitely stay here again !

Absolutely stellar stay — one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The space was spotless, stylish, and so thoughtfully put together. From the cozy vibe to the little details that made it feel like home, everything was perfect. But the real MVP? Ivan. He went above and beyond from the moment we booked — super responsive, incredibly welcoming, and full of great local tips. You can tell he truly cares about guests having an amazing experience. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you, Ivan!

Great place. Would definitely stay again. Short walk to a wonderful beach. Great hot tub and pool. Our host was extremely helping when we needed a ride, or a point in the right direction.

We absolutely LOVED our spring break family vacation at Casa Famlee. There is so much room, both upstairs and down, for everyone to feel right at home. The walk to the beach is convenient (we are an active family who doesn't mind the 10 minute walk, uphill and down) and we loved the private beach without crowds or vendors. The hot tub was a hit every night and the beds are comfy! Ivan (and his wife) are so great, and Ivan was so responsive to take care of anything we needed. There was a broken pipe one morning that he immediately fixed and we were without water for only a short while, he was so great! We will definitely return again, hopefully sooner than later!!!

Thank you to the host and especially Ivan! They made the entire trip very easy with responsive communication! He was punctual in picking us up from the airport and taking us back. He accommodated to every single request we had! This is my second time in Cabo’s and this experience made me love it even more! S/o to Ivan and his staff! We will definitely be returning. At the end of the trip we felt like Famlee(Family)!

Wonderful property! Great stay, had a great time!

We stayed 8 nights at Casa Famlee and we had a great vacation! Ivan was very responsive throughout the trip and even helped get some of our group a taxi for fishing early in the morning. The gate staff are awesome and super friendly. It is a little confusing driving around in the neighborhood for the first time since there aren’t house numbers. You have to tell the guards you are staying at casa famlee. The fresko grocery store across the highway is great with really anything you need. And Costco was only about 8 minutes down the road. The only cons we had for our stay was not having enough lay down chairs to lay out by the pool (there are only 2) we had 6 adults and a teenager, and a toddler; we saw a scorpion come out of the pool stairs right by our feet so be cautious! And lastly, one of the bathrooms toilets upstairs hadn’t been cleaned prior to us coming and the floor was pretty dusty and dirty. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely recommend!

The house was in a beautiful location. It suited our family great. Was able to use the hottub which was nice because the pool was chilly. The place was well stocked. The manager was always helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and go the the beach.

The house was as described and looked like the photos. It has a nice pool and outside area. Good safe location with guards at the entrance. Our stay was brief because hurricane Norma had knocked out the power and water so we had to move locations. Ivan was responsive and kept us updated on the situation. The host + airbnb made the situation right.

Lovely owner, host, and management. Great team and great communication.
