The Space
Casa Famlee is a two-story duplex featuring a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. The property consists of two separate suites:

Upper Unit (Casa Famlee 2):
- 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom

- Kitchen and dining area
- Outdoor balcony with seating, dining, and barbecue facilities

When both suites are booked together, they comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, featuring three queen beds, one king bed, and two optional air mattresses. Although each unit is private and has its own entrance, guests renting both have access between the two.
Indoor amenities available in both suites include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, linens and towels (including beach towels), a fully equipped laundry room with a high-efficiency front-load washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, steam shower, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs.
Each kitchen is fully stocked with:
- Pantry and wet bar
- GE appliances including oven, dishwasher, and a 5-burner gas stove
- Coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer
- Spice rack, roasting pan, and kettle
The quoted price includes cleaning and service fees.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire rented unit(s) and the property grounds. The duplex is situated within a gated community that offers 24-hour security patrol.
The private beach at Cabo Bello is just a 7-minute walk from the house.
Location
Casa Famlee is located in a secure, gated community within Cabo Bello. All guests must check in at the main gate before entering the property to ensure the safety of the neighborhood. No exceptions are allowed.
Additional Services
- Professional airport shuttle service for up to 4 people is available at $100 USD round trip, which is half the usual price. Luxurious passenger vans are pictured in the listing photos.
- Private chef or meal services can be arranged upon request.
- Special occasion decorations for weddings, birthdays, or engagements are available.
- Extra housekeeping services can be provided for a nominal fee.

We had a great stay. My friend and I rented both upstairs and downstairs for a month. We stayed downstairs and left the upstairs for our kids and grandkids visits. Ivan greeted us and showed us around. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach and area. There are not restaurants in the development but many close by. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts five minutes down the road. I would highly recommend renting a car because nothing is walkable except the private beach. Our only hiccup was the upstairs refrigerator broke and it took quite awhile for it to be replaced after attempting to repair it. Other than that we had a great experience. Plenty of beach towels and the kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely come again.

Fantastic location and view if staying in Cabo! Wide spaces and loved having the option of a pool or hot tub. Would suggest different curtains on top floor that actually block sunlight; along with deep cleaning of floors, but that’s it! Great, friendly, communicative host. Would definitely stay here again !

Very spacious. Great layout. Lots of little things need fixed in the lower unit. (Lights, BBQ, dishwasher.) I recommend the owners spend a couple weeks in their units to experience all the little details. At the rate charged, the expectation is perfection. That's why my overall rating is 4 stars. I'd stay again at an even more discounted rate than the monthly rate. That's to say, there's nothing wrong with the units that would make you not want to come back, but for the rates charged it's 4 stars, not 5. 4 is really good. It's just not perfect.

Good for large groups since you have extra privacy with both units. The houses overall felt like they hadn’t been used in some time or at least they didn’t have maintenance done recently inside the house (we had issues with some fans not working on the floor upstairs), Ivan was always responsive and resolved the issues right away. Consider that there is no water jug provided and is considered an extra (there is a water filter though). The couch next to the pool is no longer there if that’s something important to you. Close to supermarkets and a 20 min drive to downtown so you get privacy and quiet.

Absolutely stellar stay — one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The space was spotless, stylish, and so thoughtfully put together. From the cozy vibe to the little details that made it feel like home, everything was perfect. But the real MVP? Ivan. He went above and beyond from the moment we booked — super responsive, incredibly welcoming, and full of great local tips. You can tell he truly cares about guests having an amazing experience. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you, Ivan!

Great place. Would definitely stay again. Short walk to a wonderful beach. Great hot tub and pool. Our host was extremely helping when we needed a ride, or a point in the right direction.

We absolutely LOVED our spring break family vacation at Casa Famlee. There is so much room, both upstairs and down, for everyone to feel right at home. The walk to the beach is convenient (we are an active family who doesn't mind the 10 minute walk, uphill and down) and we loved the private beach without crowds or vendors. The hot tub was a hit every night and the beds are comfy! Ivan (and his wife) are so great, and Ivan was so responsive to take care of anything we needed. There was a broken pipe one morning that he immediately fixed and we were without water for only a short while, he was so great! We will definitely return again, hopefully sooner than later!!!

Thank you to the host and especially Ivan! They made the entire trip very easy with responsive communication! He was punctual in picking us up from the airport and taking us back. He accommodated to every single request we had! This is my second time in Cabo’s and this experience made me love it even more! S/o to Ivan and his staff! We will definitely be returning. At the end of the trip we felt like Famlee(Family)!
