We had a very nice stay at apartment in Cancun. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. The area felt very safe, which was important to us. The apartment itself was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The host was outstanding — she responded immediately every time and was always helpful and attentive to anything we needed. The only issue we had was that there was no internet in our room on the second floor. The WiFi did not work, so we couldn’t use Netflix or watch TV, which was disappointing. Because of that, I would give 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

It's good to know that you had a good time and enjoyed yourselves. Unfortunately, you left the kitchen very dirty, as well as some towels, and the condominium fined us because they found out that you brought in an extra guest. 🫥
This place was nice and felt very safe. There is a gate to enter the condominium and security 24/7. 2 malls walking distance and many food spots as well. The balconies were to die for. 3 balconies total. Host was very responsive. We had a great stay.

Very nice and spacious apartment, they were very friendly upon our arrival and were always attentive to anything. The complex is also nice, the beach is very nice. We would definitely go back.

Beach and pool were fantastic. Location is on beach which was perfect. Market right across the street making shopping super easy. Condo is very large and really great views from top floor! Kitchen has everything you need but no oven so something to consider. Hot tub wasn’t really hot which was only disappointment for our teenagers.

The host was always friendly and attentive to communication and our needs. The apartment was clean, very well maintained and well located, the colors of the beach were sensational! The pool and seating area were comfortable and always with attentive guards, the air conditioning and Internet worked well and we had no problems during our stay.

Great value to stay in the heart of the hotel zone with the spectacular views of the ocean at a fraction of the cost of a hotel. The apartment was clean and well appointed and spacious. Not super luxurious but very much decent and comfortable. Direct access to the pool and ocean beach.

Villas Marlin good location, safe with gated access. No hot tubs on site, (not a thing in Mexico apparently). Could use more kitchen items, asked for a toaster and they brought one. Only had enough silverware for several people, we bought disposable. Had one beach towel & bathing towel each for entire stay. No blankets for all beds, husband used towels. Bought our own kitchen rag. As is the case in Cancun many places exteriors of buildings are rundown. We fixed door lock twice. They were patching up cracks, etc when we were there. Condo was a decent place to stay, had issues with ants, not uncommon for Mexico. Owners sprayed right away, but directly on counters. Not ideal way to kill pests in my opinion, not very sanitary for food preparation. Also, had issue with cockroaches and did not feel comfortable finishing out our stay. First exp in 20 yrs with that bug so no thanks. Common place? You can buy spray on Amazon that kills any bugs for 3 months! Decent place just won’t be back.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. Spectacular sea view. Rebeca is great! The location is great, grocery store and several restaurants nearby. Recommended for a nice stay with family.

We have a very good stay! Top floor of the building with great views of the ocean. Balcony was very nice to sit on and to watch the waves. The living room TV was very large and there were also TV's in two of the rooms which was nice. Wifi was good. The windy weather (>20mph) was the only major difficulty with our experience as there was significant wind noise on multiple nights.
Very clean apartment, the host’s flexibility with our schedule was greatly appreciated, host was very quick to communicate, has a great view of the ocean, there is lots to do around, the elevator works, and the condominium security was appreciated for safety.
Good place and very good location, just a few things of amenities to improve from the management of the place for a better functioning as the elevator, but out of there everything is fine.
Excellent location, very good benefit/price ratio, Rebeca our host was always available and in touch in every moment, excellent beach, restaurants and shops very close by.
The location is very good, it has easy access to the pool and the sea. Next door has a shop, pharmacy, mall and hospital. Due to the fact that the entrance to the place is deteriorated, the apartment is in very good condition 👍🏼
We very much enjoyed Rebeca’s place. It was clean and comfortably furnished. The view was great, overlooking the beautiful ocean from the seventh floor. The location was also convenient to restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store. Rebeca was very responsive. It was everything we could’ve asked for.

Excellent location, it has a new mall nearby so it is easy to buy at supermarket if you want to cook at the villa, in addition to being close to cute restaurants on the edge of the beach or Laguna, amazing views and renovated and cozy space.

My experience in Villas Marlin's 705 apartment was unique. The only drawback was the inability to invite guests to dinner( rules given by the villas and not by the owner) the view of the sea is indescribable, the complex offers various services such as bar, restaurant, tour operator and massages. Finally, the host was always available for any information and clarification. I will definitely be back.

There was an issue with the elevator at the time I wanted to rent and the host return me the money respectfully thank you very much
This is our first experience with and AirBNb, and the host was great. Excellent communication, customer service. Condo was as described, the best view with access to beach and pool , great location with a mall and supermarket a cross the street, a mini mart on the side, and many restaurants within walking distance. I must add like others that elevators are not working, must walk up 7 levels of stairs, they were working on the elevator when we were there. All in all being our first experience we enjoyed our stay.
Communication with Rebecca was exceptional. She was quick to respond (within mins) and very attentive. Locate was good, check in was very easy. My only complaint is that the elevator is still not working. Other reviews did mention elevator wasn't working but it was so long ago I assume it was fixed. Apartment was on the 7th floor however it's actually 14 flight of dreadful stairs. Every morning it pour rained flooding the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The seal to the sliding doors isn't so great so when it's windy, you can hear a loud whistling all day. Besides those issues, apartment was great. It was a good size accommodating 5 of us.
I wish they would make it known in the Airbnb add that the elevator was out. Also slight issues with front door not functioning properly. But besides that everything was perfect.
This house has good location and view. we really appreciate it for the details at the beginning. Even the washroom doesn't have floor drain, and the washbasin didn't work at all. Also there's no elevator but we complained nothing because we just stay 3 days traveling. But too evil when we leave, the lady sent us many pictures and said we caused damages here and there, we didn't even know what's that..
This place is all about the views and location! The apto was very spacious, and accommodate all 4 of us very well. The communication with Rebeca (the host) was great! She was very sweet and attentive…My family and I really enjoy being able to walk to the Mall La Isla, and also to the supermarket and Pharmacy nearby…And to wake up with the ocean view every morning was priceless. Although the apto need some updates, I still recommend for those who wants to stay in a great location with amazing views!
The apartment is really good, it complies with everything it says! Everything is clean and very nice, the balconies have a great ocean view, and a little view of the lagoon!! We really liked the apartment. Maybe it would just be to ask for a little better tracking and maintenance to the pools which are not bad, it's just a little more care! I would definitely come back, without thinking!
We enjoyed our family stay at Villas Marlin very much. The condo is very comfortable and Rebeca was always available to meet our different needs. We highly recommend this condo. The location and view are perfect!

This place is absolutely phenomenal and in a great location. Friendly to guests and great pool area and bar. I am coming back in a couple of months and I am booking this place again. Rebecca was the perfect host.
Great apartment on the top floor. Very comfortable with beautiful views. A great spot for a relaxing beach getaway. Very secure and close to great food and shopping. Our host Rebeca was extremely responsive and helpful with our check in and taxi coordination.
Stop looking and book this condo! Amazing balcony ocean views from the living room and two bedrooms. Quiet area with great location across the street from the mall with grocery store. Great service at the pool and just steps from the beach. Having on-site laundry service was a blessing. The bus only costs 12 pesos one-way or they also take US$1. Host was gracious, responsive and so helpful! When we return to Cancun we will definitely be booking this place again. If you are scuba divers we highly recommend Total Scuba, they were amazing!
This is by far the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed. The pictures does this place no justice, trust me. Private rooms and two with the beautiful aqua ocean view. Look no further!

We had a great stay at Rebeca’s place. The view from the balcony and two of the rooms was the beat part. And right on the beach, so you just walk downstairs and you’re there. Found some good food options around as well. Rebeca was very responsive and everything with the place went smoothly. 5/5 stars all around!
We had a great time. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is literally on your doorstep, and is very well kept. The apartment is walking distance to two big malls and a convenient store. It's a perfect location to be in the hotel zone and away from the party central. The apartment itself is very comfortable and the views are spectacular! I would highly recommend this apartment, because it offers great value in the hotel zone on the beach. We loved it.
Rebeca was so responsive and flexible with our stay. She was the perfect hostess. The views were beautiful, the pools really nice and right on the beach. The location was great for walking to shops, grocery store and restaurants.
This Condo was beyond our expectations.. It was our first Airbnb, and the experience was magnificent.. Rebecca was very thoughtful and attentive, and for that we are grateful. The view itself was worth it all.. Not to mention the convenient location, with two malls, grocery store, and restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again...
Very good location, the elevator never worked you have to climb stairs for all 7 floors and suitcases is also very old.
The apartment is much larger than what is seen in the photos, the attention was excellent, the only thing that bothers us was that the internet doesn't work, but outside of that it was very good.
Rebeca was AMAZING! She was very helpful and accommodating to our family. She responded quickly for anything we needed help with or questions we had. The condo has everything you need to cook and has sand toys for the kiddos! It was super clean, spacious, and amazing views! It is in a great location. Would totally stay there again!
The place is in a amazing location the host was really good about responding right away and answering all of our questions. The only two bad things is our ac upstairs wasn’t working so we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open. Not too bad but the humidity will make you feel sticky at night. Also you don’t have access to a washer or dryer unless you call and have one of the employees from the condo pick up your clothing and you will have it back in 3 days.

Beautiful apartment, unsurpassed view as well as the jacuzzi pool, beach and location, close to supermarket shops and shopping centers, the people of the villa are very friendly as well as the owner who was very attentive.
It has an excellent location, steps from the beach, and with ocean views. It has 2 swimming pools and 3 jacussi that work until 20 hours. the apartment is fully equipped, we only miss a kettle or kettle to heat water. it has bath towels and swimming pool. a very nice apartment with a nice decor. it has air conditioning, and has an access key. I highly recommend it.
The apartment is wonderful, we really liked it, the view it has is amazing, check-in was super easy, I recommend it to everyone and also Rebeca is a very good host who helped us and let us in her apartment early since my flight to Cancun was early, and we were carrying a lot of suitcases and my baby. We will definitely rent again.

It is the perfect apartment to stay in Cancun, the beach is beautiful, you have soriana (supermarket) right in front and that is very helpful, the oxxo is also close to you, the pools are clean and the jacuzzis are very good, you just have to ask that they turn them on and you are ready, the jacuzzi does not have hot water but it is not necessary because the weather in Canun is hot, as for the apartment you have absolutely everything you could need, the facilities are perfect, very nice apartment, in the upstairs bedroom does not arrive the wifi signal but in that room you have a full bathroom so it is worth it, the TV of that room is Smart but as the signal does not arrive because you can't use it at 100, but that is super minimal for everything good that this space has, I just put it x if they have to choose the bedroom before arrival with the people you go. I highly recommend it, we of course we will come back, we loved it x complete this apartment.

Great stay in the most perfect location possible! Pros- LOCATION! You are literally 45 seconds away from the grocery store within a shopping center with food and a souvenir shop. The home is clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful. There's a taxi stand less than 2 minutes walking distance, and another major shopping center within 7 minutes. Best of all...REBECCA. She was so responsive and helpful in every way possible. She made sure every message was answered within minutes, and even gave us extra accommodations and recommendations upon request. Couldn't ask for a better host. We had one small issue (total user error), and she was the the door in a minute. Thank you so much. Cons/heads up- not as fully loaded as other properties I've stayed at, but no big deal for my group. All kitchenware is available, and a few beauty/wellness items on hand (aloe vera, alcohol, shampoo). You do have to refill your own water jug, and I recommend you bring wash clothes or a loofah, as only hand towels were available, but we got some for. 50 at the grocery store. Also, can't blame her, but the Caribbean and surrounding areas can/will yield ants and little buggies. Take trash out as often as possible, as the ants were on a prowl. She has spray, but they found their way to my purse (I'm a mom...who knows what crap was in there). Also, make sure you know the water filter on the fridge is not functional and there is no oven. I don't think this is advertised, but just a FYI. Again, didn't ruin anything for US. Overall, spectacular stay with amazing views and beach access. If I return, I would stay here again for sure! We were very pleased, and think you will be too. Just take not of my recommendations and all WILL BE WILL. I PROMISE. Thanks for the great stay.
Excellent place! Rebeca is very attentive and from the moment there was very good communication. The apartment is impeccable and the ideal size. Better than the pictures!! The beach is amazing to spend the day and enjoy. 100% recommended.

Many thanks to Rebeca for her attention and prompt responses. The apartment is very well located, it is very comfortable and above all very clean. The view is spectacular and just across the street there is a shopping center where, in addition to clothing stores, shoes, etc, there is also a supermarket. We were able to do a little grocery store or quick breakfasts in the mornings. We had a great time, definitely recommend the place.
The stay was excellent, it has everything you need and was impeccable. Couldn't ask for anything else. Other than that, the deal with our host was the best. The apartment is even better than in the photos and the location where it is perfect, not to mention that Marlin beach is the quietest.
Very father of the place, I highly recommend it. We have a 1 year old baby, everything is super clean and my cozy, the rooms are very clean and all the perfect kitchen is super spacious.
Overall great place, great view, nice beachfront property. Great location with access to a mall and great restaurants. The place was very clean, well put together, stylish. Overall very pleased with the stay. The host was great, very quick to respond to any questions I had and offered any help. Would recommend as well will definitely have another stay there in the future.

Location, location location. This was close to everything and Rebecca the host was amazing. The staff at Villa Marlin was all excellent. I would also recommendthe travel agency in Villa de Marlin rather than the others in the mall etc.
He waited for us at the door to welcome us, he was quite kind and pleasant, the photos uploaded to the portal do not do it justice, the place is much better than what is seen in the photos, quite recommended. I would definitely stay at this place again
