The house was awesome and clean, infinity pool overlooking the water was great.

We loved this house! Everything about our stay was magical. The house is laid out well, it has the best views we have ever seen. Communication with the host was easy and communication turn around times were very fast. Claudia cleaned the home every day and the chef prepared us anything we wanted. Even when we didn’t ask for pancakes to be prepared with breakfast but our son wanted them he whipped him up a special batch. Omar pre-stocked the house with our snack requests. This vacation was so easy. Omar even arranged a private tour for us that included sport fishing, snorkling, beaches, water caves, and horseback riding to a jungle waterfall.

The place was amazing. It was more than we expected. The views were breathtaking.

Our stay was just amazing. From the very beginning, they made us feel right at home. They welcomed us with delicious margaritas and guacamole, a touch that we really appreciated and that made our arrival very special. The villa is beautiful, with a spectacular view, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Everything was in excellent condition during our stay. We want to especially thank Claudia, who was in charge of the cleaning. She was a very friendly, attentive person and was always making sure that we had everything we needed. Their dedication made our experience even better. We also thank Bertha and Omar for their excellent communication and hospitality. Me and my girlfriends went for my bachelorette and we had the best time. The view is amazing you would think it’s Ai. Since I reserved the place Omar was very helpful and responded right away with any questions I had. Claudia was excellent always helpful always ready with a smile. We felt like home. The only downfall I would say is that it’s far from Puerto Vallarta and it’s a little expensive to travel on taxi. But it is worth it the view and the house are beautiful. Also we got the chef , ufff he was so amazing as well the food was incredible !

This was the most beautiful Airbnb our family has ever had the pleasure staying in. The villa and view far exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were greeted with margaritas and homemade guacamole, the pool was clean and refreshing, Claudia made sure our home for the week was reset daily, which was so nice! The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and was a needed escape from the heat, ample water was provided and the view was second to none, its what I already miss the most. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing, private and luxurious stay. Mismaloya beach is just up the road and has most of what you'll be looking for! We will be back! It’s hard to find superlative enough adjectives to describe this Villa. Stunning architecture and design, complete privacy, exceptionally well appointed, mesmerizing views. The staff are discreet and professional. The food is some of the best we’ve had in Mexico. It should be noted that the villa is very isolated and not at all walkable. But there is a taxi stand nearby and they show up within minutes. It was fine with us because we were very happy to relax around the villa and take advantage of the infinity pool.

Our family of 4 (with a 13yo & 10yo) had an amazing stay at this villa in Puerto Vallarta. The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. It is the perfect place to relax. Everything was very well kept, and you can tell the hosts take great care of the home. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. It truly felt like a private retreat, yet still close enough to enjoy everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway. The only negative was a pesky bird that pecked at night. But we eventually got used to it.

Overall we had a wonderful stay!! - The house is stunning. Beautiful finishes, and great lighting/furniture. - The views are stunning. Every day was breathtaking. - The team there is amazing! So helpful and thoughtful. Victor was amazing. He made us margaritas and guacamole to welcome us and WOW, they were so good. He also grocery shopped for us, so helpful! - The chef coordinated through the house made some of the best Mexican food we had. The nachos were sinfully good. - The small town of Boca was full of friendly people providing an authentic experience in Mexico, with super tasty food and drinks. A few things to consider: - Ubers are not possible in the area. We had trouble reaching the taxi stand by the phone. I would recommend seeking out a car service or driver you can text during the trip. - Some amenities like ATMs and large grocery stores are not available in Boca. - The pool did not feel heated on our visit, but they sent the pool guy so hopefully it’s fixed.

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa was exactly as described—if not better. It’s a beautiful, peaceful property in a perfect location with incredible views and great amenities. Bertha, Omar, and the entire house staff were outstanding and truly made the trip special. From arranging massages and chef-prepared meals to housekeeping and even organizing a deep sea fishing adventure, everything was seamless. The experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite views ever. Listening to the ocean at night, watching whales everyday and the enjoying the small town atmosphere makes this a place to return year after year.

5 Stars is not enough for this stunning property. It is one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed. It was spotlessly clean, the decor was just incredible, the furniture perfectly placed and super comfy and the views... well I don't even know what to say. It was breathtaking. The location was phenomenal and an easy walk to the delicious Le Kliff restaurant. Omar was extremely responsive and helpful with setting up rides, activities, food and massages on the back deck. His responses were always within a few minutes and very helpful and positive. Sweet Vicky was always close by, tidying up for us, doing laundry and making sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough good things and the only down side is I am now spoiled for life. I can't recommend this Villa highly enough. We will be back as soon as we can! Thank you Bertha, Omar, Vicky and all who are part of sharing this beautiful place.

This was an incredible stay with friends over the holidays. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us with meals, drinks, etc. We enjoyed the beautiful property and views and would be back!

Vicky welcomed us with a guac and margaritas and gave us a tour of the rooms and space. Very nice personality and had everything so clean. The place had an amazing view from all the rooms and the infinity pool. 5 stars in all aspects.

Could go on forever about this villa! The perfect, most gorgeous place for a weekend getaway with friends. Private rooms with attached baths and wonderful common spaces. The pool, patio and gym was gorgeous. I would love to come back. Also will be recommending to lots of family and friends. The housekeeper, Vicky, was so sweet and friendly and kept the place so tidy. She even surprised us with guacamole and margs on our arrival. Omar was incredibly responsive and helpful host. Great recommendations, did a snorkel excursion which included transport right from our door at his rec. Helped with transport back to the airport as well. Highly recommend the grocery delivery and chef - all in all, 10/10. Sincerely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had.

What a Fantastic stay! They were welcoming, responsive and thoughtful. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and just as described. We wanted to watch a big game so they brought a TV to the living room and whatever we needed they made it happen. Omar and Vickey made sure we were happy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

Wow!! This place is great. Beautiful inside and the view is amazing. Definitely indoor - outdoor living. Vicky who kept the house during our stay was so lovely and responsive. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean (and cleaned everyday). I have already recommended to friends and would stay again. Away from downtown PV and close to small town. Easy with bus stop nearby. Host was responsive and gave options. We did not use the chef however it is a nice perk.

We immediately fell in love with Villa San Miguel. It was unlike anywhere I’ve ever stayed and we didn’t want to leave. The house is stunning, like, awe inspiring. We had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The massage therapists were great, and the chef exceeded all expectations, every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. Vicky, the housekeeper, was truly amazing, so kind, attentive, and made us feel at home. The owner-recommended taxi driver, Eduardo, was fantastic. He took us everywhere we needed, including Punta Mita, and referred us to another great driver when unavailable. A couple of things to note: there was construction on the lower level during our stay, (till aprox. November 2025) which we wish had been communicated in advance, but was not a big issue. Despite that, the overall experience was unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Absolutely stunning house. Amazing views everywhere you look. From the time we stepped through the gate until the time we left, we were blown away at the houses beauty. Large rooms, comfortable beds, wow factors everywhere you look. Beautiful Infiniti pool over looking the mouth of the river and the ocean. Our host had recommendations for taxi services, in home chef services, in home massage. The house comes with cleaning services. They were very quick to respond to any and all questions that I had, and helped make it a perfect birthday weekend. Highly recommend booking this beautiful place and enjoying it for yourselves. I will return to this house again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa San Miguel! From the moment we arrived, the amazing beauty of the villa and gracious hospitality of the staff made us feel as if we'd truly escaped to our own private resort oasis. Vicky and team greeted us with smiling faces, cold margaritas, and fresh guacamole, and we quickly began enjoying the space. The living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms had sweeping and astounding views of the ocean. The backyard patio and pool area were incredibly impressive, with various locations to relax and unwind. We spent many hours just listening to the waves while enjoying the space. We even took advantage of the on-site gym, which is a rarity for an Airbnb. The wonderful staff of Villa San Miguel put it over the top for us. From the host, Omar, to the housekeeper, Vicky, to the chef, Luis, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and skilled at their particular craft. Kudos for making our stay extra special. We spent hours watching the waves crash on the rocks below, boats coming in and out of Boca de Tamatlan, and numerous marine life: dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, birds, and iguanas. Our stay was so relaxing and just what we needed to host our top clients! The team that the owners have assembled to care for you at Villa San Miguel are also top notch: Vicky the housecleaner, Luis the chef, Rogelio that taxi driver, and Eleazer the fisherman. Ocean and mountain views from every room in the house. Comfy king beds in every bedroom. The daily housekeeping is amazing and be sure to hire the private chef. A vacation we will always remember and we definitely want to go back and stay at this Villa.

One of the most beautiful views we have ever stayed in. The whole living area opened up fully to the outdoors if you wanted them to and so we always felt like we were outside in the sun. Each bedroom has a great view. Vicki took good care of us everyday.

I cannot say enough about Villa San Miguel ! It ranks up there as one of the most beautiful villas I’ve stayed at across many countries. Stunning views from every one of the 5 master bedroom suites. The design details and workmanship in the villa along with the gorgeous decor made you feel like you were in a place fit for a Queen. There were 5 of us friends each with our own master suites. Each looking out over the ocean where we witnessed whales and dolphins frolicking and slept to the sound of the waves washing up over the shore below. Spectacular in every way! Including the chefs that cooked two meals for us during our stay. The little fishing village is a 10 minute walk where we bought fresh fish caught that morning and dined on that night. We had a beautiful woman who came daily and cleaned the kitchen and made up bedrooms . She was lovely to have around and helpful .lastly Omar was incredible as our host and was so responsive to all our questions always responding so quickly!!10+

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was even better in person. We loved staying outside of the city yet still very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The chef and service was absolutely next level. Omar was so helpful with any questions we had. We loved the entire experience!

This Airbnb was absolutely stunning! The pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful it is in person. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Vicky with margaritas, chips, and guacamole—a perfect start to our stay! The entire house was breathtaking, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The pool was just the right size, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Vicky also came in daily to clean, which made our stay even more relaxing. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, so I’d recommend getting friendly with a taxi driver to have someone on standby for trips into town. It’s about a 35-minute drive, but totally worth it. If you don’t plan on going into town often, I’d suggest hiring the chef, as taxi rides can range between $40 to $60 each way. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back to Villa San Miguel!

I had an amazing time at the Air BnB. We were greeted with tacos and fresh juice and pampered throughout our time. The Air Bnb is very large and accommodates 7 people with no problems. Everything was so clean and the cook was GREAT! She made amazing dishes and kept us quite full. The Airbnb itself had some incredible views and was well worth the stay. The beds were super comfy and everything was kept very clean. The concierge of the Airbnb was great and helped plan everything with ease. I would 100 percent stay here again. There isn't much open after 9 so if you don't have a car, ensure you have snacks. Also, there's a really cool beach club just around the corner by boat that's really cool but it closes by 9 as well.

We loved villa San Miguel the decor is beautiful, the view from the terrace makes you feel so alive, the girls that took care of our needs are so respectful and helpful. We had great massages right at the house. We really loved the house and Omar the host was very nice and always ready to assist with anything. Thank you 😍

This is a quintessential beauty of puerto Vallarta with the best view in the whole city due to the nature of the position. All staff was kind and superb (with Luna as a chef and Vicky as a maid). The location is close to the beauty of puerto Vallarta (virgin beaches and views), taking a boat along the coast was an Sui generis experience that speaks about the hidden beauty of the pacific sea. My family was so enchanted that we are doing plans to come back ;) 7/5 stars

Villa San Miguel was great. When you arrive you’re greeted with margaritas and fresh juice for the kids while chef Luna prepares your food requested. Rooms are nice and big with Comfy beds. The staff was excellent. Marco and his staff had recommendations for everything you need. Le Kliff, walking distance. Drinks and steak were fantastic, book around sunset. Maybe pass on the seafood there. Boca de Tomatlan you catch the boat taxis. 3 mins from house. You can walk but it’s a tight squeeze in some spots. Wouldn’t recommend anything food or drink wise. Las Animas beach is a MUST if you love seafood. Gorges restaurant we talked about all week. margaritas, ceviche, tacos everything we had there was fantastic. We can’t remember the name but 2 restaurants down(white and blue sign)they cooked our mahi we caught that morning. 10/10 Fishing trip highly recommend Jordy’s with Golondrina 2 tours. Might want to look into renting a car it can get pricey. PV is about 25 mins away.

The view and service was the best we have ever experienced. We were greeted by margaritas, chips, salsa, guac, and a massage! The house was kept spotless, our laundry was done every day and the food cooked by the chef was perfection. The host was very responsive and always provided us with great recommendations. The only downside was being 30 minutes away from the city and an hour away from most activities (boat rental and surf lessons). The waters taxis were not walkable, as mentioned before it would have been more beneficial to have a rental car or dedicated driver. We traveled with two grandmas, three kids (1,9,14) and felt safe. As with everything there are pros and cons but the service was like no other!

The villa was stunning!! The space was perfect for us, and just spotless. Be prepared and take a lot of pesos out in the beginning because not a lot of the places to credit cards. Was a slight language barrier but we used one of the staff’s Panga to take some tours that were nice and reasonable. Food was excellent! Housekeeping was great. If you are eating in Boca proper, go before dark or you may not eat…Le Kliff was exceptional and walking distance. Definitely a great value for what you get, we felt like movie stars!!

All the members of the family were happy; even the little ones enjoyed themselves a lot. Having the chef was amazing, and all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was my mistake that I didn’t check the link for the location and just typed the address from the listing, so we were lost for a bit. There were some very minor details, but we got help, and it didn’t change the experience at all. We are considering coming back.

Tips! Water Taxi's are cheapest from Boca De Tomatlan which is a short 10min walk from the Villa. Not great options for parking so walking is best! Look into the hike from Boca to Colomitos beach! It's a little challenging but our 8yr old daughter managed it. WE DO recommend a rental vehicle. The beach boardwalk are 30min away and you'll want to have flexible transportation. Look up public parking when in town. Best seafood we had was at Playa Las Animas. Best Tacos in front of the church near boardwalk area. Several vendors. Oh! Showers are ice cold! Brrrr! Check w/ Brian (host) on boat trips. We found him to be cheaper than anyone offering in town. Favorite place we ate was at Senior Frogs in the boardwalk. There is an Oxxo right down the street from the villa so you can get coffee or snacks there. It's similar to an 7-Eleven. Stay away from the Pharmacy stores you see all over the place. The host like to pop in out of nowhere. Caught us off guard a few times.

The views from this place were simply amazing, better than the pictures can portray. The villa is very large but comfortable and well maintained. And the staff! We were there only 3 nights, but they were warm and welcoming and so helpful. We had Kalania cook most of our meals for us, and they were so delicious and beautifully plated; it’s doubtful we could have had better food if we had ventured out. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms sparkling clean. Word of warning, if you book your stay here you will lose all desire to sightsee; you will only want to sit by the water from morning to night! This is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with your companions.

Nothing but amazing things to say! The house is wonderful, eclectic and comfortable! The views are absolutely insane! Omar was so communicative leading up to and during our stay. Ruby welcomed us to the house and took care of us cooking delicious meals and keeping the house tidy! We had so much fun and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

What an absolute gem! The house is stunning with beautiful views overlooking the ocean, a lovely pool, spotless rooms, and plenty of space with three large bedrooms spread over three floors. Ruby made us feel so welcome by taking care of us and cooking us healthy delicious food. David her soon was available whenever we needed to be drive anywhere at quick notice. We loved staying at the house and I hope to be back soon.

We were a family of 5 and absolutely loved our stay. The pictures don't do this villa justice. It really is a beautiful and cozy place with stunning views. There are windows and sliding doors everywhere for spectacular views. Every room has a ceiling fan and AC if needed. There are lots of authentic decorations throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your desires. The staff was awesome throughout our stay. Ruby cooks anything you ask for while Bertha and Omar have answers to any possible questions you may have during your stay. If you get bored, catch a taxi back to town or walk 10min down to the Boca beach and take a water taxi to any other beach or marina along the coast, north or south. We tried a few different spots and really liked the Yelapa beach for variety of activities and restaurants. There's a really nice restaurant - "Le Cliff" right up the block from the home but it's very pricey, so go at your own risk. Overall, we had a blast!

The view is amazing, the facilities are just as shown in the photos or even better. Mrs. Rubí (the person who welcomes you) is very friendly and cooks delicious food. She makes you feel at home and very well taken care of. We will return because it was a very comfortable stay.

Villa San Miguel is one of the most incredible places to stay on Bahia de Banderas. The all-glass wall overlooking the bay, southern coastline, boats, whales, dolphins and green-blue water swirling in the rocks is heavenly. Even while I got ready in my bathroom, I had a view from the shower and mirror. We were there at a time of year when weather was perfect, so we could open all the slider doors, feeling like complete indoor/outdoor living on the cliff side. We were out on the bay on boats for various actives twice, and it was so cool to see our giant yellow house on the cliff from the bay. We walked to the famous Le Kliff restaurant twice, and also thought it was cool we could walk there in two minutes when people travel from all over to go there. We were literally the closest building to it. I spent at least an hour or more a day in the warm infinity pool doing Agua yoga and in bliss with that view. The beds and all furniture were super comfortable. Total heaven.

We had an incredible family vacation at Villa de San Miguel. The Villa itself is gorgeous and the staff is first rate. We spent a lot of time outside both to eat meals and to swim in the heated plunge pool. We saw whales and dolphins daily. The chef Ruby and her food was a highlight of the stay. What a treat to listen to the ocean every night while falling asleep. Will definitely be back!

We had the best time staying at Villa San Miguel. The photos do not do it justice. The food that Sara cooked was beyond amazing, some of the best I've ever had. Irma was darling and made sure we were taken care of the entire stay. We wanted to take them home with us. We were so sad to say goodbye to them. They made our trip exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. We were blown away by the beauty of the place and the view. Bertha is a fabulous host. She quickly answered all of my many questions and always made sure we had what we needed. I will definitely be going back.

An excellent place to rest. There are beaches nearby where you can relax and take a walk. The staff's service is the best. They are always very attentive to whatever you need.

The house was gorgeous, peaceful and the views amazing! Most importantly we were well taken care of during our stay at the home. Wonderful service, rapid communication and thoughtful touches! My family enjoyed many sunsets on the deck, dips in the pool, excellent homemade meals and laundry/housecleaning was fabulous! We ventured out for key activities nearby and the guard was there to keep us safe. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

The house was gorgeous- that view! And Bertha and her team made sure we had everything we needed. We aren’t big breakfast people and we were out for all lunches but the items the staff did prepare for us were amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean, any issues were addressed and taken care of immediately. The communication was easy and timely. You are in good hands with Bertha!

Our meals were fantastic and delicious and tailored to accommodate my food allergy and each family member's likes/dislikes. As requested, when we arrived at the villa, we had lunch and tasty margaritas ready - a lovely service after a long day of travel. We loved spending a day at La Corral restaurant on Las Animas beach and zip lining by the river. We ventured out to Chiccos Paradise for a snack and wandered around the rocks and river, and enjoyed the surrounding beauty in the mountains just as much as we enjoyed time at the villa, soaking in the ocean and mountain views. The view is breathtaking from every room in the home, and the ocean waves will lull you to sleep. Whether traveling with a family and children or a couples getaway, the property and experience are perfect. We will certainly book again.

Phenomenal stay at Villa San Miguel. The house was ornately decorated and the craftsmanship of the building is stellar. Top that off with probably the PV area's best view and amazing service from the team. Extremely clean, comfortable house with plenty of room to spread out. Great for the digital nomad or family vacation. 45+ min out of town, but the tranquility you probably need. If you don’t like the crashing sound of waves, not your place. But for those who do, get ready to sleep with nature's finest white noise. Cliffside paradise with an amazing view and service. The only negative experience was a neighboring property that had occasional parties with loud noise. I will return.

Incredible experience. The pictures do not to the house or view justice! Bertha was an amazing host and was always aiming to please - I highly suggest following her recommendations for activities and dining! Also make sure you have the chef make dinner one night :).
