Beautiful home. We had a couple of hiccups but the service on island was helpful. Really easy instructions and helpful local suggestions. The restaurant across the street was delish and the little coffee spot up the road was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! John was amazing and gave us great recommendations. The house was perfect very clean and comfortable. The private pool is an added bonus. Lupita was wonderful! We were there for two weeks so we had a few requests and she was so helpful and made our stay so easy from renting a golf cart to private boat charters. There are good restaurants in walking distance and some beach clubs. We would definitely stay at Villa Vista Azul again and already recommending it to friends.

We had the best family vacation staying at Villa Vista Azul! From the pre-arrival communication and check-in instructions/helpful tips from John to the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house, we couldn’t be happier with our stay! The house had everything we needed; the A/C units worked great; beds were comfy; the pool was fabulous; and the list goes on. Capi’s Property Management answered some questions and Lupita helped us book a taxi for our departure. I’m so happy we found this gem! Thank you so much!

This was a great home base during our stay on the Isla! The house has a great pool (kids loved it) and was walking distance from a couple restaurants, beach club etc. we watched the sunset every night from the roof. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great pool! Cute house and good location

We have stayed on the north end of the island but wanted to experience the south end and had our kids with us this time (young adults). We wanted our own pool. The unit was lovely! The A/C fabulous and adjusted easily so we could turn it way up when we were gone and it cooled off immediately when we turned it down. Fridge kept things very cold. Washer and dryer was a plus for our pool towels. Ulan was a hit with our kids. We had a wood fire pizza for late night snack almost every night. Coffee bus also a big plus- we should have had a punch card! Rancho Capricho really does have some of the best tacos on the island and was about a 3 block walk- although we had a golf cart. The pool got enough sun AND was shady for our Minnesota skin! We drink a lot of water so was nice to have the ability to easily refill our water bottles. We highly recommend this Villa! Would love to stay again when we come back!

We had a great time at Villa Vista Azul. One of the best houses I’ve ever rented through Airbnb. The sunsets from the roof top were spectacular! Every night we listened to amazing live music from the restaurant across the street. We really felt at home in this house. We cooked several nice meals in the kitchen and loved that we could wash a few loads of laundry. It was wonderful to have the pool for cooling off after a hot day. We easily hailed taxis right outside the door of the house to ride to the north end beaches. There is also much to explore on foot right near condo including several nice restaurants. John always responded quickly when we had questions and was super helpful with information on the area. I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities of the house.

Great spot! we were five adults and had lots of space. It was nice and clean, the pool was nice, and the master bedroom had its own private space and bathroom. kitchen was well equipped and laundry was a bonus. the sunsets were our favourite - perfect view ! John and Capi were very responsive and helped us out when needed quickly. Pool was a great break out of the heat - the outdoor bathroom, shower and hammock were a bonus. we loved the location - easy to get around. We had an awesome resident iguana outside the front gate who greeted us everyday while sunbathing which we absolutely loved!

Great place as advertised. We felt very comfortable. Watched the sunset from the second floor balcony almost every evening. Located near several beach clubs within walking distance. We liked Loretta’s beach club/restaurant.

We loved our stay at this rental in Isla Mujeres. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. The house and amenities were good quality for a villa in Mexico. Restaurants and Beach clubs nearby were a big plus. The pool was cool (in January), but pleasant.

Our family absolutely loved this place! The views were unbeatable and the house was spacious and clean. John was a wonderful host for our extended stay and so helpful. Definitely looking forward to our next stay at this property. The laundry and private pool were extra bonuses - you can tell these are very considerate and thoughtful owners.

We loved our stay! We did have an issue with the location pin being inaccurate, but when we eventually found the home, we loved it! Kids loved the private pool and we loved the view from the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of five. It’s on the quiet side of the island and we appreciated the peace! Super delicious restaurant right across the street with a gorgeous art gallery.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista Azul. The house was clean, beds all very comfy and plenty of towels for all of us. The AC units in every room worked perfectly and kept us comfortable. We made good use of the private pool each day of our stay. Washer and dryer were a bonus for sure. This was our first time to stay on this side of the island, and we were pleasantly surprised that several good restaurants/bars are so close by. Of course, the island is not very big, so we were able to visit all our favorite places by golf cart without difficulty.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Isla. If this is your first - understand this is a small island so internet outages and power outages happen from time to time, as well as a few baby scorpions and geckos inside the house - and many tiny ants... island living! The house was cool and comfortable - we slept great. The south end of the island is pretty quiet. There is a bank ATM just a few steps from the house (35 pesos fee). Also a short walk away, we enjoyed The Joint for music, food and their MUST TRY frozen mojitos! Punta Sur was well worth the 100 pesos/person to check out and walk around the paths. We enjoyed some down time at the pool, coffee on second floor balcony with great views of the Gulf and Cancun in the distance. Management company Capi's dropped off more 5 gal drinking water jugs at our request and were very responsive. Don't pay more than 150 pesos for a taxi to the North side or 100 to the Chedraui grocery - just tell them what you will pay before you get in the car.

This place was perfect for my family of 6 adults. Everything about it was great. Clean kitchen, restrooms, baths, bedrooms, linens, and floors. Great views & great location. Perfect parking for 2 golf carts. Everything works very well - pool, showers, toilets, running water, refrigerator. I’m super pleased!

Our family of four (with two little kids) enjoyed our stay at Villa Vista Azul. The southern end of the island was quiet and had plenty to offer. We enjoyed walking around and exploring and we always felt safe. The house was well appointed, modern and clean. The views from the second story were our favorite. Azul was a great home base. we had other friends on different parts of the island so between bouncing around beach clubs and other homes it worked out nice. Beautiful views from balcony. We booked hoping to be able to use the rooftop balcony but it was bare of any tables and chairs. All around serene and quiet. We would highly recommend this place.

We loved this place so much we hope to revisist it! The view upstairs and on the roof is spectacular. The pool is very private which we loved! I would warn you if you want to spend evenings on the roof, you will get a lot of mosquito bites. Beautiful place, great location, highly recommend.

A great, private house on the quieter end of the island. Close to Punta Sur and other great places. Having the pool was wonderful since you're further from the beach in this location, but it's also a quick ride on the golf cart if you prefer the beach. John and Amelia shared many helpful details up front and are very responsive. We had a great time at their place.

We really enjoyed this home - it had all the things that I look for like easy check in, a responsive host, clean, everything worked well, etc. Lupita set up a golf cart to be delivered to the house, which made it super easy! We also loved the coffee shop bus nearby and a little supermarket was convenient. We'd definitely stay again!

The house was immaculate when we arrived! The cleaning staff are very thorough and left the space clean and ready to use, especially in the kitchen. The house is spacious and has an amazing view of the bay. Taxi drivers pass by the house frequently and it’s a short drive to Playa Norte or Playa Mía. John outdid himself as a host and sent us the most thorough info sheet to make sure we were very prepared for our stay. We had zero questions while we there and were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves at the beach!

John’s home was perfect for our 2 families of 3. Great area! Away from all the touristy spots but a quick golf cart ride away if you wanted to go check them out. Great restaurants close by the house and beautiful beach restaurants. Very happy with our stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

Villa Vista Azul was perfect for our stay.John’s communication & recommendations were great! He feels like a new friend and was always quickly responsive. My daughter broke her foot before we left,so we ended up renting a golf cart and are glad we had one regardless of her foot. Two 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor were perfect for us considering her crutches. The 3rd bedroom (master) and living room are upstairs with a beautiful view of the ocean-perfect for morning coffee! Coffee and snacks waiting for us were a nice touch. A few minor issues due to a major rain and flooding were quickly resolved by the property manager. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same luck as others with Lupita - she never returned my messages. However,Samuel runs the yummy fresh smoothie place next door & was super helpful and friendly so definitely visit him and say hello for me.Beds are comfy; pool too cold to use but nice to sit by;quieter part of the island a huge+! Go & stay here!

Absolutely perfect place for some time away with my girlfriends. The space was exactly as described, the pool was private and relaxing, the spot was walkable to restaurants and a beach resort. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful place and exactly as described. The area is pretty private and felt extremely safe. It is within walking distance to great restaurants a nice coffee shops a few steps away. The beach club below is perfect for the kids to swim, snorkel and play games. It is also a fun atmosphere for adults as well. John was extremely responsive when needed, but it was rare that we needed anything. The host is great and the place was perfect. Within 1/2 mile of Punta Sur, The Joint, the zip lines and great restaurants. Nice views from the rooftop area of the house and the pool is awesome.

Villa Vista Azul was exactly what we needed for a family of 5. We had plenty of room and all of the essentials needed for a full week’s stay. We loved the pool and a nice outdoor shower after a hot beach day. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Having a washer/dryer was so nice. The location was perfect for us looking for a little more calm. We walked to Punta Sur and dinner most nights. We had a great time and hope to return!

The house is well stocked, beautiful and clean. The view from the second and third floors is absolutely stunning. We were with a four year-old so the pool was used every day and it was a short walk to Punta Sur and easy cab ride to Playa Norte. If you like a quiet and empty paradise beach, go before 10 am as the boats from Cancun start arriving and it fills up. John left some contacts for cab drives that were very helpful. The neighborhood is overall quiet and felt very safe. We happened upon the week of a massive birthday celebration across the street, so if you have kids, bring a sound machine. The party went on until 2am LOUDLY. On an unfortunate note, I had left my wedding ring by the side table next to the window in the master bedroom but it was not found by the cleaning crew. My mistake for forgetting it; however, it had not moved from that spot the whole time we were there...I would have hoped for more honesty from the cleaning crew.

Wow what a gem. We simply loved Villa Azul. Perfect location on the south side of Isla M. Steps away from several beach clubs - we really loved Kan Kin. Walking distance to punta sur. Lovely cafe across the street (Ulan ). And the villa itself is amazing - swim short laps in the pool, enjoy the views, or just relax. We were so lucky to choose this location for our time at Isla M and were really sad to leave. Thank you John for the opportunity to spend a couple of days in this heavenly place.

The house was great! It was very comfortable and had amazing views. We loved the rooftop deck. Plenty of seating and plenty of beach and bath towels. The pool was large and we loved the outdoor bathroom. John had a lot of great recommendations and was super responsive to any questions we had. He has quite the sense of humor as well. Highly recommend!! We were very comfortable.

Johns place was exactly as described. We knew it was in the south of Isla Mujeres and liked that it wasn’t in the tourist district. We enjoyed the daytime busyness of the street golf cart traffic. The pool was great to sit at, had shaded areas and sun during the day. The rooftop patio was awesome to watch the sunset and the thunder and lightning storm. The house was very clean, and we loved the air conditioning in each bedroom for individual adjustments. John and the property management company were so responsive, within minutes we had responses from them with questions we had. Coffee bus and great restaurants within walking distance. And the bus picked us up right in front of the house to go into town. The bottle water provided was wonderful and they refilled it as needed. I would hesitate to book Villa vista Azul for your holiday.

I wish I could give this place an extra star. The pictures do not do it justice! Pool was gorgeous, house spotless and absolutely everything needed for a great vacation. Love the location…great restaurants walkable and Kim-Ha right there was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thankyou so much!

We stayed at John’s place for a week in March. This was a wonderful house to stay in. It was spotless and had lots of space. Ac units in all the important areas. House was always the perfect temperature. Lupita was a great help! She arranged the golf cart delivery and pick up. No stress! Beautiful property with a private pool and outdoor bathroom. We lived its location on the south side of the island. We will be back soon and plan to stay here again!

Plenty of room for three couples to enjoy. Beautiful views from the 2nd story balcony and roof top. Be aware, pool is not heated but it was great for a quick dunk on a hot day. Bus stopped out front and easy to hail cabs from this location. Quiet at night, but street very busy and noisy during the day- we did not mind it though- had a few good laughs as golf carts would come to screeching halts and people were laughing and screaming as they had to stop suddenly because of the large speed bump in front of the house. Bottle drinking water provided which was great. A/C works awesome-house was tidy and clean upon arrival. Very spacious, especially the master bedroom and ensuite. Only complaint would be lack of patio furniture for 6 people-only 4 loungers and 4 patio chairs. No table or comfortable seating on the rooftop (there is a bar and cement bench). Felt very safe and secure. Good selection of restaurants close by. Walking distance to Punta Sur. Loved our vaykay.

Just returned from Villa Vista Azul and wow what a beautiful place! My family of 5 truly enjoyed our time at John's home. The views from early morning to sunset to full moon evenings were spectacular and made us feel so relaxed. The home itself is large and well appointed with all useful amenities. You can have pleasant times in the pool and surrounding garden or just reading in the hammock. You can walk to nearby restaurants, coffee van, Kin Ha beach club and it is safe. You can easily take a taxi to north beach or rent a golf cart to explore Isla mujeres and enjoy the sites and amazing ocean views. John was a very responsive host through the booking and arrival process. He also has an outstanding property manager Lupita who made our stay. She was easy to reach and assisted with all the things asked. Particularly helping arrange a surprise on arrival for my sister's birthday. We hope to be able to return in the near future to Isla and would love to stay here again. Thank you guys!

John's place on Isla was perfect for our family of four, with two older kids (14 and 19). Rooms and space were great for us and we had a great time. The space is far enough away from the busier parts of the island and we enjoyed the quieter aspects of the area. There some great beach clubs and restaurants that are close, but Playa Centro and Playa Norte (the busier areas) are a quick cab ride/golf cart drive away. One thing we noticed is that the pool is a bit cooler as it doesn't get a ton of sun to warm it, but we actually enjoyed refreshing dips. Thanks, John for a great place to stay.

The house and view are beautiful. A very nice pool and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the host is very responsive if you have a questions. The location is very close to great places to eat and beach clubs where you can swim in the ocean.

If you want to stay on the south side of the island then this is the place. The neighborhood is probably the nicest one on the island, in terms of residences. Conveniently, there are a few restaurants and resorts within walking distance. A pharmacy is just a few steps away. John was very easy to communicate with - always responsive and friendly - as was his local management company. The views outside the balcony are stunning. You can see Cancun across the water and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The house was well-stocked with jugs of water, some snacks and coffee. Great water pressure. Fast internet. Netflix. The washer and dryer worked well. There are plenty of rooms and places to feel cozy. We had no problems at all and are grateful for the stay.

Wow! What a fantastic place. We felt like we won the lottery while we were staying at Villa Vista Azul! The interior of the house is even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The roof! The bedrooms! The bathrooms! The kitchen! The pool and outdoor shower!! Seriously, it was a dream to stay in such a nice home! John was super responsive and helpful. My favorite surprise was that there is a concierge named Lupita who helped me with anything I needed. She arranged for golf carts to be brought to the house and picked up after we left. And she arranged for taxis to take us to the ferry on our departure day- what a help and ease of mind for me! Oh, we loved staying on the south end, away from all the noise of downtown. It was so quiet at night! Also, there are amazing restaurants I highly recommend this place. very close by. If you stay here, make sure to spend an afternoon at the Kin Ha Beach Club right next to the house! Hasta La Vista!

We have a new favorite home on Isla! Villa Vista Azul was wonderful. It had plenty of space for our family of 6 and the beds were comfy! We live being on the south end of the island so the location is perfect for us. The view is amazing…. I worked out on the patio everyday and it made taking my zoom calls so much more enjoyable 😁! John was incredibly helpful and responsive and the property management company they use (Capi’s) was the best service we have experienced in 10+ years if traveling and staying on Isla. We had three things we needed assistance with in the house and they were on it within 30 mins. We will definitely be returning to Villa Vista Azul.

Amazing home in the quieter side of Isla Mujeres (away from North Beach, which is a plus if you are less into the whooping party scene and/or crowded late night restaurants). The pool and the rooftop are true standouts among similar places on the island: the pool is much longer than the usual square and very well-maintained, and the rooftop had spectacular sunset views. The interior was very clean, and the bedrooms + kitchen matched the descriptions exactly. Strong AC units, security features, and idyllic little green space near the pool.

Best communication ever! House clean and everything you might need. The only downfall is the pool that doesn't get a lot of sun so is chilly, but hey, it's November! Great beds and air conditioning, and amazing vacation. Rented a golf cart as usual from Abdiel at Cande's Tours and the house is in mid island so perfect location. The house instructions were the best!

Book it! I've stayed all over Isla Mujeres in rentals and hotels and this place is by far my favorite stay. Beautiful home and in the perfect location. I stayed with 3 other women and we felt incredibly safe and had plenty of room. We even had massages at the home. We cooked a meal in the kitchen and we had plenty of kitchen gadgets. From the rooftop to the pool, everything was super clean and it felt like home. The highlight was the washer and dryer and they even provided laundry detergent. They provided beach towels, inflatables, and beach bags. I could have packed a lot less with how much they provided. John was very communicable and I received great instructions before arriving. We had a hiccup with a broken down golf cart the last day and a couple of workers from Capi's property management stopped to do landscaping and both young men helped me push the golf cart out of the street. I will definitely be staying here again.

Villa Vista Azul was the best place for our group of girls! We had so much entertainment around us, close walking access to beautiful beach clubs and restaurants. Of course plenty of transportation options to get around the island. Really appreciated the water service that was provided, we wanted to stay hydrated so that was a great amenity. Look forward to staying again in the future.

It is hard to put into words how special this place is. John, Lupita and his entire team are so helpful and genuinely want your time here to be special. Lupita was able to help us with a golf cart which allowed us to explore the entire island, I definitely recommend this! The pool is a major plus, as well as the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. And do the even get me started on the rooftop! The views from the roof are incredible, we watched every sunrise and sunset at the house, these are moments we will never forget. We cannot wait to come back!

This place was amazing!! Beautiful views, comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi and walkable to few different restaurants few minute walk away. The place was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. They had extra little touches like beach towels , cooler if needed and we loved our stay there. I felt at home. This is a must book. John was super responsive and had tons of advice and recommendations. Five stars all around. ❤️❤️

A great place and location, with a beautiful views of the turquoise waters!! Close to a beach, where you can jump off a dock, snorkel, kayak, or lounge in the sun with with good drink and food. We rented a golf cart and explored everything on this beautiful little island. Great fun! The house is beautiful and we’ll equipped! We woke up comfortably every morning in paradise:) Loved every minute of our stay🏝️ Highly recommend 👏 Thanks John!

Excellent place! Access to the beach is not that easy, but it has a pool and is very comfortable, it has everything you need to make your stay super comfortable!

Villa Vista Azul is perfect for a group of 5 or 6. The views are awesome, the pool is really nice to have and the location is really nice for those not wanting to be in the really busy downtown area.

Wonderful villa! We had a great time in our stay. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Features a fully-equipped kitchen and utensils and other accessories. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. AA equipment works perfectly. The pool is amazing! It's warm in the heat of the day, it has waterjets or hot tubs, it's enough for guests to fit in the villa. The view from the terrace is very nice although I must admit that the spiral stairs are very dangerous for a child, senior or some drunkard. Everything else excellent, communication with the admins was excellent too. Our flight was arriving early and leaving late, we were able to get into the house a couple of hours before check-in and a neighbor, we left a couple of hours later because they told us that there would be no other guests for that day. The value for money is the best, you will obviously find cheaper properties but perhaps in more inaccessible areas or poor cleanliness. The villa is located at the foot of the only road that surrounds the island, so you can take the truck that takes you from Punta Sur to Playa Norte for 1 USD. Everything was limpo here, bath towels, body towels and for the beach served us a lot. I highly recommend it!

We loved our time at Villa Vista Azul. The location was great and the house was very spaciou. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the bay from the second floor balcony and rooftop were amazing. We drank our coffee and read on the balcony every morning. The pool is big and long enough to swim in. Everything was exactly as described. Lupita and the management company were extremely helpful and responsive. John and Susan provided excellent instructions for check-in, check-out, directions, transportation, food recommendations, etc. We would love to stay again next time we visit the island.

If you’re lucky enough to find this place available when you’re traveling, you should immediately book it! The place is great and exactly as described. The place is conveniently located with a boutique hotel and restaurant a couple of doors down, which comes in handy if you’re a woman and concerned about being dropped at the location or just hungry. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING and their guides are useful, even if dated, and provide lots of information for your time on the island. There is a washer and dryer and pool and balconies and bottled water and games and a fully-stocked kitchen and and and and! The amenities will blow you away. We were so pleased with our stay and all that it offered! We would come here again and again and again.

Fantastic house in a great location! Very roomy with an awesome view. Everything was clean and the beds comfy. Excellent communication with Lupita and the management company. They are so helpful and thorough. Will definitely be booking here next time we are down.

We have stayed here twice. We love staying in the quieter side of the island. John is very helpful and check-in/ communication is very easy. The sunsets from the rooftop are also amazing!

Wonderful little villa, fabulous views from rooftop deck. If there are seniors in your group make sure they have assistance going up the spiral stairway, easy to misstep. All in all a beautiful villa with easy access to the island. We rented a golf cart but taxis were readily available. Hope to be back soon!

Villa Vista Azul is nestled in quiet Punta Sur of Isla. The location provides a beautiful vista day and night. The home has a nice sized kitchen to cook meals but also nearby are some delicious eateries. The home is clean and inviting and John and Capi's staff we incredibly attentive and accommodating. Would recommend renting a golf cart/moped if staying here as it is a 15 minute drive into downtown. Taxis are also abundant.

We really loved the location of Casa Vista Azul, and had a very easy time communicating with the owners and the property management. You're not in the loud super touristy downtown, but instead closer to Punta Sur. We had a golf cart the whole time, and could get downtown in 15 minutes. We especially loved spending the day nearby at the pool club Capitan Dulche. The A/C worked really well (which is not always a given in Isla!), the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved watching sunsets from the second floor balcony. The wifi wasn't working well when we were there, but we weren't there for email and work, but instead to vacation. However, if you are considering this for a longer term stay, you may want to bring your own wifi booster. Otherwise, go offline and enjoy all that the house and Isla has to offer! One other point... We got a little unlucky because the dump on the other side of the island was particularly stinky, and we were right in the path of the wind. We were told that the dump was in the process of being emptied, so maybe it was that they were digging up trash and that made it especially stinky. When the wind blew in one direction, we were loving the sunset vibes, and when it blew in our direction we made sure to leave the house and hang elsewhere. Honestly, this wasn't a big issue for us, and I'm not sure that it is something that would happen again to others, as we weren't sure if this was just because of the process happening while we were there. Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely stay again. It's incredibly great value for your money, a wonderful location, and really lovely hosts who will accommodate you whenever they can.

Our family of five enjoyed this home! John was welcoming and the management company had everything ready for us. The pictures are nice, but they really do not do justice to the house -- it looks great, it's comfortable, and the views from the second floor deck and rooftop are amazing! The AC cooled down the rooms quickly, so no need to run the units when you aren't in them. Bedrooms also had ceiling fans. Happy with the internet connection. The kitchen is fully functional, however, Isla Mujeres has so many amazing restaurants, so don't miss out. While this is on the quieter part of the island, there is plenty to do and see (we did not get to do it all), and it's not a long trip to get back up to the north side. Enjoy!

This place is absolutely beautiful the pictures do it no justice!! The house is beautiful , clean and a great location!! The view from the balcony and roof top were to die for and the ocean was way closer then the pics made it appear!!

Great place! The house is very spacious and in a good location. The photos match perfectly! Impeccable clean! Very well equipped. We also really appreciated the quick responses to our different messages. The view from the balcony of the master and even more that of the roof top are superb!!! We recommend this place without hesitation.

I cannot say better things about this house! It was in a perfect location on the island - walking distance to some nice restaurants, a short drive to downtown, and quiet. John was straightforward to contact, and the property managers were amazing! The pool and rooftop were perfect for nights where we did not go out.

Awesome home with great hosts! We enjoyed everything about this place. Our son loved the pool and the 2 patios were amazing! Very big house with more than enough space for us and our 2 kids. I could go on and on about everything I loved but this is an overall great place. Thanks 🙂

wonderful place. All you could want for a relaxing vacation. Gave us info all the way. 5 star for sure. Boys loved the pool. and the balcony was great with the soft wind from the ocean. Beautiful view. Will recomment to anyone.
