We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, awesome pool, good location and security. Easy walk to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. We rented a car which made things alot easier. We felt very safe. Only complaint was the new home being built nextdoor the workers were a bit loud at times. They stayed at the house at night and music was loud. Not too bad though. Definitely recommend this place. Rent a car, go to chedraui to grocery and liquor shop. Take advantage of driving to Playa Del Carma and catch the ferry for the day to Cozumel. Thank you Marina for everything. Your a great host and we really enjoyed our vacation.

My family and I travel a good amount. It’s rare to feel like you’re leaving a friend when checking out. That’s what it felt like leaving Marina’s place. She’s so kind, helpful, accommodating, and funny. Always checking to see if we are okay or in need of anything. We would have conversations about how our day went or what we learned about Mexico today. A view of the beach every morning and swimming almost every night. Palm trees and the stars along with our conversations with Marina will be truly missed. Wonderful experience.

When you travel, you understand that you won't always find a luxurious or perfect accommodation, and that's completely normal. However, I think it's important for the host to be transparent and take care of the details that impact the experience. In my case, the cleanliness could be improved. When I took a shower, I found hair in the shower, which made me doubt the cleanliness of the place. I also had a lot of difficulty locking the front door, and when I needed to contact the host, responses took longer than expected. In the end, these kinds of inconveniences end up affecting the vacation time, since one expects to enjoy and rest, not spend time solving problems that could have been avoided with better communication and greater attention to detail.

I highly doubt some complaints because I was present You're a great person And the best part was that I got a refund for the days I didn't use the place. There would have been a lot of problems, and this way we were all calm and happy.

Marina's service is excellent!! The apartment is super cool and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The beach is super nice and quiet. I loved it! Marina is a super host!

Marina's place is exactly as shown in the photos. It is exactly as described, private, beautiful, walking distance to OXXO, Isla Mujeres Ferry, Pharmacy, etc. I would absolutely stay here again!

A friend and I stayed here, we highly recommend! Marina was friendly and responsive. The area seemed safe and next to the beach and other stores so you were never too far away from something you need. I recommend her place for an adventurous traveler.

We stayed at Marina’s place for just one night before our flight home, and it was a lovely experience. Marina was incredibly helpful, kind, and pleasant when we asked about checking in a bit early and whether we could use the pool and beach prior to check-in. The unit is located on the third floor with lovely ocean views, and having the beach right at your front door is such a treat. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a short stay. We truly appreciated Marina’s hospitality and would happily stay again.

Marina was a very attentive host. She greeted us upon arrival, gave a tour showing us how to work everything. She even gave us pesos for the bus as we had just landed and didn’t have Mexican currency yet. We had no problem climbing the stairs leading to the apartment. We loved the sea breeze and ocean view with isla mujeres across the way. The guarded and gated area felt safe. We hope to return. Gracias, Marina!

Marina is a kind and accommodating host, and her rental is located in a beautiful beachfront spot in Cancun. The area is lively and can get crowded, but the private pool offers a nice retreat and some separation from the busy beach scene. While we did encounter a few frustrating issues during our stay, Marina did her best to resolve them as quickly as possible. There was loud construction next door, and we couldn't access our room right away due to the noise. However, Marina kindly let us store our luggage in her apartment until the room was ready. We arrived a bit later than expected, which may have led to a rushed cleaning. We also experienced some minor maintenance issues, such as lighting problems and a slow-draining shower. Fortunately, these were addressed and fixed by the next evening. One thing to note is that Marina has a couple of cats, which may be a concern for those with allergies as it was for me. buenas noches Chris me parece que el principal problema fue que el precio que pagaron al final no te pareció debido a que no tomaste en cuenta EL TOTAL de la reserva tema que me comentaste tu molestia. y empezaste a buscar problemas insignificantes para ver si YO TE PODÍA HACER UN DESCUENTO POR QUÉ NO TE FIJASTE EN EL PRECIO DEL TOTAL DE TU RESERVACIÓN el Check in es a las tres. justo cuando terminó el ruido de la construcción. por qué ya estaba arreglado con ellos para que a su llegada ya no había más ruido ustedes llegaron varias horas antes todo lo que falló un poco de soluciono de inmediato y con respecto a los gatos está en la información que hay alguno que otro gato y perros que no dan molestia alguna siento mucho tu gata de atención para esta información que se describe en la app cómo los taxes y pagos extras que no te fijaste me parece que no cumplieron con el reglamento pero no me gusta hacer malos comentarios en general hay que porner atención en la información

Marina's place is well located , in a very good location . Amazing views from the playa Tortugas home and the pool. No restaurant nearby ( walking ) damage . I would recommend investing in more modern door locks and windows. Had a great time and recommend!

House located in a great location, in the hotel area of Cancun, equipped with all the essentials. Marina is extremely friendly and helpful. The unique cleanliness of the house is not deep, but still acceptable.
