Huge condo with lots of space. Very clean. Very proactive manager. Overall, our stay was excellent. The location can get a little noisy at night. Found out later that it is on the “party” street but a few blocks up. But it was very walkable to wherever we wanted to go!

Excellent accommodation, a very good location, close to all the bars and restaurants in the center, just a few blocks away and there is no noise so you sleep very peacefully, George was very attentive, and kind at all times, we would definitely stay there again. Everything was very clean and everything matched the photos. Don't leave without trying the marquesitas that are on the esplanade two blocks from the apartment.

The rep we dealt with Claudio was the best! Very responsive, friendly and helpful whenever something came up. He was accommodating to the fact we arrived early & need to stay later than check out, gave us options that worked well. Thank you, we will be back!

When my friends and I walked in, a few of us said, this was the best airbnb we'd ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious for our group of 8. Rooms were clean, lots of space to lay out belongings. Air conditioning was nice and cold once it reached temp. The master bathroom alone was an experience with its double rainfall showerheads. The rooftop access felt very unique and private, overlooking the city with quiet residents on one side and the parties from downtown. We wish we had more time to make use of the grill and pool. We made a 10 minute walk to a grocery store for drinks and snacks. Any time we were hungry, several great choices were within walking distance. We had come for my bachelor party and plenty of places and activities were straight down the street. Cannot emphasize enough how central this rental was. Communication with the property manager was also great, he was very helpful with recommendations and letting us extend our check out time.

Second time staying here. Great service and great home. We will be staying here again

George place was amazingly located , beautifully decorated, and well equipped. His local property manager Claudio was super responsive, took care of all of our needs, and even anticipated other needs. The doorman were also very friendly and helpful. We felt safe the entire time. The only hiccup was a storm came through and knocked out the power and water for 12+ hours one night and morning. Because of my infant daughter and medical needs we contacted Airbnb because we thought we were going to have to leave. However right in that hour the electricity and water came back on. Even though it wasn’t the owners fault they reimbursed us the night for the inconvenience. Which helped us because we had just went grocery shopping and ended up losing all the refrigerated items and my medications. I appreciated the extra effort. I do suggest they add a new broom & mop. The one there was too dusty to use so we couldn’t sweep up. Overall 5 ⭐️ Stay Go Book!

The apartment is wonderful and being in contact with Claudio, made our stay in Playa del Carmen even more pleasant. Claudio has been incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants, things to do not too touristy and was flexible with the check-in and out. We loved our stay and will absolutely go back here if we ever plan to go back to Playa! Thank you!

We had a lovely time at George’s apartment for our family of 4. Playa del Carmen is a vibrant city, and this apartment is located near the heart of the city. We were fortunate to have stayed during Carnaval and other festivals that were a close walking distance. There is a neighboring restaurant with live evening music that was often enjoyable to listen to from the apartment patios. The apartment was well furnished, in a very walkable location, and conveniently near markets and Quinta Avenida.

The place was beautiful! A few things the listing doesn’t tell you: the queen bedroom is on the roof and is basically an outdoor bedroom surrounded by 4 glass walls. It was a beautiful, unique experience and enjoyed this bedroom. But it gets very hot during the day, and you have to walk outside to get to the bathroom. The place has tons of beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. And you’ll be in be in contact with the property manager, who is very responsive and helpful.

The place was beautiful, and Claudio the property manager was so helpful! The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, and the building was very safe and well located!

The condo was great for my stay. Great reliable and fast wifi which reached every room. With an additional hub for the private rooftop room and pool made this place feel luxurious. The location of this rental was excellent. Centrally located just two blocks from Avenida 10th and three blocks away from local shops, restaurants and nightlife. Both Walmart and Mega Supermarkets are two blocks away. 10 minute walk to the beach. The host was great and was very communicative and quick to respond. Would stay again!

The place was very clean and welcoming, minutes walking to the beach, the convenience stores and the restaurants, and the rooftop was a little heaven. Property management was extremely helpful and available 24-7. Given that we speak 0 Spanish, it was a very enjoyable stay.

This is second time staying at this unit and I would never stay anywhere else in Playa again. George and the entire team are absolutely fabulous! They keep you up to date with clear and communication and are easy to reach at all times during your stay. The apartment is fully stocked and the beds are super comfortable. The private rooftop with plunge pool is the perfect spot to end the day or just relax. The location is amazing! So close to everything in Playa including shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and even a Walmart. So convenient! Thank you so much for another wonderful stay, I'll be back!

Great location, could easily walk to the different bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were really cozy and comfortable, and the rooftop was amazing to hang out with friends!

Our family of eight really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and the amenities were terrific- including our private pool and grill on the rooftop. We had a group of adults, teenagers and a 7 year old and everyone enjoyed our stay so much we stayed two extra nights. Claudio was super responsive to all of our questions. I was worried about a negative review recently and I would say that we found the apartment to be in terrific shape, everything was clean and well organized. It was well equipped. We were even able to have a great barbeque on the rooftop. Also, part of the experience is being in a neighborhood - we enjoyed being so close to 5 Avenida as well.

We’re a family of 8 and stayed for a week. I must say I was very happy and satisfied with the place. Everything you see in the picture is accurate. We love how close it was to all the restaurants and shopping mall, also about 2 or 3 blocks to the famous 5th Avenue & Walmart. Definitely coming back :)

Beautiful home, right in the heart of everything yet in a peaceful area. They are great hosts, very attentive to the guest's needs. Loved that there is an organic restaurant for smoothies, fresh juices and healthy meals right across the home! :) The home is VERY comfortable. I would book again.

Nice stay in Playa, with a lot of space and comfy bedding. Was a nice place to relax and work from home from! George was kind enough to let us check in early and check out later.

George’s place was right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen! The location was central to food, the beach, bars etc. so if you’d like to easily access those things this is a great place to stay.I liked that there was a washer and dryer in the penthouse to wash all my clothes before I left. The security was very helpful and friendly. A great place for a group or family. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the city.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Playa. Safe, well located, and the bar across the street was actually fantastic to listen to on the roof... while not being too noisy to stop me from an early sleep. The gym has all necessities, albeit a little rusty. Gloves purchased at the Mega very close, solved that for me. For the few questions I had, Claudio always responded immediately. I will be back!

Great penthouse in a good location close to bars , restaurants and other attractions in Playa. Within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed staying there !

This place was in a great spot, great location. Claudio (property manager) went above and beyond his duties to help us with all (and there were many) questions. He was one of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The apartment itself was chic, comfortable, and up-to-date. We had one small leaking issue in a bathroom because of incessant rains, but the Walmart and half the other stores in the area had the same problem. Claudio said he would be looking into this. Other than that, no problems with the apt. My parents slept upstairs practically in open air. And the rest of us kids had air conditioning in each of our rooms. The apartment had everything we needed (towels, soaps, etc). And Claudio was able to arrange for a cleaning service to come in on an extra day. Great service by the hosts. Great location. Would recommend and would personally stay in again.

This place exceeding all expectations. Not only was it very well furnished with detailed trimmings, the added touch of having the towel animals formed onto the beds made it feel extra cared for an special. I love my group of friends very much and I wanted them to have a place we could all hang out in and I found that throughout the entire house. I loved having appetizers and drinks on the rooftop before going out for the night and hanging out under the sun in the private pool. If you’re looking to do laps you should reserve that for the main pool downstairs, this was more of a relaxing pool to hang out in. We all live in cold rainy Seattle so this was great for us. This house is a perfect gathering place for friends and family. I was even more surprised at how comfortable the beds were and the showers. Was able to claim the master bedroom and I’ve never looked forward to taking showers more then when I was staying here. I was never concerned with the music or noise level from the venue/cafe just across the street, which I recommend. I found the area to be a actually quite quiet and a great location to walk for groceries or down to the beach or to have some great street food every morning and night just right outside the building. Was very convenient to have the Bus terminal just across as well, so we could have an easy commute back to the airport without the hassle of lugging our bags around. The property manager Claudio was incredibly helpful and made the transition of check in and check out very smooth. He was attentive and answered all of my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow this place is awesome! So many amenities that make this penthouse condo feel luxurious. Loved the master suite king bed and double rain shower heads, the amazing private rooftop pool and cabana, the multiple balconies and swing chairs, etc. The communication with Claudio the property manager was excellent and the building security was friendly and helpful.

The condo is great, it is perfectly located and had everything needed for a great stay. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout the rental process and stay. I highly recommend staying in this place and would definitely stay here in my next trip to Playa del Carmen.

I have been to Mexico many times (I usually choose to stay at a resort) this was my first time in playa del carmen and using air b&b for this destination and this place exceeded my expectations! The property manager was welcoming and answered all questions quickly. The location Is walking distance to the beach and near many delicious restaurants and cute shops. The space is extremely large and we had 3 private balconies including our own rooftop bar and pool. The kitchen is large and there is even an extra kitchenette in the third bedroom on the roof. Whether your a family or large group of people looking for fun place to stay I would reccomend this penthouse! Our master shower had 3 shower heads and floor to ceiling closets. You won't be disappointed here. The entire condo units felt extremely safe and clean! I cant wait to be back!

Wonderful stay! This condo is large and had everything you could ever need, plus a beautiful roof terrace! Walkable to hot spots, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The host was excellent and accommodated our early check in with very short notice. Excellent communication without being intrusive. Loved the condo and Playa!

This condo was everything we needed and so much more!!! Spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and location was perfect! It was our first time to Mexico but it will not be our last! I planned a long weekend getaway last minute to celebrate my sons high school graduation. The penthouse housed my husband, myself, 11 year old daughter, 13 year old son and 18year old son. My only regret was renting a car that remained in the secure parking garage. Once we got the the condo everything was within walking distance. Seriously, you could eat at a different restaurant for a month and still not have tried all of them! The excursions we booked picked us up from Coco Bongo, a short 5 minute walk from our stay. Highly recommend this unit we certainly will keep it on hand for our future visit.

We are frequent travelers to Playa Del Carmen (9 years in a row now) and this is by far, the best place we have stayed, on all points. Centrally located but secluded, the penthouse is stylish and stellar. So many fantastic amenities but our favorites include the rooftop pool and the main floor walk-in shower that feels like a mini-palace (it has 3 shower heads)! The Mega supermarket is a couple blocks away, my fave restaurant Como Como is down the street, and you can see the ocean from the rooftop. What more could you ask for? Plus, the property manager was responsive within minutes every time we requested something. Quick communication combined with value and style - this place makes Playa even more magical. Can’t wait to come back.

Geroge's place is perfect for your stay in Playa no matter the age. It has an amazing location and its by everything you possibly could ask for! The bedrooms were huge and and the rooftop was perfect for days you didn't want to go to the beach. Mamitas beach is about a 10 minute walk but it's through 5th avenue so its a great walk through the city with shops/cafes/restaurants. Highly recommend staying here and we absolutely loved playa del carmen

This condo is perfectly located to enjoy all that Playa del Carmen has to offer. George and his property manager are great hosts and quick to respond to any request. The 24 hour security staff were helpful and courteous. We loved both the common area pool and the private roof top pool. It was a great place to watch the sun set and the night life of Playa come alive.

This condo is beautiful! It has multiple balconies, and a gorgeous rooftop pool that we spent a lot of time at. We were looking for a place with a private pool instead of a resort and this was perfect! It is a prime location, 2 blocks from the major strip of shopping, restaurants, and bars. Close enough to enjoy them but also far enough away to not hear people constantly outside. It’s also right by the bus station and Walmart for easy access to groceries. George was very responsive and his property manager checked in on us immediately and always promptly responded! They went above and beyond our expectations and really made the trip! Highly recommend!!

George's place was very lovely, and we were well taken care of. The property manager was available whenever we needed him, and we felt very safe. We will def book again.

WOW Where do I start ? Let me just say book it before someone else takes it because this is where you want to stay for so many reasons! We took a family vacation, 8 of us including my grandparents one of them in a wheelchair. The condo and location met the needs for the ones that wanted to relax and those of us who wanted to be close to the beach and nightlife. HOST: George and Claudio (condo Manager) responded quickly and they very accommodating in so many ways. I didn't have a chance to meet either but communication with Claudio once in Playa I felt like I was talking to a friend. LOCATION: Perfect and convenient ! No car is needed for your basic needs. Walmart and another huge store is 7 minutes walking. 5th avenue 5 minutes where you can find a variety of stores, restaurant, spas, etc. Clubs and nightlife 5-7 minutes (my favorite part!) BEACH: I wasn't a big fan of the closest beach near the condo (10-12) walking. You want to go to Mamitas Beach area where the beach is much better (20-30 mins enjoyable walk thru 5th avenue). There are beach towels, beach chairs, sun screen, and other beach items available at the condo for you to use. CONDO: Luxury, comfort and all amenities you need to start up your vacation. My favorite part was the private room with glass doors in the rooftop where you have a queen bed and a bunkbed and a bathroom/shower available in the same floor. That room has a mini bar, fridge, and microwave. There is also a mini pool (doesn't have the bubbles function as jacuzzi) but it does the work to cool off. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Outlets for your charging needs are everywhere ! SECURITY: They have a guard 24/7 and you can only access the building with a special card. The area is super safe so there is no need for you to feel afraid walking back to the apartment at 6am...when the clubs close :) COMPLAINTS: My vacation was too way too short (6 days) !! I really felt at home at this place and I wish I could have stayed longer. If you are looking for proximity to everything, comfort, luxury, a host with rapid communication, and a place where you can call home for your vacation... Don't hesitate and book! I look forward going to Playa and staying at George's place !

The accommodation is excellent, 100% recommended! Just like it, or better than the photos, very comfortable, very well-kept, and neat. Location is very central and easily accessible. Both George and Claudio made our stay perfect, being in constant communication with our inquiries or needs. Everything worked perfectly! It met our expectations and more! We hope to return!

The Condo is beautiful and super comfortable, it has everything you need and more, the location is excellent, everything is nearby (supermarket, 5th Avenue, Playa, Coco Bongo...) Claudio's service was 10 as well as George who immediately responds to your emails. I recommend it 100% !! I would definitely stay there again!

We had such an amazing stay and everything was so much better in person! We were there during the Carnaval festivities and they were literally occurring right across the street which made for some amazing evenings of music and being immersed in the culture! The penthouse accommodated all 7 of us extremely well and was in such close proximity to the ADO station, the market, 5th Avenue and the beach. We definitely became regulars at the taco cart that was conveniently located across the street!! Looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you to George and Claudio for the amazing hospitality!

This is a beautiful place. My friends and I loved the rooftop private plunge pool. The location was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay on a return trip.

Amazing location, (near the beach, next to the bus station, near the collectivo departure place for Tulum, near Cozumel Ferry) amazing internet, amazing rooftop, building has security, our computers and passports were safe the whole time. We enjoyed our stay and would definitly recommend for couple or any group! Kitchen is well furnished. Claudio is a very sympatic manager and provided us services above our expectations. The Gym is very convenient, open al day with A/C and has a smart TV.

First of all I want to say thank you for amazing service!!! For me it was the most important thing. I stay for 13 days, every small things that we need we got an immediate replay with a big smile. For example we didn't have a big safe so after 4 hours they actually buy a safe and install it immediately! The apartment is luxury style with amazing rooftop, compele privacy, 2 min from the Main Street (you can see it from the rooftop+see view) the apartment is well equipped with every thing like brand new! The shower is like a spa. This is my 3rd time in playa and I strongly recommend also because of the service! (Thank you Claudio!! You are the best)

Our stay was excellent! The spot came fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, including an abundance of towels and a beach kit. The location was very central, a 3 minute walk from 5th avenue. Claudio (property manager) was extremely helpful and very quick with the replies. He helped solve any problems we has in a very short period of time. For example the fridge did not cool, he got a brand new fridge in without us even noticing. Very attentive. Would defiantly recommend. 5/5.
