The location is in a safe quieter neighborhood in poblado. The villa itself is fantastic! Big, thick walls, pool, hot tub, pool table, gym, etc. Geraldine was a very responsive host, who always answered any questions. Monica was a fantastic maid, going above and beyond each day. Diego was a very good and attentive over night security guard. Over night security guard Edgar, however disappeared a lot and was difficult to reach when needed. However, the biggest problem that we had was the wifi. 4 of the 5 days we were there, the wifi was out for most of the day, if not the whole day. We were informed that it was due to the weather, but even when the weather was nice and the router was reset, there was no wifi. We all had to buy additional ESIM cards for our phones, due to this issue. It has some issues, but overall is a great stay with good staff and facilities!
