The apartment has an excellent location and an incredible view of the ocean. Everything is very well maintained and the kitchen is super equipped. The pool is very nice and the staff is very helpful. A very peaceful place to rest, and the entrance to the Vidanta theme park is a 15-minute walk away. There are restaurants nearby and there are 3 shopping malls close by (Walmart, Soriana and Chedraui), which are 10 minutes away by car. (Renting a car is 500 pesos per day.) So it's better to stay away from the Vidanta hotels and rent a car. And Nancy's attention is impressive. He always answered messages and gave us advice and assistance at all times. A very attentive and empathetic person with her guests.

Again, the experience with the family was very nice and relaxing. It is an excellent place to recharge your family's energy in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. The place was very clean with a spectacular view. The pool was in excellent condition and the beach was very private, with no noise or hassles due to too many people. Enough room for the eight of us without being cramped or uncomfortable. We highly recommend the place. It has become one of our favorite places as a family. The apartment is large, furnished, and very clean. Everything is the same as the pictures. It's right on the beach, and the view is amazing. The pool is very comfortable. The ideal beach for children. A place we would definitely go back to. Communication with Nancy was very good. She was always attentive!

The place is amazing. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, literally steps from the ocean, so the view is a dream. The apartment and condominium are in excellent condition, clean, tidy, and there is always staff available to help you with whatever you need. We definitely want to go back!

This is a quiet place, if you're looking for peace with a nice view of the sea, a tempered pool, and a huge and clean fine sand beach, this is the right spot.

Spectacle view from the floor to ceiling windows of the beach and ocean…even saw whales! Easy walk to the beach, shops and marina. Pools and property well kept. Easy to get an Uber. Gated condo, felt very safe.

The place is in an impeccable location, you have restaurants less than 5 minutes away, convenience stores, a square no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment has too many household accessories, it has many utensils, it is very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Honestly, it's the best value we could get. Nancy is very attentive, she contacted us weeks before our arrival, she gave us information the day before our arrival and the day we arrived she allowed us to enter 1 hour before check-in. The pools are very clean and the condominium staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views from both inside and out on the patio were absolutely stunning—and we spent a lot of time out there throughout the trip. The property itself is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The pool area is beautiful, and the private beach is quiet and just a short walk away. We also enjoyed a few local restaurants that were within walking distance. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Loved Nancy’s condo. The location is amazing with both beach access and a pool. The view is unbeatable, and the interior is nicely renovated. Nancy is a fabulous host, very responsive and great at communicating instructions. We found the floor to be in need of a little mopping, but other than that it felt clean.

The location was ideal—accessible with breathtaking views that made it a peaceful retreat. We always felt completely safe, which added to our enjoyment. The unit was well-equipped with cookware and appliances, though guests should bring staples like salt, pepper, olive oil, and shampoo. A highlight was the thoughtful mid-stay service—the space was cleaned and restocked with garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. The cleaner was friendly and showed great care for the property. The Airbnb’s proximity to excellent restaurants, a gas station, and Sun Mart made it incredibly convenient. We felt at home and comfortable throughout our stay. The thoughtful touches, incredible views, and seamless amenities made this a truly enjoyable experience. Everything about it was perfect. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was very nice, the kitchen was very well-equipped and it had everything you need in terms of linens and towels. This condo was excelente! So happy with our choice. Apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean. It’s easy to go up and down using the stairs so you don’t even need to use the elevator. Pool is gorgeous! Enough chairs and shade for everyone. It gets cleaned everyday and its pristine. The beach is amazing. Best I’ve seen in the Puerto Vallarta area. Sandy, safe, warm, clean, fun. The are is nice and quiet. There’s an Oxxo 2 minutes away for daily essentials. There’s also nice restaurants so you don’t have to go far if you don’t want to. We loved Eddie’s Place and Iguana. Forgot to mention the view from the balcony! 100 stars! All in all, it was the perfect place for us. Loved it. Thanks Nancy!

This place is amazing! The view and the size of the balcony makes this place worth every penny. Staff are very helpful and kind. The whole property is very clean and well maintained. Restaurants are within walking distance, highly recommend Eddie’s place for affordable great meals. The barracuda was really good too but a little bit more pricey. There’s a little market within a three minute walk of the front gate called the Sun Market along with an Oxxo where you can get all the little things that you forgot at the grocery store, along with two pharmacies around the corner. Highly recommend La Comer in PV for groceries. There are also two excursion vendors around the area that you can find easily by taking a walk to the marina. We were able to get in a fishing trip aboard the big Maui for a reasonable price right there in the marina. The air conditioners all work excellent along with the ceiling fans, the kitchen is very well equipped, and should have everything you need.

My recent stay at this lovely beachside apartment was simply exceptional. Strategically located just steps from the ocean, the place offered breathtaking views and a relaxing experience. The elegant interior design, fully equipped kitchen, and private terrace overlooking the ocean were highlighted. The host was attentive and provided useful information about the area. With modern amenities and a convenient location, this coastal getaway exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for those looking for an unforgettable seaside getaway!

We loved our stay here. The beach and pool were accessible, ocean was swimmable and warm, grounds were beautifully landscaped, views were amazing. The kitchen was really nice and a great space to cook meals and gather. Beds were comfortable and each room had it’s own bathroom. The staff at the condo community was always friendly and helpful. We loved walking to the Marina and enjoying meals. It was a great space to relax and enjoy.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The location was perfect for us. Out of the hustle and bustle, great beaches, good restaurants nearby. The unit and ground were clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Nancy was very responsive to any questions. The staff at the condo were really helpful and friendly. The beds were a little too firm for my liking, but overall, this place was a great find!

Amazing place for 7 day vacay!! Condo was huge for our family of 6 with adults and children. Looks like the photos. On the beach with pool. Kid friendly. Fully stocked with everything you need. Nancy is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Staff at the condo are awesome. They go out of their way to assist with everything including taxis. When there was a protest and the airport road was blocked they used their translator to assist us and call cabs multiple times and keep us updated (We only speak English). We got to our flight on time! All surroundings are well maintained and cleaned daily. Location was very convenient. Next to the marina with many restaurants for picky eaters and foodies. Variety of choices. Quick taxi to walmart for food. Easy to get to the Grand Mayan next door for additional food choices. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends. Carry mexican pesos as they do prefer this currency in this area. Some take credit card,usd,cad.

Nancy's condo is a great place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta - the location, the view can't be beat. I would stay there again. Nuevo Vallarta is not Puerto Vallarta so you give up some benefits in staying there but you gain others. However, specifically with Nancy's condo here are things to consider: * Views are out of this world - panoramic view of beach/mountains from the 5th floor * Beach is right there and not rocky like PV so can enjoy. Clean and not crowded * Great beach to walk in mornings for memorable sunrise / sunset pics * Large heated complex pool * Condo is spacious and rooms / bathrooms are large, water pressure/temperature is strong (nice) - Gym is mediocre - Not to be confused with PV - few restaurants to walk to (I rented a car) - Hot tub isn't true hot tub Americans are accustomed to - hot tub is set inside pool but its sides are below water level of pool thus pool water and hot tub water mixed - not hot at all. Wonderful place overall - 5 stars

excellent place, we were two families (10 people), it has all the accessories to spend a few very comfortable days. The facilities are very well maintained, the pool and grill area are very practical, and the beach is really very nice. Convenience stores and the marina are nearby. I highly recommend the place, and Nancy's service was very good.

The apartment has a good location within the condominiums, ocean and pool views, clean, spacious and comfortable, there are shops nearby and right there you get ice, the only thing I noticed is that there is little staff who attend and they are almost never, very relaxing if you travel as a family. Nancy was always on the lookout, excellent host.

The place is beautiful, the best plus is the location that allows you from the balcony to have a 180 degree view. It is appreciated that when you wake up your first image is to look at the beach from tip to tip. 10 of 10.
