We apologize for any confusion regarding the unit numbering, availability, & language barrier. As soon as guests reserve we ask them to advise us of their check-in time to make check-in as easy as possible. You advised us approximately 1 hour before arrival. We provide starter supplies like toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) & soap in each bathroom and kitchen. Guests typically purchase additional items as needed. Safes are not available and we do not advertise such an amenity in our listings. The mention of bats & maggots is surprising, as we have strict cleaning protocols. We’ve conducted a thorough inspection and found no evidence of such issues, but we’ll remain vigilant. We take your suggestions seriously & will consider your feedback about towels & additional amenities for future upgrades.

I am glad you thought the property was nice, but I am a little confused as to how you thought the listing was for 1 home with a pool. The listing title says "4 Eco Friendly Homes" and in the description it says "This listing is for 4 homes; three 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2250 sq. ft. and one 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1420 sq. ft." The listing description explains everything in detail. It is disappointing you left a negative review based on not correctly reading the listing.
