The house is very well located and has many amenities and good entertainment options (e.g. ping pong, billiards, video games). Everything is well taken care of. The pool is nice, although I need additional gas to heat it up for the time of year. Communication was excellent and the service on site was too. Maybe there were little details missing like soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, but nothing serious and especially because there was charcoal for the grill, coffee, and other much more valuable things!

We had a very pleasant weekend, we enjoyed all the spaces of the house; it is very spacious so there was always something to do, we had a very pleasant climate, Yas's service from the reservation was very good and Mrs. Tony's service since she received us was the best. The entire description and photos match the house, there were only 9 of us, so the layout was excellent, ideal for 14 to have a good rest; it has everything you need for cooking. As a recommendation, bring good sunblock, mosquito repellent and a good attitude to enjoy everything! Thank you

Yasmin is a super host. All his recommendations were worth gold. The house is certainly one of the best I've stayed in the common areas. The barbecue is simply spectacular and the staff who clean it make your life easier to repeat the next day. The kitchens (it has practically 3 kitchens), the game room, the garden, the campfire area, the pool, the jacuzzi, the steam room and the squash court are simply unique. It's a family home that invites you to spend the whole day doing something different.

The house is huge and has all the things mentioned. It is in perfect condition. It is perfect for going with family or friends, and the service from the caretakers and hosts is excellent.

I highly recommend staying at this accommodation. The house is located in the private residential development of Lomas de Cocoyoc. The location of the house is very close to the central plaza of the development, which is very convenient for shopping or eating out. The house is super large, and the pool and hot tub are spectacular. Yasmin's service is very prompt and fast. She was always attentive and very kind. The house has many amenities for spending time together. There is room to park several cars and the speaker they include is also excellent. The gas boiler helps a lot in case you want a higher temperature than the solar panels provide. You simply refill the tank, which I thought was the fairest thing they offered me. The layout of the rooms is good. Just keep in mind that not all of them have air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again

The best AirBnB I have been to so far, very good service, you even get a super complete manual with suggestions about the house, clean and fully equipped (the kitchen even has a pressure cooker), and the entertainment spaces are very cool and well equipped, it is worth staying many days and not just a weekend when you don't have time to use everything! A very cool place for families and groups of friends. The person who attends is very friendly and attentive to what is offered. The pool with the solar panels does not require a boiler to be warm, if you want it super hot maybe yes, but we were very comfortable despite being somewhat cloudy. Take note of the showers in the bungalows, they have a somewhat complex system to use.

Yazmín is an excellent host. Everything is great, the house has all the amenities and is very clean. We plan to repeat the experience next year.

The house is excellent, it is bigger than I imagined and it really has everything you need, impeccable cleanliness as well as the conditions of the rooms and the game room, we always had the support of Ms. Toni, who was attentive to everything inside the house, I recommend the use of the boiler even if you pay extra it is worth it we had a great time!!!. We stayed 4 days in the house and it is larger than what you see in the photos, the house is clean, tidy and very functional since it has everything you need and more. The pool is perfect and the children enjoyed it enormously, the spaces are comfortable and spacious, the rooms are clean and fresh. Several TVs, a speaker available as well as a coffee maker. You don't need anything in addition to what you have available. Highly recommended for a quiet and quite relaxing stay, if you can afford it, it is a very, very good option. You won't regret it.

The people who help with cleaning and food are beautiful, super helpful, they cook delicious food and always keep the spaces clean. The pool was always kept warm with the boiler and you don't have to turn it on all day because it has solar panels to maintain the temperature. Delightful throughout the stay, you never get bored because they have a thousand things to do.

The house is super equipped so it's ideal to lock yourself in and not have to leave at all. There's plenty of space and areas for all ages, so it's great for family vacations or large groups. The pool and jacuzzi are the best, very safe and spacious. It's worth paying extra for gas to have the ideal temperature because we all enjoyed it a lot. The steam was a delight. The game room is very complete and entertaining. The squash court was a lot of fun. The two housekeepers are super friendly and cooperative, they were always available to help us. We would definitely repeat the stay because we enjoyed it a lot. We definitely recommend this property because in addition to being comfortable and equipped, the host was always attentive to us. If you are planning to travel with many friends or a lot of family, like us who were fifteen people, this house is very good because at no time do you feel crowded since each family has its bathroom and the garden and terraces are so large that they allow you to enjoy comfortably.

The place is just like the pictures, it is spacious, clean and suitable for sharing with the family. If you bring children, they will have an amazing time. During our stay we had no cell phone signal but the wifi in the house is very good, we were able to work from home and homeschool without connection problems. If you bring what you need for the stay you don't need to leave, the house has everything. Tony is very friendly and is always attentive to what you might need. Yasmin is an extraordinary host. Thank you very much for these days, we were able to rest, clear our heads and spend a few excellent days with the family. We'll definitely be back :)

I would just add that we had cloudy days and the pool could never heat up even though the boiler was on for a long time, but I understand that it also depends on the weather and yet the jacuzzi did heat up and could be enjoyed. I really recommend the place since I can't find any negative aspects that depend on the service, everything is very good.
