Luis

Yal-Ku is a real gem just a few minutes' walk from Luis and Ceci's house: an ideal place for families who enjoy exploring nature among colorful fish. The hosts were excellent, attentive and even prepared a piñata for the kids. The house and pool were as described. The supermarket in Puerto Aventuras is a short drive away. If you are familiar with Xel-Há, you will find a similar experience, but much quieter, more authentic, and without crowds. Totally recommended for families!

Staying at Luis and Ceci’s place was great. The house was big which was great for the four of our families. The pool was always cleaned in the morning. The yard was nice and relaxing. The kitchen was large and came with everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable for all of us. There was a beautiful lagoon just down the road that Luis showed us. It was so refreshing to just jump in and cool off. Luis and Ceci were so responsive and always had recommendations for us to check out. We had a private chef come cook for us the last night and Luis and Ceci got everything set up for us before we got back from our adventures during the day. They even got a piñata for the kids to do after dinner. It was so nice of them. They love having kids at their place. We would definitely go back to their home for another family vacation.
