WOW! What a gem! I feel so lucky that we found Marco’s Airbnb. The owners supplied video walk through and check in instructions before we arrived. The house is just a 5 minute drive from the downtown/restaurants, but it felt like we were secluded in the middle of the forest. The house and landscaping was GORGEOUS! The yard has a beautiful tree, so many flowers, small creek, and an epic porch. The inside was incredibly spacious and clean, not a detail was missed in the design. WiFi & a/c worked great, beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge and so clean! Highly recommend.

Book here!!! It was so amazing. Peaceful, spotless, clean, private, modern, close to shops and restaurants, with private parking. I loved watching the birds in the morning, listening to the creek. I was even greeted by the most beautiful butterfly on my car one morning. I can't say enough good things about this place. It is even better than the pictures. I can't wait to stay here again. A piece of paradise. Host also gave great recommendations to dine and also offered local contacts for tours and other things to do.

Absolutely gorgeous home and paradise for nature lovers. Hosts connected us with a great guide for a night walk. They also accommodated our constantly adjusting arrival time because we kept stopping to site see on our way to the home. The home was private but close to everything we wanted to do (rafting, hiking, National Park, and great restaurants.

We had a great stay. Leticia was very helpful and responsive. We arrived earlier than expected and they managed to get then place ready for us to check in early, which was a huge help. The terrace is huge and a great place for bird watching. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a good meal after the days adventure. Thanks for a great stay

Our family of 4 had a marvelous stay here. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants and a close distance to hot springs, the lava field hikes, mistico and great restaurants. The deck and backyard were gorgeous! We saw monkeys in the trees, countless beautiful birds and even a guantuso. We enjoyed the deck early morning with coffee and birdwatching and it was also a wonderful spot for dinners that we prepared. Our kids loved the tvs after long days of hiking. Leticia and Marco were so friendly and helpful and provided a recommendation for a guide, Raul who provided a fabulous night hike. It was a true highlight of our visit and we saw animals we never could have found on our own. So memorable! Thank you Marco and Leticia for sharing your beautiful home with us. A true paradise!

Marco's place is in a beautiful nature filled area. The sound of the creek was peaceful, and we saw lots of birds. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close enough to restaurants and activities without being in the middle of everything. Marco and Leticia were very helpful and friendly.

Marco’s place was the perfect home base for our family of five during our stay in La Fortuna! The place is very conveniently located near downtown, but the beautiful setting and spacious yard make it feel very secluded. Marco and his family were super welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing rental. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to downtown La Fortuna but it was secluded from noise and traffic. The surroundings were so incredible, we saw so many birds (they put fruit out everyday right off the deck so you can watch birds eat) and quite a few capybara too. The owners had great recommendations for excursions and even set them up for you. Leticia was incredibly kind and so responsive. Cream of the crop is that Leticia’s aunt does massage and we all had massages done at our rental. We all agreed it was one of the top massages we have ever had. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. Guaranteed we will stay here again in our next trip to La Fortuna.

What a wonderful place to stay while exploring La Fortuna. Our host, Leticia was absolutely charming and helped us book up some amazing trips. House was perfect and loved the nature views from the front porch. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!!

This house is tucked away in a private micro sanctuary. Birds and butterflies are attracted to your private 'fruit bar' every morning. The house itself is a perfect set-up for 2 couples. The kitchen has everything you need for complete meals. Bedrooms at opposite ends of the house add to the privacy. Everything is provided for your comfort, down to laundry detergent in case you need it! Because the hosts live in this gated compound, you can be assured not only of your security, but also of assistance for any need. We hope to return very soon.

Marco and Leticia made us feel right at home! Their place was clean and serene. Our family loved sitting on the patio to watch all the wild life. Such a beautiful place to stay, would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Marco and Leticia! :)

Marco and Leticia are exactly the kind of hosts that make a trip memorable. They greeted us on arrival, gave us a good walkthrough of the property, and were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions - all while giving us plenty of space to enjoy our stay. The location is ideal: a short walk to town or a quick drive if you're heading further out. The property itself sits on a generous, lushly treed lot where we were treated to a wonderful variety of birds throughout our stay. The home is comfortable and well-appointed with clean bedrooms, great kitchen, nice bathrooms, and air conditioning. Little details like a shoe dryer (you'll thank them the first time it rains!) show just how thoughtfully this place has been set up for guests. Superhosts for good reason. Highly recommended.
