A beautiful house very close to the beach, ideal to enjoy with the family. It is extremely comfortable and has several spacious, clean and carefully furnished rooms. The pool is large and perfect for sharing. In addition, the entire house has air conditioning, TV screens, and an incredible terrace on the third floor, where you can enjoy a very pleasant atmosphere. The house is beautiful and has all the necessary conditions for a comfortable and special family vacation. We were delighted with our stay. Flor was a very friendly and attentive person who was always making sure that everything was fine. Definitely a place we recommend.

The house is spectacular, very comfortable, superbly equipped, in an excellent location, and communication was very smooth and attentive.

This villa was perfect for two families. The beds were comfortable and enough bathrooms for all. The pool is awesome and our kids enjoyed playing for hours. We loved the top deck for coffee and evening fun. The beach club has a great restaurant that was an easy walk! The host was responsive and Flor was lovely welcoming us onsite. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at Brianna's place! This was our 9th time staying in Hermosa Palms and it was our favorite house. The pool is wonderful, very private, so inviting, and with plenty of pool toys for the kids! Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, AC works great. Although the living/dining area by the kitchen is small, the kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space more than makes up for it, as there is a large dining table outside. They have plenty of beach towels, a nice music speaker, subscriptions to steaming platforms, good wifi, enough toilet paper - all the details! The rooftop lounge area is also amazing - you can play pool at night and check the surf conditions right from the roof in the morning. There is a large book with all kinds of advice on the local area. Brianna is super responsive and Flor the caretaker who was there is so sweet and helpful. Overall a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Couldnt recommend this house more. stayed here with our 22 month old daughter and she loved the pool toys and splashing on the sun shelf in the pool and being so close to the beach. the home is a 3 min walk to a private community pool and the beach. There is an excellent bar and restaurant at the community pool that is extremely convenient and some of the best food we had on our trip. Owners live next door but were extremely respectful of our space and exceedingly responsive to any questions we had. they have exceptional recommendations for the area. it was only a benefit to have them near.

Brianna and Adam were amazing hosts! They went above and beyond for our family to make this trip special. They were so sweet and the house was amazing!

Host was amazing and helpful. Property manager on site was also a delight. Location was nice. I wish the house would have been on the beach vs. a block away. That’s the only thing that would have made this place better. Would go back here.
