We had a great time in Tulum in this place. The house is very well decorated from the inside and outside, and feels like a luxury villa. It's located in a gated area in a safe neighborhood, and it's easy to get to with the car and easy to park, about 5 minute drive from the beach road, with a supermarket nearby. Ulf is a great host who communicates easily, quickly and friendly. Well recommended if you're staying in Tulum with a family.

We had an amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location—everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. We rented ATVs for four days, which made exploring so much fun. We visited Taboo, Tantra, M Tulum, Toxic, and several other places with ease. Having a supermarket nearby was also a huge plus for grabbing groceries and anything else we needed. I also cooked breakfast at the villa, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare our meals, which made our stay even more convenient. Our host was incredible! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they responded very quickly whenever we had a question. We also booked massages through the host, and it was such a relaxing experience. They truly helped make our trip easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tulum!

We enjoyed our stay here everything was perfect as described. Ulf is a great host he gave us lots of recommendations and fixed everything needs fixing. The only thing i didn’t like is the A/c keeps turning off in the morning which is annoying and makes you wake up to turn it on, but it was in one of the rooms only. Also the A/c is not that cold.

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The host was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their recommendations for local spots and activities were excellent and really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely come back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Ulf’s Airbnb in Tulum and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, clubs, and everything you could possibly need during your stay. There was also a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and great local breakfast and lunch spots nearby which made everything super convenient. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, clean, stylish, and looked exactly like the photos. I felt very safe the entire time, and having parking right out front was a huge plus. Ulf was an incredible host very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout my trip. He even helped reserve activities and reservations which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Tulum. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

The stay was amazing and the host was very helpful.

Nice villa in a quiet area. About a 20-minute taxi ride from the beach. There are some good restaurants and breakfast spots within a 5–10-minute walk from the house. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the main street. We used the inDrive app to book a car, and it worked fine. All in all, we had a great stay. Communication with Ulf was very good; he was able to help us with everything we needed—restaurant reservations, beach clubs, and anything else we had questions about.

I was in town for a conference at a local resort. We’re so glad we stayed here instead of staying onsite at the resort! Close to so many great restaurants, and it was so much better to be together as a family. Ulf was a wonderful host—providing transportation and incredible tour experiences. He was so quick to respond and so helpful. We hope to return someday!

Perfect Airbnb

Beautiful space in a nice, safe, convenient & walkable part of town. Master bedroom is spacious and airy…enjoyed sleeping with the fresh cool air flowing through light curtains all night. We had a car and always felt just a few minutes away from everything…restaurants, town, gas, grocery and the beaches. Cute outdoor areas to relax, get some sun or shade and two private pools to choose from! We had a lovely time here.. Ulf was very helpful & attentive with great recommendations! :)

We loved our stay at Casa Manika! It's a beautiful space that was clean and well appointed. The location was also wonderful. The surrounding area was walkable and had great restaurants and good proximity to convenience and grocery stores. It is also a short drive from downtown and the hotel zone. We would absolutely stay here again.

Ulf was the best host! From booking to the end of our stay, he made everything seamless. Ulf provided us with a variety of recommendations on places to eat, places to go, and amenities near the condo. He also assisted us with setting up a driver for the week who was wonderful! The place was clean and comfortable, we felt at home during our one week stay. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Ulf was in planning our visit. When coming back to Tulum I would not hesitate to book with him again! A couple notes about the condo, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel area (close to the beach). We appreciated this as it was quiet and relaxing! There were several places we could walk to within about 10 minutes, and a great restaurant across the street called Panza for something very close. The aesthetic of the house was beautiful, very modern and relaxing. We loved soaking in the pool on the first floor and catching sunrise/sunset from the rooftop.

Ulf really went out of his way to make sure our trip was solid. He was quick to respond, answered every question we had, and made sure we had what we needed. He knows Tulum well and helped connect us with the right people, which made everything easier. He even made sure to wish me a happy birthday during the trip—it’s the little things that make a difference. The house itself is a total gem—quiet, clean, and close to everything: beach, cenotes, and downtown are all within 10 minutes. Would absolutely recommend.

Really appreciate the kindness provided by Ulf throughout our stay. We’ve been to Tulum many times but he is the best host we’ve ever had, offering so many services and amenities before we arrived. There was a slight water issue that was resolved as soon as I messaged him as well which is almost unprecedented in Tulum. The villa was spacious and the neighbourhood quiet and calm. Design and amenities were also perfect. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough for its price.

What an amazing place to stay in Tulum! The location is fantastic - lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as beaches and not far to the Tulum ruins. The villa itself is beautiful, bright and spacious - and the private plunge pools are fantastic to cool off in after a day of sightseeing or sunbathing. Everything you might need is available inside, and the place has such a luxury, tranquil feeling. From start to finish, Ulf was amazing - he has fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat, accommodated our early check in and was the most responsive and helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever had! He really does provide a luxury concierge service, and was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The only thing I’d change is that I wish we could have stayed longer!

We booked Casa Manika last minute after having issues with our previous Airbnb, and it turned out to be the best decision! The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully furnished and decorated. Literally like on the pictures of the listing. We were also very happy how cozy and comfortable the beds were. Ulf, the host, was incredible. He not only made the last-minute booking seamless but also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Tulum. He even organized a private driver for our group, which made getting around super easy. I would recommend that to every group because the taxi prices are crazy. The location in Aldea Zama was also perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Luckily there is no construction anywhere nearby, which is apparently very rare in Tulum. Truly a little paradise. We only wish we could have stayed a few days longer! Highly recommend Casa Manika for anyone visiting Tulum!

Me and my friends spent my birthday at this incredible villa in Tulum, and it exceeded all our expectations. Ulf and Paulyna arranged beautiful birthday decorations for the house, took care of our restaurant reservations and even organized a private chef for a taco night. Having this amazing taco night on the rooftop at sunset was incredible and a true highlight of our trip. So nothing less than 5 stars for this Airbnb and their hosts.

I’ve been to Tulum a couple of times, and Casa Manika is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed so far. The villa is in a great location, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The design of the house is just absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Adored staying at Casa Manika! The villa is absolutely gorgeous—looks like it could be out of Architectural Digest. Modern with natural elements, but also comfortable and provides all the little luxuries. Definitely would stay here again and 10/10 would recommend! Ulf, thank you for your food/tour recommendations. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Manika for a last minute trip and absolutely loved it! Such a wonderful experience. The villa's location was in Aldea Zama, a neighbourhood in Tulum, and it was the perfect location for getting around. We rented scooters and were able to get to town and the beach super easily (would highly recommend). Absolutely loved the terrace downstairs with the plunge pool but mornings on the rooftop are an absolute must with the panoramic view. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Big thanks to Ulf, who gave us some incredible dining, cenote and beach club recommendations.
